T. J. Jesky began his corporate career working for a Fortune 500 company that was acquired by a Fortune 50 Company. He spent 23-years working for the International Fortune 50 Company. As Division Manager, his responsibilities included commercialization of pharmaceutical products, negotiating and writing contracts with suppliers and customers, working with government agencies. He was one of the spokes in the wheel in changing State and Federal laws for the benefit of the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Jesky spent 20-years as a business consultant whose responsibilities included designing capital structures, negotiating contracts/business opportunities, assisting companies in going public, completing due diligence for a wide variety of businesses. He was involved in mergers and acquisitions with approximately 100 companies. For the past few years, his law practice, includes, but not limited to: business, corporate, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, medical malpractice lawsuits. He is fluent in the Spanish language.

David Niebauer is an attorney with over 25 years of domestic and international corporate finance experience, with a particular focus on technology companies and intellectual property. He works with companies at all stages from start-up through seed and VC/private equity funding, IPO, mergers and acquisitions. With over four and a half decades of practicing law, Attorney Brian J. Karen Ulmer is an attorney licensed to practice in both PA & NJ. Ms. Ulmer founded the law firm in 2001, concentrating her practice in the area of family law. Ms. Ulmer grew up in the Lower Bucks area. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Duke University in Durham, NC where she was the president of the Psychology Major's Union. She obtained her J.D. degree in 1995 from Widener University School of Law and where she served on the SBA and continues to serve on the Board of the Alumni Association since 2005. Ms. Ulmer obtained an advanced law degree in the area of Securities Law from Georgetown University Law Center in 1996.Ms.Ulmer is an active member of the Family Law section of the Bucks County Bar Association and has held offices in the YLD. Mark was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wabash College in 2000 and from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 2003. He has been admitted to the Indiana State, Northern Indiana and Southern Indiana Federal Districts since that time. Mark began his career serving both Marion and Cass Counties as a Felony Deputy Prosecutor from 2003 to 2007, completing thirty felony jury trials. He still selectively takes on criminal defense cases today. However, for the past 13 years, Mark has focused on civil litigation for Starr Austen & Miller, LLP and has tried many cases for plaintiffs and defendants. He has presented at legal seminars for other attorneys and insurance company in-house staff on construction law insurance coverage, personal injury and contractual dispute issues.

Mr. Bendel received his B.S. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut in 1997. He then went on to receive his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2000 from Pepperdine University, where he was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Bendel joined the Los Angeles office of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, where he practiced for over twelve years. While at Stroock, Mr. Bendel handled complex business litigation, including securities disputes, small business dissolutions, insurance coverage and bad faith matters, and other business and commercial disputes. The primary focus of Mr. Bendel’s practice is insurance coverage and insurance bad faith litigation. He has provided coverage advice and/or been involved in bad faith litigation with respect to claims made under all types of insurance policies including Commercial General Liability, Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions, Property, Homeowners, and Automobile insurance policies. Mr. Bendel is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in California, including the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has tried cases in federal and state courts in Northern and Southern California. In total, Mr. Bendel has over fifteen weeks of trial experience.
