Cosner earned undergraduate degrees in economics and political science from Cornell University, where she graduated with distinction. Micheal Busby is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Association of Debtor’s Attorneys and is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in the Southern District of Texas. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served as a Field Artillery Cannoner from 1989 to 1993. Mike also served in the National Guard from 1993 to 1997 in the states of Arkansas, Oklahoma and North Carolina. Mr. Busby received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 2002. Keith Edmiston has been practicing law since 1997. His practice of almost 30 years has focused on bankruptcy law and civil and commercial litigation. Frances H. Hollinger is an experienced bankruptcy attorney with over 23 years of experience. She graduated from Springhill College and Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. Licensed to practice since 2001, Ms. Hollinger opened her practice as a sole practitioner working in many areas of law including criminal, probate, civil, and bankruptcy law. As her interest and experience in bankruptcy practice grew, she decided to concentrate on that area of law. She currently works with Hollinger Connor, LLC and has vast experience with Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13, as well as the newer Subchapter V or small business bankruptcy cases. Vincent Rubino is a shareholder in the firm of Newman Williams, P.C., in Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, and has been practicing law at the firm since 1987. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Attorney Rubino is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and Hofstra School of Law in Hempstead, N.Y.
