In 2017 Kelly Simon became associated with Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. Kelly was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach. After graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School in 1997, she received her Associate Degree from Okaloosa Walton Community College and then her Bachelor Degree from University of West Florida. She graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2004 and immediately took a position with the State Attorney’s Office in Pensacola. After working as an Assistant State Attorney for three years, she went on to represent children on behalf of the State of Florida at the Department of Children and Families. After almost 10 years practicing dependency litigation, she has joined the firm of Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. Kelly’s practice at Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. includes personal injury, family law, criminal defense, estate planning, probate, and general civil litigation. When Kelly is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Michael Acker has over 25 years of trial experience in all manner of personal injury litigation. He has been focused for much of that time on medical malpractice cases. Preventable medical errors are the third leading cause of death in the United States, according to a Johns Hopkins study. It is his hope that holding the healthcare system responsible when something they do, or fail to do, results in harm will make every patient’s treatment safer in the future. Mike received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his law degree from Boston University School of Law. He began his career at a prestigious Fort Lauderdale insurance defense firm, achieving partnership early in his career. He was there for a dozen years before turning his focus to helping the injured. Mike has held the prestigious AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell for over 20 years. He has handled cases in nearly every county in Florida, and co-counseled with dozens of the finest lawyers in the country on cases in other states.

Seth Bader was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated from Muhlenberg College with a B.A. in Political Science. He graduated from Florida State University College of Law where he served as a member on the law review. Seth began his legal career representing insurance companies gaining trial experience. During this phase of his career, he handled thousands of cases which gave him invaluable insight into how insurance companies analyze issues and litigate cases against injured people. Seth founded Bader Scott Injury Lawyers (formerly known as Bader Law Firm) in 2008. Since then, he and his associates have represented over 10,000 people who have suffered injuries as a result of another’s negligence or a result of a work-related accident. He has personally been responsible for over $30,000,000 in settlements for clients throughout the State of Georgia. Seth is passionate about helping injured people regardless of their background. Along with his partner Bader Law, Seth founded the Bader Scott Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting organizations that help people. Seth resides in Atlanta with his wife, Ana, and their two children, Valentina Paloma and Valentina Isabel.

Glenn has specialized in catastrophic medical malpractice, nursing home and other injury cases for over twenty years. He has successfully litigated and resolved many seven figure cases. He is the Past President of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Prior to that he was on the Executive Committee and was the Legislative Chair. He has spoken extensively at legal seminars and has authored a book chapter on medical malpractice reform.

William Pagan is a 1987 graduate of the St. John’s University School of Law. He obtained in undergraduate degree from Fordham University in 1984. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1988. He is admitted to practice in the Federal Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York and has been admitted pro hac vice to the United States District Court for the Districts of Puerto Rico and Hawaii, as well as New Jersey Superior Court. His professional memberships include the Puerto Rican Bar Association, American Association for Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York County Lawyers Association, New York City Bar Association, and the Bronx, Kings, Queens and New York County Bar Associations as well as the Dominican Bar Association. He’s a member of The Pagan Law Firm, P.C. and has accumulated over twenty-five years experience in trying highly complex medical malpractice cases, serious injuries from construction, lead paint poisoning, municipal premise and general accident cases in State and Federal court in all boroughs of the City of New York, statewide in New York and pro hac vice nationwide.
