John has been practicing law in Colorado since 1998. He is the founding member of Eckelberry Law Firm, established in 2006, in charge of the family law and bankruptcy practice for the firm. During his almost 20 years of practice, John has helped hundred of clients achieve personal and financial “fresh starts,” while developing short- and long-term life plans.

Ron has, over the last decade, assisted clients by planning and designing settlements to address future needs and ensure any government benefits are protected. He has been involved in settlements involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, and employment-related claims. Ron’s consulting and legal services also include providing economic expert witness work, reducing future claimed damages to present value, and advising on work-life expectancy. Our firm brings a unique perspective and approach to law: after more than a decade of advising clients on financial matters, we decided our firm would focus on areas of financial law. Mark Edward Godbey is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and owner of Godbey Law LLC. Our law firm is a full service, general practice firm, serving clients in Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. As the founding member of the firm, Mr. Walton concentrates his representation primarily in the areas of real estate litigation, real estate transactions, and in state and federal civil litigation. Mr. Walton, is both licensed Florida mortgage broker and a title agent for Attorneys Title Insurance Fund and has extensive experience with mortgage law and particularly foreclosure law where he represents lenders, community associations, homeowners and investors. Mr. Walton also defends mortgage, title and real estate professionals in situations of alleged malpractice or misconduct. Active in the community, Mr. Walton provides basic workshops and seminars to teach first time and other home buyers. The subjects include on how to shop for a mortgage, what best to do when selling your home, and what to do if you fall behind on your mortgage. Additionally, Mr. Walton is active in legal community including having served as the President of the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Bar Association; the Florida Bar Civil Rules and Procedure committee; the Florida Bar Real Property Probate and Trust Law Executive Council; Miami-Dade Legal Services Board of Directors; Dade County Bar Association Treasurer - Vice President.

Mr. Taibi graduated from the prestigious liberal arts school, Davidson College, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, in 1989. With a concentration in pre-law classes as part of his undergraduate studies, Mr. Taibi achieved the top 5% of those taking the LSAT, the entry examination for law school. While he attended college, Mr. Taibi was very active in college government, holding leadership positions such as Treasurer and President of his fraternity, Phi Delta Theta In 1992, Mr. Taibi earned his Juris Doctorate degree at California Western School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Taibi was the law clerk for one of the top criminal defense and family law attorneys in San Diego County. During these three years, Mr. Taibi received an invaluable practical education in what it means to be an attorney and how to best represent clients in different areas of law Mr. Taibi was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 1992, and walked into the Courtroom the very next day after his acceptance into practice and began litigating. Mr. Taibi is authorized to practice in all Courts of California, including all State Courts, as well as all Federal District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts, and the Supreme Court of California and all Courts of Appeal. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California and the Criminal Law Section of the State Bar, San Diego County Bar Association, and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Mr. Taibi has successfully defended clients throughout California in criminal cases from misdemeanor and felony DUI's to felony murder cases, both state and federal, in his over 25 years of practice. He has also represented military personnel in criminal matters and is familiar with the nuances involved. Having grown up in New York City, he is very comfortable with the fast pace associated with criminal cases and the time constraints involved Mr. Taibi is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and aggressive advocate for his clients and has been recognized as a top attorney by such organizations as the American Society of Legal Advocates and the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys. Tamara L. Renner was born 1956; admitted to bar, 1986, Indiana; 1989, Michigan; also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Preparatory education, Indiana University (B.A., Psychology, 1981); legal education, Notre Dame Law School (J.D., 1986). Deputy City Attorney, Elkhart, Indiana, 1991-96. Member: Elkhart City, Indiana State and American Bar Associations; State Bar of Michigan; National Employment Lawyers Association; National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. As a former Deputy City Attorney for the City of Elkhart, Tamara represented the City in employment related disputes and litigation from 1991-1995. She now represents the individual employee in disputes against employers of all sizes, from small local businesses to the largest international corporations. In Williams v. Pharmacia, Inc., 137 F. 3d 944, 952 (7th Cir. 1998), Tamara successfully represented Ms. Williams against the international pharmaceutical firm, Pharmacia Upjohn, Inc. The case established precedent in the 7th Circuit for the distinct and separate awards of front pay and future lost earnings. It remains frequently cited precedent by appellate courts as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. While Tamara has a proven track record in federal and state courts, administrative hearings and mediation of employment disputes her years of experience benefit clients facing financial crisis in bankruptcy as well as Social Security Disability hearings and appeals.
