Mr. Moore is an experienced and aggressive complex litigator, having litigated class actions and other high stakes cases in state and federal courts for more than twenty five years. He is the sole member of the Law Offices of J. Mark Moore and is also Of Counsel to Gallo LLP. After obtaining his J.D. in 1995 from the UCLA School of Law, Mr. Moore spent his early career as an associate, and then a partner, at a national law firm where he defended major corporations in class actions alleging unfair and unlawful business and insurance practices, wage and hour claims and securities claims in California and other states. In 2006, Mr. Moore began representing consumers, borrowers and workers in class actions. He has been a partner in a number of boutique class action firms and, in addition to his solo practice, is presently Of Counsel to Gallo LLP. He sometimes represents hourly clients in business litigation matters on behalf of plaintiffs or defendants. Class action cases in which Mr. Moore served as lead or co-lead counsel for since 2006 have resulted in cash recoveries in excess of $100 million, not including other forms of relief. Mr. Moore is experienced in all aspects of litigation including appeals. He has litigated matters on behalf of individuals and companies, including significant business litigation disputes, and has pursued False Claims Act (“qui tam”) cases on behalf of whistleblowers with knowledge of fraud on the government. One such case, which he filed on behalf of a California online charter school teacher, led to a seven-figure settlement, a substantial whistleblower award and other relief benefiting the schools' students and the State. Mr. Moore obtained his B.A. in Business Economics, with honors, from UC Santa Barbara in 1992, and his J.D. in 1995 from the UCLA School of Law. He is licensed in California and admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and all of California's federal district courts. When not practicing law, Mr. Moore enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to exotic places.

Larry is a family law specialist, certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization, with the highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell as AV-Preeminent. He has practiced family law exclusively since 1975, and was certified as a specialist at the beginning of the certification program in 1980. In addition to family law, Larry has had successful trials in San Francisco and Monterey involving damages to real and personal property. He has also litigated securities actions and estate proceedings. Larry has experience across the entire range of family law matters, including prenuptial agreements, child custody, and family law matters involving jurisdictional, bankruptcy, immigration, and tax issues. Larry was born in Reno, Nevada October 23, 1941, attended Reno High School (winning honors in debating and the state championship in extemporaneous speaking), and then attended Northwestern University where he was on the Inter Fraternity Council and acted as its Student Senate Representative and earned a B.A in Philosophy. He attended Hastings College of Law, was on the Moot Court Board, and graduated with a J.D in 1967. He then attended New York University, and earned an LL.M in Corporation Law. After returning to San Francisco, Larry became a partner in Cushing, Cullinan, Hancock and Rothert, before beginning his own law practice in family law. Larry's experience in family law grew with its evolution into one of the most complex, demanding areas of law practice. As part of this expanded range of experience, Larry became interested in the relationship between the management of complex family law issues of a more personal nature, particularly those involving child custody, and began to include a practice of regular consultation with therapists as a way to obtain better understanding of issue management in especially difficult situations. With his wife, Jan C. Thorpe, PhD, and Ron Grassi, now retired, Larry conducted a successful series of continuing education programs in San Francisco designed to expand the family law practitioner's use of consulting therapists to bring greater insight into family law issues, particularly in child custody cases. Larry continues to be fascinated with the variety and complexity of family law cases and derives great satisfaction in solving problems and bringing cases to a settled conclusion without litigation, if possible. It has been particularly rewarding for Larry to be able to practice family law with his sons, his daughter in law and his wife, who acts as a consultant, to whom Larry gives primary credit for engineering such a successful marriage of work and family life. Larry has been active in local community affairs, and is the past President of the Kensington Improvement Council. Glenn R. Roderman hails from the town of Port Jervis, New York, but he has been a resident of South Florida for several decades. Mr. Roderman obtained his Juris Doctorate in Law from Stetson University in 1972, and he has been practicing law in the state of Florida since that time. Mr. Roderman was admitted to the Florida Bar and to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, in 1972. In 1975, Mr. Roderman was admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Roderman started his career as an assistant state attorney, serving in the Broward County State Attorney’s Office in 1973 and 1974. He later served as Associate Municipal Judge in the town of Davie, from 1974 to 1976, and then in North Lauderdale, from 1975 to 1977. Mr. Roderman started his own legal practice in the early 1980’s. He continues to serve as a respected legal analyst for ABC News Channel 10, WPLG, in Miami. With over 40 years experience in the Criminal Justice System as a former Judge, State Prosecutor, and Criminal Defense Attorney, Mr. Roderman is available to other attorneys as a Mentor or a Coach on any or all of their criminal cases. It is that experience, Mr. Roderman says, that matters as much as any law degree when it comes to representing someone in a criminal court. Mr. Roderman says he believes many newer attorneys seem to have given less credence to experience, believing that education, alone, qualifies them to practice good law. As he says in this video from his Spoken Law series, Mr. Roderman points out experience and education are both required for qualified legal representation.

Attorney Richard L. Williams provides legal services for driver’s license restoration, expungement of criminal records, domestic assault, civil infractions, misdemeanors and felonies, including OWI (DUI, DWI) drug possession, and other related issues and offenses. He also provides services for wills, trusts, businesses, and corporations. Richard L. Williams is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, license #P-29583. He has been actively practicing law since his acceptance into the Bar in October 1978. The principal areas of law that he has focused on during his four-plus decades of experience have been trial advocacy and business organizations. Mr. Williams attained Diplomate status with the Court Practice Institute in Chicago, Illinois, in 1978. He has worked at the Michigan Department of Commerce, Corporation and Securities Division, Franchise Registration for two years prior to admittance into the State Bar of Michigan. During that time, he was also the chief legal clerk for Circuit Court Judge Paul Mahinske in Howell, Michigan. He has also taught upper-division level contracts and business organizations at Michigan State University as well as Lansing Community College and Thomas M. Cooley Law School. In September 2021, he began his 44th year as a lawyer in private practice. He has represented more than 7,000 individuals and business entities in matters ranging from divorce, real estate, wills, corporations, and personal injury/wrongful death to defending those who are criminally accused. Today, he focuses on driver’s license restoration, expungement of criminal records, criminal defense, and setting up new businesses via corporate form or otherwise. Personal & Educational History Attorney Williams was born in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn, New York in 1947. His father owned his own newspaper and was an investigative journalist by trade; his mother was a hospital dietitian with a Master’s in food chemistry. He attended high school in Thompson, Connecticut at Marianapolis Preparatory School and graduated with a classical and a scientific diploma. Thereafter, he attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and received a BA degree with majors in history and chemistry, minors in economics. He attended and graduated from Thomas Cooley Law School in May 1978. He’s married with seven children, which include six sons and one daughter. His outside interests include gardening, wilderness camping, playing and teaching music, cooking, writing, and competitive league bowling during the winter months.

Dean has experience litigating patent, trademark and trade secret cases in multiple jurisdictions including United States District Courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), the Federal Circuit, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and state courts. He works with and has successfully protected many clients’ IP rights, including clients involved in bet-the-farm type litigation. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, domestic and foreign, medium to small businesses as well as individuals. He also prepares and prosecutes patent and trademark applications including appeals, inter party reviews (IPR), cancellation and opposition proceedings. He also counsels clients regarding IP related issues and prepares legal opinions including freedom to practice and invalidity opinions. Dean is a licensed attorney in Michigan and licensed as a patent attorney eligible to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is not licensed to practice in Delaware but can be admitted to practice pro hac vice in the Delaware courts. John M. Daly practices law in New York City as The Law Office of John M. Daly. Since 1995, John also has been “Of counsel” to The Fitzgerald Law Firms focusing primarily on medical malpractice litigation; appeals; dispositive motions; post-trial motions; infant compromise orders; trusts; annuities; lien resolution; and immigration. John graduated summa cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska in 1984. John was Editor-in-Chief of the Creighton Law Review, author of a law review article, and a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the National Jesuit Honor Society. John and his partner were winners of Creighton’s (annual, junior year) Appellate Moot Court Competition. While serving as a Judge Advocate, John also tried 10 court-marshals to the military equivalent of a jury.
