Brian Gaddy is a principal attorney with the Gaddy Law Firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He practices law in Texas and New Mexico and represents individuals suffering injuries caused by others. Mr. Gaddy has extensive experience with personal injury litigation. With over 17 years of experience as a Claims Counsel with Professional Claims Managers and a Claims Attorney with the Texas Association of Counties Risk Management Pool, his focus was litigation and pre-suit claims involving municipal law enforcement and public officials’ liability. Specifically, he dealt routinely with claims and litigation involving 42 U.S.C. Sections 1981, 1983, and 1985, Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Texas Whistleblowers Act. Independently, he has consulted on litigation involving professional liability, copyright and trademark infringement, and Section 1983 unreasonable use of force. Prior to Professional Claims Managers, Mr. Gaddy adjusted claims involving claims involving 18-wheelers. These claims ranged from light fender benders to serious wrongful death. Mr. Gaddy’s focus was claims in the continental United States. Mr. Gaddy created and was part of the Rapid Response Team for one major trucking organization requiring he be at the site of a death within 24 hours of the occurrence. Mr. Gaddy has spoken at several conferences on topics involving civil rights, claims adjusting, and litigation management. Mr. Gaddy received his law degree from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1994. He is a member of the State Bars of Texas and New Mexico and is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He is also a licensed insurance adjuster.

Attorney Marc Karlin is a partner in the Los Angeles law firm of Karlin & Karlin, Attorneys at Law, practicing throughout Southern California in the areas of Immigration law & Personal Injury law, & Business Litigation. Ms. Burnett is a trial attorney who concentrates her practice in representing people who have been injured as a result of professional negligence, including nursing home abuse and medical malpractice. Ms. Burnett received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and French in 1996 from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. She graduated magna cum laude. After law school, Ms. Burnett served as a law clerk to the Honorable G. Ross Anderson, Jr. in United States District Court in Anderson, South Carolina. Ms. Burnett began her private practice handling the defense of a variety of claims in both federal and state court, focusing her practice in the defense of nursing home abuse claims. Mr. Jones’s practice includes all types of injuries, and death caused by the negligence of a person or business. Many injuries occur on the roadway, 18-wheeler or trucking wrecks, and car wrecks. His practice also includes slip and fall litigation, motorcycle wrecks, bicycle wrecks, pedestrian wrecks and any other insurance claim involving injuries. Mr. Jones attended the University of Mississippi School of Law. He is admitted to the practice of law in all of the State courts of Mississippi and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. Mr. Jones attended Belhaven University where he earned an athletic scholarship for the men’s soccer team and obtained a Bachelor of the Sciences in Psychology with a Minor in Business. Mr. Jones has utilized his training in psychology in the courtroom for jury selection, and at the settlement table to seek to understand his opponent.

Brad Wicker was raised on the farm in Mangum, Oklahoma. Upon graduating from Mangum High School, Brad attended college at the University of Central Oklahoma, Southwestern Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma State University. He played baseball at UCO and SWOSU. Brad graduated from OSU with a degree in Biology and became a science teacher and baseball coach in Duncan, Oklahoma. In 1994, Brad decided to go back to school at the University of Oklahoma School of Law. He graduated with the title, Juris Doctor, in May 1996. Brad was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in April 1997. Since graduating, Brad has limited his practice to the representation of people hurt due to the bad choices made by others.
