Since 1985, Riccardo A. DiMonte has been our most active trial lawyer. He concentrates in commercial law matters, contract disputes, construction law, mechanic’s liens, mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy, civil rights cases and corporate and partnership dissolutions. He has tried multi-million-dollar lender liability and lottery prize cases to verdict, handled numerous state and federal court appeals and regularly practices before the American Arbitration Association. Riccardo is a current member of RD’s Executive Committee. Riccardo has lectured at continuing legal education seminars on commercial law and bankruptcy topics.

I was born, raised and grew up in Orange County, getting married and raising three children within the local community. I graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a degree in history in 1994 and went to Chapman University Law School; graduating from this institution in their inaugural class. Since being admitted to the bar our firm has been practicing mostly bankruptcy law amassing thousands of cases discharged for our clients. We practice out of Orange County but handle cases throughout Southern California and are always willing to accommodate our clients by flexible appointments, reasonable fees and direct communication.

Michelle Gilbert is admitted to the Florida Bar (1986), Washington, D.C. Bar (2020), Middle District of Florida (1988), Northern District of Florida (2005), Southern District of Florida (2006), U.S. Supreme Court (2000), and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (2003). She matriculated at the University of South Florida (B.A., 1982, cum laude), and the University of Notre Dame Law School (J.D., 1985). She is a member of the following associations: Greater Tampa Association of Realtors; Bay Area Real Estate Council, Inc., Board of Directors; Hillsborough County Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law; Solo and Small Firm; and Military and Veteran Sections); Florida Bar (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law; Business; and Solo and Small Firm Sections- Executive Council); American Legal and Financial Network; Legal League 100 (Vice Chairperson, 2016-19; Advisory Council Member, 2014-19; Special Initiatives Working Group, 2017- present); National Association of Default Professionals; Attorney Agent, Westcor Land Title Insurance Company and The Fund. She has managed the firm’s expansion into probate, estate planning, guardianship, civil litigation, business transaction and commercial collections, and oversees Sapphire Title & Escrow Company, launched in 2015. She is court approved counsel for guardianship cases in the Florida Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. Michelle has practiced real estate and business law since 1989, specializing in default servicing legal work, including litigated foreclosures, real estate closings, evictions, and commercial litigation. She works closely with the default industry by speaking at webinars and conferences, writing for industry publications, and consulting on various issues relevant to the industry. She was named 2021 Top 25 Women of Law by DS News, as well as selected as one of MReport’s 2015 and 2018 Leading Ladies. She taught the Florida Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Certified Process Servers Course from 1993 to 2014, and has written the chapter on service of process in real estate cases for the Florida Bar, since 2010.

Garrett J. TenHave-Chapman is the founding attorney for Solomon Law Firm PLLC. He is a litigator with over twenty-five years of experience. Garrett focuses on Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation, Personal Bankruptcy and Child Custody, Immigration and Motor Vehicle Law. He also is experienced in appellate law, veterans' benefits, landlord-tenant, criminal law, insurance defense, entertainment law, environmental due diligence, and general litigation. Garrett has advocated for both plaintiffs and defendants. Although he now concentrates his practice on helping clients with social security, workers' compensation, personal bankruptcy, child custody, immigration, and motor vehicle issues, he knows how to weigh both sides of an issue. He prosecutes cases for plaintiffs but also has defended businesses. He is able to help his clients on either side of an issue understand their opponent, and therefore be prepared for what may happen next in a case. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Hope College, a Master of Divinity from Chicago Theological Seminary, and a law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Garrett is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, its Social Security and Worker's Compensation sections, the Grand Rapids Bar Association, and both the Western and Eastern Michigan Districts of the United States District Court. He also is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Garrett is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) and a member of the Michigan Association for Justice. Garrett enjoys the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions, softball, movies, singing, and running. He is a member of both the First Congregational Church of Rockford and Tachanuwnah International Ministries. He and his family reside in Rockford.

Gary R. Jodat is the founding and managing attorney of Jodat Law Group, P.A. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from Roger Williams University. He got his feet wet while fresh out of law school by taking a job with the Public Defender’s Office trying criminal, Juvenile and Dependency cases prior to transferring into civil litigation. He now handles primarily personal injury cases. He has been a member of The American Bar Association, The Manatee County Bar Association, The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, The Longboat Key Chamber of Commerce, The Manatee County Chamber of Commerce, American Inns of Court and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Since 1976, Mr. Carmody has provided outstanding legal services for bankruptcy, divorce, custody issues, and adoption proceedings to clients in the greater Southwest Virginia and Southern West Virginia areas. He opened his office to serve as an advocate for those who need one.

Attorney Putnam C. Before attending law school, he incorporated Jimmy Carter’s 1976 presidential campaign and worked as a legal assistant with other leading Atlanta law firms, including King & Spalding, LLP and Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP, gaining invaluable experience with public corporations and investment banks. During his tenure with Lipscomb, Johnson, Sleister, Dailey & Smith, LLP, Mr. Smith has handled private equity investments in shopping centers and industrial and commercial property in several southeastern states, land assemblages requiring services ranging from quiet title actions to road closures and a $116 million buyout to resolve a shareholder’s dispute involving a closely held technology business.

Anne Guthrie is a practicing lawyer in the state of Alabama. She received her J.D. from University of Alabama School of Law in 2000. Anne works at Wilson & Guthrie specializing in bankruptcy and family law.
