Micheal Busby is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Association of Debtor’s Attorneys and is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in the Southern District of Texas. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served as a Field Artillery Cannoner from 1989 to 1993. Mike also served in the National Guard from 1993 to 1997 in the states of Arkansas, Oklahoma and North Carolina. Mr. Busby received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 2002. Mr. Busby is a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Law fraternity and authored an international law legal article in a law journal published by South Texas College of Law. Mr. Busby has been faithfully married for 20 years and is the proud father of two daughters, Viktoria and Hannah Busby and father of Willam Maximus “Billy Max” Busby.

Mr. Eisner received his B.A. degree in American Studies from the University of North Carolina, his MPA from the University of North Carolina School of Government and his J. D. from Campbell University School of Law. He is a member of the NC Bar Association. His focus is on business law, bankruptcy, civil litigation, workouts and alternatives to bankruptcy, and foreclosure defense.

MILITARY: Tonya has been a member of the Kentucky National Guard since 2001. For the first seven years she worked as a military police officer, including a deployment to Baghdad, Iraq where she was awarded several medals including a Purple Heart. In 2008, she commissioned as a Signal Officer and spent the next seven years in service to the 149th Brigade as a platoon leader, executive officer, and company commander. Tonya was a Judge Advocate, serving as trial counsel for the Kentucky National Guard, and is currently the Cyber Law Chief for the Kentucky National Guard. PERSONAL: Tonya is married and lives in Northern Kentucky with their six children.

Attorney Spyra supervised and assisted with the Chapter 7 legal panel of Trustee attorneys in their effort to ferret out fraud and abuse of the bankruptcy process. This experience provided Attorney Spyra with a unique and comprehensive understanding of the bankruptcy process as an attorney and government prosecutor.

Jason T. Moss, Esquire is the president at the law firm Moss & Associates, Attorneys P.A., where he focuses exclusively in the areas of litigation and bankruptcy. Randy A. Skinner understands the stress of unemployment and economic uncertainty. Twenty years ago, with a new wife and a mountain of educational debt, he was downsized from his very first job during a recession. Even with three degrees from the University of South Carolina (B.S., M.B.A., and J.D.), his employment prospects looked bleak, so Mr. Skinner took the only route available to him: He started his own firm.

Guy Holman is a bankruptcy attorney in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, where he advocates primarily for small businesses and consumers needing to reorganize or discharge debt pursuant to the U.S. bankruptcy code. Mr. Holman graduated cum Laude from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 2017. While attending law school, Holman clerked for the Honorable Judge Kenneth M. Hoyt, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. Also, while in law school, Holman clerked for the Honorable Judge Jeff Bohm, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Texas, and interned in the Property Preservation Clinic of the Earl Carl Institute for Legal & Social Policy, Inc. Additionally, Holman was awarded the Spouses of Houston Barristers Scholarship and was admitted to the American Inn of Court. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Holman had a diversified business background. He began his career as a banker with BMO/Harris Bank, serving as a financial analyst and would later join Citibank as an investment consultant. Holman would go on to co-found several partnerships engaged in commercial real estate finance, acquisition, rehabilitation, and insurance brokerage. Holman is also a former brick mason and member of the International Union of Bricklayers & Allied Craftsmen. Holman is a native of Chicago and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he obtained a B.A. in LAS/Finance. While in college, Holman studied abroad in Costa Rica, where he studied Spanish and “mastered” in salsa dancing.
