Jacqueline Salcines, Esq. was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated high school from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy. She then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in accounting, from the University of Miami Business School. Thereafter, Ms. Salcines attended and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998. She has been practicing law in South Florida for over 20 years. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Salcines worked for the family accounting practice as a bookkeeper since the age of 16, and later as an accountant for five years after graduating. That is when she decided to pursue her passion for business law, and enrolled in law school. Working as a paralegal in law firms during the day and attending law school at night, Ms. Salcines obtain her Juris Doctor degree in law in 1998. Ms. Salcines began her legal career interning at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office. Prior to opening her own law firm, she worked as an Associate at a federal/civil litigation, criminal defense and real estate law firm. Barbara Sims Arthur, a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, has practiced law in Chattanooga and Rossville since 1977. Barbara Sims Arthur is licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Chattanooga (now the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga) in 1967. Earned her law degree from the George C. Taylor Law Center of the University of Tennessee, graduating third in her class. She served as law clerk of Justice Ray L. Brock, Junior, of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. Barbara loves to cook and married a fine dish washer. She has raised three wonderful children. Her staff calls her the Steel Magnolia. She is friendly and patient, but tough and relentless when she has to be.

Attorney Kimberly Hamel Wochholz is from Kissimmee, Florida. She graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida in 2004. While enrolled at the University of Central Florida she interned with the Legal Aid Society of Orange County Florida; whose principal undertaking is to provide professional legal services for the disadvantaged. Mrs. Wochholz then enrolled in the College of Law at Stetson University. During law school she completed the Honors Program and served as an editor on the Stetson Law Review. She also served as an intern with the family law division of the 13th Judicial Circuit, Hillsborough County, Florida, and later joined the Consumer Rights Law Group as a law clerk. Mrs. Wochholz graduated magna cum laude from Stetson Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011. Since that time, Mrs. Wochholz has proudly litigated against banks, bill collectors, and other companies on behalf of hundreds of consumers. Mrs. Wochholz practices exclusively under consumer protection statutes that require businesses to pay the attorney’s fees of prevailing consumers. These statutes allow attorneys to represent consumers, who often can’t afford to pay an attorney out of pocket, on a contingency basis whereby leveling the playing field between businesses and consumers. She is passionate about holding businesses accountable and protecting her clients.

I was a staff attorney with the housing unit at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services. I provided assistance to people with evictions, utility issues, illegal lockouts, ejectments, debt collections related to housing and foreclosures. I am interested in practicing in more legal areas such as immigration law, employment law, labor law, education law, white collar crimes, civil rights and wills. I am open to learn more areas of law and get involved in more complex litigation to continued to develop my skills as an attorney. I have a particular interest in prosecuting white collar crime because many people in the corporate world get away with crimes that have a massive impact on the world. One example is pyramid schemes that are passing off as multi level marketing.
