Brad Wicker was raised on the farm in Mangum, Oklahoma. Upon graduating from Mangum High School, Brad attended college at the University of Central Oklahoma, Southwestern Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma State University. He played baseball at UCO and SWOSU. Brad graduated from OSU with a degree in Biology and became a science teacher and baseball coach in Duncan, Oklahoma. In 1994, Brad decided to go back to school at the University of Oklahoma School of Law. He graduated with the title, Juris Doctor, in May 1996. Brad was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in April 1997. Since graduating, Brad has limited his practice to the representation of people hurt due to the bad choices made by others.

I handle cases involving wrongful death and personal injury arising out of automobile crashes, premises liability, slips and falls, dog attacks, and civil rights violations. I have handled hundreds of personal injury cases throughout Indiana. I remain active in the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.  I formerly served as a Chair of the Young Lawyers Section and currently serve on the Board of Directors.  I was co-editor of the Indiana Appellate Case Reporter, a publication offered to ITLA members, for many years. The Indiana Appellate Case Reporter is a monthly publication highlighting new appellate court decisions from the Indiana Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court which impact personal injury claims. I am also a former board member of Young Professionals of Central Indiana, volunteer as a judge in the Reach for Youth Teen Court Program, and have volunteered with Play Ball Indiana. I grew up north east of Indianapolis, attending Hamilton Southeastern High School in Fishers. I completed my undergraduate degree at Indiana University in Bloomington and graduated from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. I live in Fishers with my wife, Kelly, a preschool teacher, and our daughters, Claire and Carlie. I am an avid sports fan of Indiana basketball and Los Angeles Dodgers baseball. I also enjoy exercising, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Andrew hails from the farm country outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He graduated from New England schools, where he met his wife, a fifth generation Alaskan. When she brought him back to her beloved Last Frontier, it was love at first sight; he knew it was only a matter of time until he would live in Alaska. Andrew joined Rehbock & Wilson in 2015. He continues the Firm tradition of representing injured workers, helping them to navigate the tricky pitfalls of the Workers' Compensation system and disability. Andrew enjoys hiking, boating, hunting, fishing, snow-machining, and all of the outdoors activities that make Alaska a beautiful and awe-inspiring place to live. He lives in the Valley with his wife, Alyssa.

A native of Metter, Georgia, Josh D. Tucker always knew he wanted to be a lawyer. His great-grandfather, Lester Cleveland (L.C.) Anderson, was a lawyer, state court judge and long-time mayor of Metter. “That had a great influence on me,” said Tucker. “I learned from his legacy that good things come to people who work really hard.” Tucker graduated from Metter High School in 1986 and attended LaGrange College earning a B.A. in English in 1990. He attended the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, graduating magna cum laude in 2000. Tucker passed the Georgia state bar exam on the first try, and shortly thereafter began an association with law school classmate, Matt Hube. “Matt and I covered real estate, probate, domestic, criminal and personal injury,” said Tucker. Beginning in 2001, the partnership of Hube & Tucker, LLC covered general law for ten years. “Over time, work was allocated and Matt did domestic and criminal, while I covered real estate, probate and personal injury. I began to feel that real estate law wasn’t really helping people, probate was more of a process, but personal injury was truly helping people and their families.” In 2010 Tucker began practicing solo solely representing individuals and their families who have been injured due to no fault of their own. “At my firm, we have a different approach. I prefer to work on every file myself. Elizabeth focuses her practice on representing those injured or killed by catastrophic injuries, workplace injuries, major car crashes, truck crashes, and premises liability cases in courts across Texas. Elizabeth grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. She received her bachelors degree from the University of Oklahoma, and received her J.D. and a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (A.D.R.) from Oklahoma City University School of Law. When not working or volunteering, Elizabeth likes to spend time with her husband, their dogs, and their families and friends.

A Michigan native, Mr. Doud grew up in Saginaw, graduated from Douglas MacArthur High School, Northern Michigan University, and Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. He started practicing law in 1996 and became a partner in 2003. Mike lives on Saginaw Bay with his wife, two children, and two dogs.

She grew up in the Red Oak area (close to Dallas) and now resides in Fort Worth with her husband and three children. She holds a bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Texas at Austin. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 1997.
