Bryan was born and raised in Knoxville, and he has proudly worked on behalf of injured plaintiffs his entire adult life. At just age 19, while attending Carson-Newman University, Bryan was hired as a runner and copy clerk with one of Tennessee’s top plaintiff personal injury law firms. Upon graduating Carson-Newman with a degree in business and economics, he was promoted to be firm administrator, and he continued to manage the firm while obtaining M.B.A. and law degrees from the University of Tennessee. Since graduating law school in 1999, Bryan has worked solely on behalf of injured Tennesseans handling nearly every type of plaintiff personal injury case. He has successfully litigated personal injury cases in both state and federal courts throughout Tennessee, in Ohio, Kentucky, and Georgia and before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Tennessee Supreme Court and United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Bryan’s commitment to highly competent, successful – and ethical – representation of injured clients has been widely recognized by his clients and his peers. Bryan is also proud to be a dedicated husband and father of two daughters. Mr. Levy has been practicing law for more than thirty years. He received his law degree from the University of Tennessee where he was a member of the Tennessee Law Review. Mr. Levy also graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Marketing and was chosen as the most outstanding senior major in Marketing. Mr. Levy is married and the father of two daughters. His community activities include serving as a founding board member of the Dream Connection, Inc., an organization that helps fulfill dreams” of children who have life-threatening illnesses. Since its foundation in 1985, the Dream Connection has fulfilled the dreams of hundreds of children in East Tennessee. Mr. Levy has previously served as president and treasurer of the Dream Connection. He currently serves as a co-treasurer. He also has served two terms as president of Fox Den Country Club. He is a member of the Farragut Rotary Club and a multiple Paul Harris Fellow. For many years, Mr. Levy served as the chairman of the Rotary Foundation Committee for his local club. Mr. Levy has been a licensed pilot since 1976 and has handled several aviation litigation cases. Mr. Levy has served as a volunteer ombudsman for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). In that role, Mr. Levy assisted Guard and Reserve members to ensure that they were treated fairly by their employers when their military obligations interfered with their civil employment. In order to become an ombudsman, it is necessary for an attorney to attend classes sponsored by the National Committee for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.

STEPHEN V. SOMMERS (licensed in Virginia 1999, Texas (1997), Maryland (1996)), was born at Camp Pendleton, CA, October 4, 1956 and educated at Troy State University (B.S., Summa Cum Laude, 1981), Golden Gate University (M.A., 1986) and American University (Juris Doctor, 1995). Mr. Sommers retired from the United States Air Force at the rank of Major after 22 years flying fighter aircraft. Mr. Sommers has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Fourth Circuit and the Tenth Circuit and all Virginia Courts. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Virginia Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Aviation Section of the Texas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Lawyer-Pilot Bar Association, as well as each state’s Bar Association he is licensed in. Mr. Sommers has extensive experience in all types of trial litigation and specializes in personal injury, criminal defense, medical malpractice, product liability, aviation crash litigation, as well as general civil litigation in state and federal courts.
