Satcher, II focuses his practice primarily on personal injury cases involving automobile, 18 wheeler, and motorcycle accidents as well as litigating wrongful death, medical malpractice, premise liability and product liability cases. John also works extensively in the areas of collection and debtor/creditor law. James N. Scarff, II, is a transplant from Jackson, Mississippi, where he was born and raised. After high school he initially played football at the University of Mississippi until an injury ended his football career. He then transferred to Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi where he would receive his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in May 2003. Shortly thereafter, James received his Master of Business Administration degree from Millsaps College in May 2005. While at Millsaps College he received the Millsaps Award, Endowed Scholarship, and the Dean’s Scholarship. In August of 2005, James began law school at Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi. While in law school, James was a member of the Environmental Law Society and one of the founding members of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, while managing to stay on the Dean’s List. After graduating in the top quarter of his law school class, James went to work for The Penton Law Firm out of Bogalusa, Louisiana where he practiced Mass Tort Litigation. His firm also served on the Plaintiff Steering Committee (PSC) for those harmed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. His main focus at the firm was global pharmaceutical settlements and Multi-District Litigation (MDL). Those cases included Vytorin, Vioxx, Celebrex, Viagra, DPC Arizona, and other mass tort actions. Over $400 million in settlement funds was distributed. In June 2009, James moved back home to his roots in Jackson, MS and started his own practice. At Scarff Law Firm, LLC, James took on personal injury cases, domestic/family law cases, DUI, criminal defense, and business transactions. At that time, he was also general counsel for three separate businesses. While continuing his own practice, James became a trial lawyer associate at The McRae Law Firm, PLLC, in May 2012 and worked on briefing appeals to the Mississippi Supreme Court as well as Federal Court in the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. In December 2015, James reconnected with his old high school sweetheart who had moved to Omaha, Nebraska after college. After a brief courtship, he married Emily Knight Scarff in May 2017 and promptly moved to Omaha, Nebraska. Where he shares a blended family with his wife. He has two step-sons, Hayden and Hudson Koesters, and a new addition to the Scarff Family came in September 2018, Colt Hayes Scarff. James also has a daughter, Emery Rose Scarff, who resides with her mother back in Mississippi.

Jeremiah earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the Mississippi State University. During his tenure at Mississippi State, he pitched for the Bulldogs baseball team and was selected for the Southeastern Conference academic honor roll. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School. While in law school, Jeremiah was a managing editor for the Sports Law Journal. Following law school, Jeremiah worked on complex litigation, gaining valuable experience in several practice areas, including personal injury law and large complex multi district litigation. Immediately after this experience, Jeremiah worked for a large national plaintiffs law firm handling a docket of toxic tort cases and complex high dollar personal injury cases. While doing so, Mr. Boling secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. Mr. Boling was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2018-2021 and is listed in the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 under 40. Professionally, Jeremiah is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, American Association of Justice as well as the Louisiana Association of Justice. He is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts. In addition he is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Lee Steinberg graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After Wayne State University, he taught in the Detroit School System while attending night school at the Detroit College of Law. After graduating from the Detroit College of Law, he worked for personal injury firms before opening his own law practice. Lee has obtained substantial jury verdicts and awards against local and national defendants, including British Petroleum, the City of Detroit, trucking companies, and large retailers. Mr. Steinberg has tried cases to verdict throughout Michigan, including auto accidents, truck accidents, commercial truck crashes, slips and fall incidents, medical malpractice, and civil rights violations. He also tried cases in Texas, obtaining the first medical malpractice verdict in San Angelo, Texas. Lee Christian is an attorney in Fort Collins specializing in all aspects of trial work. He has been a trial lawyer in Fort Collins for over 25 years. Sara M. She spent two semesters abroad during law school attending Università Cà Foscari di Venezia in Venice, Italy and University College Cork in Cork, Ireland. Ms. Salger's legal career has been focused on advocating for individuals wronged by the actions of others, with a particularized focus on representing victims of mesothelioma and lung cancer, as a result of exposure to asbestos. She has also handled complex benzene litigation and general personal injury claims.
