Mitch Chubb is a native of Central Florida. The son of a pastor and teacher, he was raised in a family whose focus was serving others and helping those in need. This upbringing served as the foundation for his future as a lawyer representing injured people who need to make their voices heard by large corporations and insurance companies.

Mr. Reeves is from Newnan, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in both Criminal Justice and Political Science. He then graduated from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2010 after taking a year off to work at Hawkins, Parnell & Young, LLC in the Asbestos and Products Liability Litigation Divisions. Tracy began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Coweta Judicial Circuit. There he helped in establishing the Gang Intelligence Network as well as training prosecutors and law enforcement officers in investigating and prosecuting gang cases. Tracy was also the head of the Coweta Child Protocol that aided in the investigation and prosecution of allegations of child physical and sexual abuse. Tracy then moved to the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office where he served as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in both the Trial Line Division and the Sexual Exploitation and Crimes Against Children Unit. Chad Finley is a partner at TorHoerman Law and has been with us since 2009. Mr. Stockstill graduated from Louisiana State University (B.A. 2005) and Louisiana State University Law Center (J.D./D.C.L. 2009). Admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2009. Mr. Stockstill’s primary focus is within the firm’s litigation practice, with a concentration on personal injury, products liability, family law, successions, contract disputes, and collections. Experienced litigator in both state and federal courts. Also has extensive practice in transactional matters, including estate planning and the drafting of wills, trusts, pre-nuptial agreements, business contracts, and residential and commercial leases. Woodruff Family Law Section of the Lafayette Bar Association.

As a Senior Trial Attorney in the King’s County District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Galleshaw prosecuted hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases in New York Supreme Court, New York City Criminal Court, and New York State Family Court. Upon leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Galleshaw worked in the litigation department of one of the country’s most respected insurance defense firms, where he handled a wide range of complex litigation matters, including products liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, lead and asbestos poisoning, and general negligence claims. Mr. Galleshaw’s practice focuses on all types of complex litigation matters, including all state and federal criminal defense matters, complex commercial litigation and high-value construction, and motor vehicle injury claims. He is currently admitted to practice in New York State, New Jersey State, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Kimberly’s practice focuses on complex litigation, white-collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, and arbitration. Kimberly has experience representing individuals and companies in criminal and regulatory enforcement investigations, including on allegations of financial and securities fraud, anti-corruption violations (FCPA, FCA, AKS), sanctions violations, insurance fraud, healthcare fraud, and tax fraud. Kimberly has defended clients before federal and state prosecutors and regulators, including the SEC, DOJ, FINRA, state Attorney General and District Attorney offices. Kimberly has experience in both federal and state court proceedings at the trial and appellate levels. She has represented clients against claims of financial and securities fraud, trade secret misappropriation, global products liability, employment, and cooperation in SEC monitorship and receivership proceedings. Kimberly has also assisted clients with internal investigations, compliance and monitoring, oversight, and crisis management. Prior to joining Dynamis LLP, Kimberly was a white-collar criminal defense and government investigations associate at a mid-size law firm and a litigation associate at a prominent New York law firm. Kimberly received her J.D. from Fordham Law School, where she was the recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award magna cum laude. While at Fordham, Kimberly served as a Notes and Articles Editor for the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal; participated in the Securities Litigation and Arbitration Clinic; and was an LLM Legal Writing Teaching Assistant, for the Honorable Gerald Lebovits. Kimberly was also a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Keith E. Lynott in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Essex County. Kimberly is currently on the Associate Board of Urban Pathways, Inc. a non-profit organization in New York that specializes in assisting the homeless.
