Brian Gaddy is a principal attorney with the Gaddy Law Firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He practices law in Texas and New Mexico and represents individuals suffering injuries caused by others. Mr. Gaddy has extensive experience with personal injury litigation. With over 17 years of experience as a Claims Counsel with Professional Claims Managers and a Claims Attorney with the Texas Association of Counties Risk Management Pool, his focus was litigation and pre-suit claims involving municipal law enforcement and public officials’ liability. Specifically, he dealt routinely with claims and litigation involving 42 U.S.C. Sections 1981, 1983, and 1985, Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Texas Whistleblowers Act. Independently, he has consulted on litigation involving professional liability, copyright and trademark infringement, and Section 1983 unreasonable use of force. Prior to Professional Claims Managers, Mr. Gaddy adjusted claims involving claims involving 18-wheelers. These claims ranged from light fender benders to serious wrongful death. Mr. Gaddy’s focus was claims in the continental United States. Mr. Gaddy created and was part of the Rapid Response Team for one major trucking organization requiring he be at the site of a death within 24 hours of the occurrence. Mr. Gaddy has spoken at several conferences on topics involving civil rights, claims adjusting, and litigation management. Mr. Gaddy received his law degree from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1994. He is a member of the State Bars of Texas and New Mexico and is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He is also a licensed insurance adjuster.

For the first seven years of his legal career, Philip maintained a general civil trial practice, concentrating on personal injury defense and commercial litigation. In personal injury cases, he defended businesses and individuals facing claims involving premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, and general negligence. His commercial litigation work included defending businesses against allegations of breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, and insurance coverage disputes. In 2008, Philip shifted his practice away from representing corporations, insurance companies, and insureds, turning his focus to family law. Since that time, he has handled hundreds of family law cases, addressing matters such as divorce, the modification and enforcement of divorce decrees, paternity actions, termination of parental rights, domestic adoptions, grandparent access, premarital agreements, and separation agreements. Jamie L. Cox is a partner at Willson & Pechacek, PLC, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. William Campbell began his working career by serving in the United States Army as an infantryman in the 101st Airborne Division. After serving and honorably discharged, William utilized the G.I. Bill and graduated Cum Laude from California State University Fullerton. After graduating with a B.A., William attended Southwestern Law School, passed the California State Bar Exam, and started down the road of practicing law. William is a member of the California and Tennessee State Bar. William is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California. William started his legal career practicing criminal law at both the Fresno County Public Defenders office and ultimately in the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting both low level misdemeanors such as Driving Under the Influence cases (DUI’s) all the way up to Three Strike Felony Cases. Kevin A. Osborne is the managing attorney with Ross Mann Personal Injury Lawyers. He is originally from eastern Kentucky and grew up in the town of Paintsville. Following his graduation from high school in 2007, Kevin attended Georgetown College, where he studied History and Political Science. After his graduation from Georgetown College in 2011, Kevin attended the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky. While in law school, Kevin clerked for a large regional defense firm in eastern Kentucky, where he gained valuable experience concerning the judicial system. Following law school, and after passing the Bar Examination in 2014, Kevin began his legal career as an associate attorney at the same defense firm he had previously clerked for.
