Eric W. Cracken joined TorHoerman Law in 2019, to work in our Chicago office. At TorHoerman Law, Eric works in our Chicago office as a member of our trial team that focuses in nationwide, complex litigations representing clients who have been injured by the actions of large corporations and organizations.

John B. Flood represents clients in trials and adversarial proceedings, in matters involving non-competition and other restrictive covenants, and in all aspects of labor and employment law. Prior to starting Flood Law, John served as an active duty Air Force Judge Advocate (JAG) officer, attaining the rank of Major. John then joined a national labor and employment firm, becoming a Shareholder. John’s approach to the practice of law reflects the values of excellence, teamwork, and service to others that he fostered in the Air Force and now applies to each client in every case.

Mr. The Muhlstock is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the United States of America; the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; the United States District Courts of the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the District of New Jersey and the District of Puerto Rico; and all New York and New Jersey State Courts. He has also been admitted pro hac vice in the United States District Courts of: the Southern District of Florida, the Central District of California, the Southern District of Indiana, the District of Minnesota, the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Bankruptcy Court ​for the Eastern District of New York. Todd D. He has lectured on the law numerous times for the New York State Bar Association as well as The American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America); HarrisMartin Publishing (MDL Conference: Target Data Security Breach Litigation, March 2014); the New York State Judicial Institute where he twice lectured the Justices of the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Terms, First and Second Departments; New York Law School (Labor/Employment Law); Manhattanville College; and The City University of New York School of Law at Queens College – where he was also the Managing Editor of the New York City Law Review and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1996. Additionally, Mr. The Muhlstock has served on the Board of Directors of The Zeus Organization, LLC where he was also on the Executive and Investment Committees and served as Chief Compliance Officer; serves on the Board of Directors of A Gift From Alexa (a not for profit organization fighting the battle against Autism); served on the Executive Committee of NYFAIR (New Yorkers for Fair Automobile Insurance Reform); served on the Executive Committee of the New York Coalition of No Fault Attorneys; served as a judge for the 30th Annual Robert F. Wagner National Moot Court Competition; and has been a television legal expert commentator for several years covering murder, arson and robbery trials on Court TV – appearing on Catherine Crier & Company, Trial Heat and Both Sides. He is also a former member of the American Association for Justice, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Nassau County Bar Association. Prior to the private practice of law, Mr. Muhlstock served as a law clerk to Acting New York State Supreme Court Justice and Judge of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Honorable Richard F. Braun; worked for the Attorney Grievance Committee of the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court, Second Department; served as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Supreme Court of the State of Florida; and worked as a welfare benefits fraud investigator for the State of Florida Department of Human Services.

Andrew has been with McMullin Injury Law since 2013. He became a partner at the firm in 2018. Andrew has successfully handled hundreds of personal injury cases and obtained millions of dollars for his clients. He has a breadth of experience in every aspect of personal injury law from simple insurance claims to complex jury trials. Andrew is extremely passionate about being able to truly help people who need it the most by making insurance companies do what's right. Andrew graduated from The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. A.S.U. is the 5th ranked law school in the western United States. While in law school, Andrew was a Dean’s Recruitment Award recipient, a Charles E. Jones Scholar recipient, and he earned the Pedrick Scholar Award for excellence in academic achievement. He also won the “CALI Excellence for the Future Award” for achieving the highest grade in a practical application clinic entitled, “The Litigation Experience.” This was the crowning achievement of Andrew’s legal education as litigation and courtroom techniques had been his focus throughout his law school experience. Andrew also served as the judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Bruce R. Cohen of the Maricopa County Superior Court. Andrew's legal practice focuses primarily on personal injury, workers compensation, and civil litigation. Prior to moving to Arizona for law school, Andrew graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communication from Dixie State University. While at Dixie State, he earned The Dean’s Scholarship, and he worked as the play-by-play broadcaster for Dixie State College basketball and football. Andrew’s background is in sales and marketing. He worked full-time jobs while earning both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctorate degree. He gets great satisfaction out of putting his skills into practice by helping clients recover what is fair after an injury. Big insurance companies have teams of attorneys at their disposal. Their job is to offer injured parties as little of a recovery as they can get away with. Andrew very much enjoys leveling the playing field. Using the law to protect the rights of those who need help is Andrew’s passion. He very much enjoys his work at McMullin Injury Law and he works hard to get his clients every penny they deserve. Andrew is married and has a two-year-old son. His hometown is right here in St. George, Utah. He graduated from Dixie High School before serving an LDS mission to Tampa, Florida. In his free time, Andrew enjoys the many outdoor activities Southern Utah has to offer, and he is a bit of a fantasy football enthusiast. Andrew Spainhower is a licensed attorney in both Arizona and Utah. He is affiliated with the Utah State Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association Litigation Division, and The Central Utah Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Utah State Courts, all Arizona state Courts, and the Federal District Courts for the District of Utah.

Mr. Sutter has been in aviation for over thirty years and has been practicing law for over 25 years. He has represented numerous airmen against the FAA, airlines, and charter operators. His primary background has been in the field of the ADA and employment law. He pioneered the early developments of the ADA and the FMLA eventually arguing one of the first FMLA cases before the United States Supreme Court. He is a zealous advocate of his clients who refuses to bow to the demands of corporate America.

Mr. Saylor is a partner at the firm of Fort, Holloway & Rogers, LLC. A trial attorney at heart, Stuart Saylor practices primarily in the fields of family law, criminal defense, orders of protection, guardianships, and conservatorships. He is a native of Franklin, and is focused on providing quality legal services to middle Tennessee. Mr. Saylor takes great pride in being available and responsive to his clients. A large portion of Mr. Saylor’s divorce cases involve issues such as custody, parenting plans, child support, spousal support (alimony), property valuation and division, and the potential impact of premarital agreements on such litigation. Mr. Saylor also handles post-divorce cases including parenting plan modifications, custody modifications, child support modification, and termination or modification of alimony. Orders of protection are a tool to protect domestic abuse victims or victims of stalking or sexual abuse. Mr. Saylor has obtained orders of protection on behalf of countless clients in order to secure the protection that they deserve. However, some people are wrongfully accused of such offenses and have orders of protection filed against them. Orders of protection can have a significant and lasting impact on the accused’s civil rights, including the ability to own firearms and guns. Mr. Saylor has successfully defended numerous order of protection cases, with the result that the order of protection was completely dismissed. Prior to his work in private practice, Mr. Saylor served honorably on active duty in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. Mr. Saylor worked as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, and litigated dozens of criminal trials in front of judges and juries. In 2014, he deployed to Afghanistan where he served as the top legal advisor to a Special Operations Task Force. Mr. Saylor is a graduate of the University of Tennessee- Knoxville (Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude), and the University of Tennessee College of Law (cum laude; Concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution).

Ryan G. Saharovich was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin. After he obtained his undergraduate degree, Mr. Saharovich attended Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia where he graduated with honors. While at Emory, Mr. Saharovich received the Dean’s Award in Legal Writing and Research, as well as the Custer-Tuggle Award of Excellence in Family Law. Mr. Saharovich also served as a Notes & Comments Editor on the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal where he won the 2016 Keith J. Shapiro Award for Excellence in Consumer Bankruptcy Writing for his law review article. Following completion of his first year of law school, Mr. Saharovich worked as a summer clerk in the chambers of United States District Court Judge Jon McCalla, which allowed him to observe and better understand the litigation process. After graduating from law school, Mr. Saharovich worked for Burch, Porter & Johnson where he primarily handled a range of litigation matters including automobile accident, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and commercial litigation cases. In 2019, 2020 and 2021, Mr. Saharovich was named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Early on in his career, Mr. Saharovich developed a passion for helping individuals who require legal assistance after suffering an injury to ensure they are fully compensated. Mr. Saharovich currently serves as the chairperson of the Mass Tort Litigation Group at NST. In this role, he handles complex cases related to pharmaceutical injuries and injuries stemming from product defects. As the largest Tennessee-based personal injury law firm, NST has the resources, experience, and legal knowledge required to represent injured individuals throughout the entire litigation process. Outside of work, Mr. Saharovich serves on the board for Bornblum Jewish Community School and previously served as Legal Counsel on the executive board of Thrive Memphis. Mr. Saharovich is also an avid sports fan that spends much of his time watching the St. Louis Cardinals, Memphis Tigers, Memphis Grizzlies, and Tennessee Titans.

Destiny Davis, an Associate Attorney at Lipinski Law, was admitted to practice law in Florida in 2021. Mrs. Davis obtained dual Bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University, obtained in 2017.She went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2021, with a Concentration in Social Justice Advocacy. Mrs. Davis currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Young Lawyers’ Board for the Palm Beach County Justice Association (PBCJA), and is a member of the Florida Justice Association (FJA). She is dedicated to advocating fair access to the courts through education, collaboration, and advocacy. Beyond her legal engagement, she remains actively involved in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and contributes as a mentor for the local organization Youth Empowered to Prosper. Her commitment extends to community improvement, with a focus on enhancing access to higher education for underprivileged youth and families. Formerly an Education Advocacy Attorney, Mrs. Davis recently transitioned to civil trial practice with Lipinski Law, aiming to broaden her legal expertise and effect meaningful change in a new legal domain. Drawing from her past role, where she advocated for the rights of students and families, negotiated with educational institutions and provided community training on educational law, Mrs. Davis brings a passion for justice to her work in personal injury cases.
