Attorney Quattrochi attended Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Attorney Quattrochi is a Connecticut native growing up in and around New York City. His legal career began in New York City as a Corporate Paralegal specializing in large-scale financial transactions. In 2011, Attorney Quattrochi founded the T.J. Pramer Scholarship Fund with Wilton High School. During Law School, Attorney Quattrochi worked as a Personal Injury Paralegal, handling pre-litigation case management duties for a local Personal Injury law firm. As a paralegal, he created and managed the Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) department. Upon graduation, Attorney Quattrochi was already well versed in 1st and 3rd party Insurance disputes, having handled Personal Injury and Contractual disputes from intake through trial. Attorney Quattrochi has developed a knack for civil litigation, his focus and passion for justice is corroborated by countless satisfied clients.

Albert Lara is an associate at The Pendas Law Firm specializing in Personal Injury Protection (PIP), where he helps medical providers across Florida in the collection of unpaid medical bills by insurance companies, as well as General Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Vehicle Negligence and Premises Liability. Mr. Lara earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Florida International University, with a double major in Marketing & International Business. Prior to joining The Pendas Law Firm, Mr. Lara worked for a prominent medical provider in the South Florida area. Mr. Lara managed the collections department and worked closely with attorneys to assist them in the recovery of previously unpaid medical bills that had been submitted to insurance companies. It was here where he first acquired first-hand knowledge on personal injury law and personal injury protection (PIP). Mr. Lara is a member of the Florida Bar and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Mr. Reynolds was educated at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA, where he graduated with honors before attending law school at Columbia University in New York, one of the highest ranked programs in the country. After graduating law school, Mr. Reynolds went on to practice at some of the world's most prestigious international law firms including Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney (Pittsburgh), Dechert (Philadelphia), and most recently King & Spalding (Atlanta). His experience at these firms provided him with invaluable insight and deal flows totaling over $3 Billion dollars worth of transaction experience. In addition to his background in corporate law, Mr. Reynolds has also had the privilege of working with one of the most successful brands in the entertainment business, Universal Music Group, where he had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the music and film industry as a label executive of Global Icon Media, and distribution partner of Universal Music Group. Today, Mr. Reynolds is proud to have established his own firm dedicated to helping the clients he wants to work with, who need his help, and will benefit from his experience and passion for the law.

Born and raised in Northern California, Mona Deldar obtained her Bachelor’s degree with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley. After an internship at a personal injury law firm, Ms. Deldar was inspired to apply to law school. She attended the University of San Francisco School of Law where she was a member of the Maritime Law Journal. She received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2003. Ms. Deldar’s practice is dedicated to representing injured plaintiffs in a broad range of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. She enjoys helping people who otherwise would not have the means to go up against the insurance companies and takes pride in offering effective representation with no out-of-pocket fees charged to her clients. Ms. Deldar’s exceptional record of success is noted by her peers and clients. She has successfully resolved cases against large corporations and insurance companies such as 7-11, Home Depot, Farmers, Allstate, and Geico (to name a few), winning cases that would have otherwise been denied or low-balled. Outside the law, Ms. Deldar contributes her time and resources to various non-profit organizations and enjoys spending time with her family.

Nicole Brenecki is a native-born New Yorker who, following an extensive overseas education, returned to practice law in her place of birth. Fluent in English, German, and Polish, Ms. Brenecki’s distinctive global experiences allow her to fully understand and appreciate the unique needs of her clients with the ability to explain the intricacies of New York law in multiple languages. Ms. Brenecki obtained her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2017. At Brooklyn Law, Ms. Brenecki was awarded the prestigious Brooklyn Law Students for the Public Interest Fellowship and in 2018, she co-founded an organization that was instrumental in the repeal of the New York City Cabaret Law by Mayor Bill DeBlasio. Prior to obtaining her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Brenecki received a Master’s Degree in Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and a Diploma in American Law at Center for American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw in 2013. Nicole has extensive experience working for both Plaintiffs and Defendants and specializes in Personal Injury and Labor Law, as well as Employment and Wage Law, in which she heads the firm’s practice. In only her second year of full-time practice, Nicole was named a “Super Lawyer – Rising Star,” a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state for her excellence as a litigator, in 2021. In 2022, she was honored with the “Super Lawyer – Rising Star” award again, followed by the “Top 10 under 40” Award for New York Personal Injury Attorneys, as well as the Lawyers of Distinction Award. Ms. Brenecki is admitted to practice law in the state of New York, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Ted A. Novick’s practice is almost exclusively limited to medical malpractice and personal injury cases such as wrongful death, car accidents, construction site accidents, scaffold accidents, police brutality, civil rights, and premises liability. Mr. Novick works closely with a medical doctor on almost all lawsuits so that he can fully understand “the medicine” to maximize a client’s recovery. Mr. Novick is a 1989 graduate of the University of Bridgeport School of Law and initially was a law clerk for the Honorable Michael Hartmere of the Connecticut Superior Court. In 1990, Mr. Novick joined the Office of the Westchester County Attorney where he prosecuted over one hundred child abuse and child neglect cases. In 1992, Mr. Novick was promoted to the civil litigation bureau where he spent four years and successfully tried to verdict personal injury trials on behalf of the County. While at the County Attorney’s office Mr. Novick also handled numerous General Municipal Law matters and hearings. In addition while an Assistant County Attorney he worked closely with the County Police and Corrections officers in internal affair investigations. He was recently appointed General Counsel to the New York Police Chief’s Benevolent Association and the New York State Crimestoppers. After he left the County Attorney’s office in 1996, Mr. Novick worked for two Park Avenue litigation law firms from 1996 to 2000, gaining significant experience and recognition as an attorney proficient in handling complex matters in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, commercial litigation and criminal law. From 2000 to 2020 Mr. Novick managed the personal injury department of the prestigious boutique NY firm known as Gaines, Novick. Ted achieved huge verdicts and settlements in medical malpractice, sexual assault, motor vehicles, premises and construction accident cases. In 2020, Mr. Novick opened his own firm so that he would handle only the cases he selects. Currently, Mr. Novick handles and supervises all of his firms numerous personal injury and medical malpractice cases. During his career, Ted has handled cases for victims of negligence resulting in over 100 million dollars. Ted is also proficient in defense having represented a municipal hospital, a correctional medical facility and currently a motor vehicle carrier. Mr. Novick is licensed to practice in New York and Connecticut.

David Adgate earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2013 from the University of Michigan. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2017 from Wayne State University Law School. He then completed a Post-Baccalaureate Medprep Program at the University of Michigan in 2019 where he served as the president of the Medprep Engage Student Organization. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan, the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. David joined the firm in January 2024 and focuses primarily on first-party automobile claims, third-party auto negligence, and motorcycle and bicycle accidents. He also handles other personal injury claims, including slip and falls, dog bites, and wrongful death lawsuits. Before joining Buckfire & Buckfire, P.C., David served as an associate at a personal injury law firm in metro Detroit. He also previously worked as a fellow for the Federal Defender Office in Detroit.

Robert Lantzy is a graduate of Central Michigan University and graduated cum laude from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University in 1997. Robert is an experienced trial attorney and concentrates his practice in many areas of civil litigation, including truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, motor vehicle accidents, dog attacks, lead paint exposure and child lead poisoning, mold exposure and cases involving other general environmental contamination. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Michigan Association for Justice, and the Macomb County Bar Association. Robert spent the first years of his legal career as a defense attorney handling cases for insurance companies and their insured. He was named a Partner at a preeminent insurance defense law firm before joining Buckfire & Buckfire, P.C. Lantzy has developed a successful track record of significant trial verdicts. He is well-received by juries due to his detailed trial preparation and his presentation which provides jurors with great insight into his integrity and his compassion for helping his injured clients. Matthew J. Fogelman is a founding partner of Fogelman Law LLC. Mr. Fogelman’s litigation practice is focused on employment law and personal injury cases. He is an experienced trial lawyer, having won a number of significant cases on behalf of plaintiffs, including prevailing before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in a ground-breaking disability discrimination case involving an employee’s right to use medical marijuana off-site. Mr. Fogelman also reached a settlement in a catastrophic personal injury case for $11.5 million, one of the largest settlement in Massachusetts in 2024. Mr. Fogelman has also prevailed on a race and gender discrimination case in Middlesex County for $2.5 million, and on an age discrimination case in Norfolk County, securing a $1.2 million verdict at trial for his client. The firm also recently settled a wrongful death / dram shop case for $2.2 million at mediation.
