Adam’s practice focuses on family law, personal injury, and civil litigation. Adam’s family law practice focuses on issues such as divorce, child support, alimony, custody, protective orders, modification orders, and paternity actions. Adam helps clients through times of significant family transition through the court and mediation processes. Adam’s personal injury practice focuses on helping clients after car or motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall accidents, and medical malpractice claims. Adam has a passion for helping people that have been injured through the careless action of others. Adam’s litigation and settlement practice is focused on helping individuals and businesses resolve disputes and solve problems in a wide range of litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes, real property, trust disputes, torts, and contract disputes. While Adam has significant litigation and trial experience, he also understands the value and benefit of alternative dispute resolution. He understands that litigation is not always the best course of action for his clients, and he works closely with his clients to analyze their needs and desires and to develop a course of action to best further those needs and desires. Kevin Riché is a lifelong resident of South Louisiana. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (History) degree from Louisiana State University, followed by Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees from the LSU Paul Hebert Law Center, where he graduated with honors and received multiple academic and trial advocacy awards.​ ​​ Kevin has over 10 years of litigation and trial experience throughout Louisiana. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in many legal practice areas, including personal injury, insurance claims and coverage, workers' compensation, offshore and maritime claims, successions, medical malpractice, contract and lease disputes, and others.​​ Kevin lives in Madisonville with his beautiful wife Emily and their three sons.

Jason Cox is an Associate Attorney in the Litigation Department, concentrating his practice in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and premises liability. Mr. Cox also practices employment law, primarily focusing on Wage and Hour/Overtime violations under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and applicable Ohio laws. Mr. Cox is an Ohio native and attended law school in Columbus, Ohio. While in law school, Mr. Cox worked full time as a law clerk for Barkan Meizlish in their Litigation Department, as well as the Social Security and Workers’ Compensation departments. Mr. Cox graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies, specializing in Security & Intelligence. Mr. Cox received his law degree from Capital University Law School, graduating Cum Laude, with a concentration in dispute resolution. Mr. Cox is an avid sports fan, remaining active by playing golf and ice hockey. He also enjoys cheering on the Buckeyes. Mr. Cox lives in Lewis Center with his wife, Julie, and his two daughters, Mackenzie and Charlotte.

A seventh-generation Philadelphian, Attorney Quincy E. Booth has a tremendous amount of care and resolve towards helping people from the local community and beyond in need of legal help and representation. Mr. Booth is committed to protecting the interests of individuals that have been injured or suffered a loss, and as a champion for people’s rights and a professional dedicated to service, he has prided himself on being an honorable advocate. In 2014 he was chosen to be a Fellow for the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy program where law students taught high school students about important constitutional issues and trained their students on oral advocacy in preparation for a national moot court competition in Washington, D.C. Quincy E. Booth is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts where he maintains active memberships with the Barristers, American Association for Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also admitted to practice before the Eastern District of Pennsylvania federal court. A consummate supporter of his local community, Mr. Booth has been an Assistant Troop Leader for Boy Scout Troop 133 at the African Episcopal Church of St. Thomas in Philadelphia, and currently serves as both the Vice President and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Camden Center for Youth Development in Camden, NJ. Mr. Booth has and continues to represent victims of personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits arising from unsafe/ defective products, automobile accidents, construction injuries and other workplace accidents, and medical malpractice. He is also passionate in representing Estate clients with their family affairs either before an end-of-life event or after losing a loved one. Mr. Booth has secured millions of dollars in settlements and awards on behalf of his personal injury clients and has ushered countless families through the estate planning and administration process.

Steve Benedetto's legal career began with the promise and expectations of someone who had done "all the right things" educationally. He went to a prestigious private university, double-majoring in Political Science and English while building his resume with internships in government. He graduated cum laude from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, serving as a staff writer on the Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court honor society. He secured a competitive judicial clerkship with an Arizona Supreme Court Justice. And, as judicial clerks do, he received a litany of opportunities to work for prestigious national law firms at the expiration of that one-year term. For five years, Steve followed the obvious path carved out for him. He worked at three of the largest corporate law firms in Arizona, learning the ins and outs of litigation from senior lawyers who were charged with defending large companies in 7, 8, and 9-figure lawsuits. He defended railroads from debilitating injury claims brought by injured employees; healthcare companies from medical malpractice actions brought by injured patients; white-collar executives against fraud and embezzlement allegations; and multinational corporations against just about every type of wrongdoing one can imagine. In little time, he developed trust in the partners he worked for as a top-notch writer and legal analyst who could win difficult arguments. And he was paid very well for what he did. But the money wasn't enough. In 2009, Steve left corporate practice to create a new kind of law firm. One that would represent real people against the powerful interests whose playbook he'd spent a half-decade learning. So he spent the next five years representing people against criminal charges, and prosecuting civil claims on behalf of people injured by others’ recklessness. Though he had more passion than business acumen, he worked tirelessly to help build a five lawyer, seven-figure law firm from scratch.​ By 2014, though, it became clear that something was missing. The news cycle was being dominated by police officers shooting civilians. Social media birthed hashtags that spurred movements. Everyone was talking about police violence. But few lawyers were actually doing anything about it, including his own law partners. After a series of difficult conversations, Steve decided to start fresh: He left the law firm he had founded to construct an entirely new practice -- one that would be focused on representing people at ground zero of the new civil rights struggle.
