Nikki B. Allen brings a wealth of experience to her legal practice. She is licensed in both California and Colorado and has practiced law for over twenty years. Ms. Allen began her career in 2000 as an attorney in Denver, Colorado with Kutak Rock, LLP, a national law firm with more than 450 attorneys in 16 offices. She specialized in finance law, where she represented numerous municipal clients and real estate developers. She was involved in the closing of numerous multi-million dollar transactions. When Ms. Allen moved to Palm Desert, California in 2005, she broadened her practice to include all types of business law, including the purchases and sales of real estate and businesses, entity formation and contract drafting. Specifically, she focuses on estate planning, which include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advanced health care directives and special needs trusts. She was on the University of Denver Law Review and had an article published while still in law school. In addition to practicing law, she enjoys living in Palm Desert with her husband, her eleven year old son, Jack, and coaching his soccer team.

Attorney Lena Ghianni is a native San Diegan. She was born and raised in East County, graduated from Granite Hills High School in El Cajon, and obtained her law degree (Juris Doctor) from the University of San Diego School of Law. The only times Lena has lived outside San Diego County was while attending the University of Southern California for a bachelor's degree in Political Science and for her first job as a lawyer in Victorville, California. Mr. Moore is an experienced and aggressive complex litigator, having litigated class actions and other high stakes cases in state and federal courts for more than twenty five years. He is the sole member of the Law Offices of J. Mark Moore and is also Of Counsel to Gallo LLP. After obtaining his J.D. in 1995 from the UCLA School of Law, Mr. Moore spent his early career as an associate, and then a partner, at a national law firm where he defended major corporations in class actions alleging unfair and unlawful business and insurance practices, wage and hour claims and securities claims in California and other states. In 2006, Mr. Moore began representing consumers, borrowers and workers in class actions. He has been a partner in a number of boutique class action firms and, in addition to his solo practice, is presently Of Counsel to Gallo LLP. He sometimes represents hourly clients in business litigation matters on behalf of plaintiffs or defendants. Class action cases in which Mr. Moore served as lead or co-lead counsel for since 2006 have resulted in cash recoveries in excess of $100 million, not including other forms of relief.
