Attorney Edward Kraus is the Managing Partner of Kraus Law Group, LLC in Chicago, Illinois. Since 1999, he has taught Health and Disability Law classes and has represented individuals in many cases involving complex health and disability matters. Previously, Mr. Kraus served as an attorney at the law firm of Plotkin, Jacobs, & Orlofsky, Ltd., focusing on civil litigation and consumer class actions in Chicagoland. Mr. Kraus is the director of the Vaccine Injury Litigation Clinic, where he represents those who have suffered from vaccination injuries. He served on the Advisory Commission of Childhood Vaccines from September 2011 to January 2017, where he was one of nine members who provided input regarding the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). Edward Kraus is an active member of the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He has also been actively involved on the American Diabetes Association, Health & Disability Advocates, Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines, Department of Health & Human Services, and the Vaccine Committee of the Advisory Council to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Kraus has been admitted to the Illinois Bar Association, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. District Court, the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Cary Powell Moseley graduated with a degree in English and Mathematics from the University of Virginia in 1988. While at UVA, Mr. Moseley was an Echols Scholar and Washington Scholar. Mr. Moseley received his law degree from the Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1991. Mr. Moseley was a member of the National Moot Court Team at W&L, and was a Quarterfinalist at Oral Argument and Best Brief Runner-up in the Davis Moot Court Competition. From 1991-1992, he was Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Norman K. Moon, then a judge on the Virginia Court of Appeals, now a Federal United States District Court judge. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Moseley was a litigation associate at James, McElroy & Diehl, P.A. in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. Moseley then became an associate and then a partner in the law firm of Davidson, Sakolosky & Moseley, P.C., from 1995 until 2005, having made partner in the firm in 1997. Mr. Moseley was counsel for the plaintiff in the landmark lemon law case, Subaru of America, Inc. v. Debora Peters, 256 Va. 43 (1998), the first lemon law case decided by the Virginia Supreme Court. Mr. Moseley has been recognized as an expert in consumer law and consumer rights litigation and has testified as an expert witness in the Virginia Circuit Courts on various consumer issues as well as attorney fee issues. Mr. Moseley’s testimony has led a number of judges to award the plaintiff 100% of his or her litigation expenses. Mr. Moseley has obtained numerous six-figure settlements and jury verdicts against car dealers and insurance companies in Virginia and North Carolina, and Mr. Moseley was counsel for the plaintiff in a number of cases where the jury or judge found the car dealer or mobile home dealer committed actual fraud. Mr. Moseley is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, and state and federal courts. Mr. Moseley is a member of the Virginia and North Carolina bars. An active member of the community, Mr. Moseley was voted Big Brother of the Year in Central Virginia in 1997, by Big Brothers/ Big Sisters of Central Virginia. He has served as a volunteer with Meals on Wheels, Special Olympics, Daily Bread (kitchen cleanup help and cook), and the Boonsboro Volunteer Fire & Rescue Squad. In 2006, Mr. Moseley became certified to drive ambulances and fire trucks of all shapes and sizes. Mr. Moseley has given generously of his time and money to numerous churches and charitable organizations, including the Robert Frascino AIDS Foundation, The Miller Home for Girls, United Way, Salvation Army and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and their fundraisers. Mr. Moseley is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Lynchburg, and in his youth, he was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Danville, Virginia. On June 25, 2013, the Lynchburg City Council appointed Mr. Moseley to serve a 3-year term on the City Appeals Board.

Dondi R. Vesprini earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1996 from Oakland University with a minor in Sociology. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1999 from the University of Detroit – Mercy School of Law where he was on the Moot Court Board of Directors, represented the law school in national moot court competition, and was a member of the St. Thomas More Society. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan, the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in Cincinnati, Ohio. Prior to joining Buckfire & Buckfire, Dondi worked for 11 years as a trial attorney for the Law Offices of Lawrence S. Katkowsky, P.C., which specialized in motorcycle accidents. Previously, Dondi worked for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office for two years where he tried felony drug cases and also worked on criminal appeals. Dondi has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his injured clients and specializes in issues affecting motorcyclists such as motorcycle accidents, roadway defect accidents, and Michigan No Fault claims. He also litigates wrongful death, automobile negligence, slip and fall, dog bite attacks, and other personal injury matters. He recently drafted an amendment to MCL 500.3114, which was formally introduced as House Bill 4809 on May 6, 2021.

Elisabeth W. Molnar's practice focuses primarily on family law cases, including Divorce, Child Support and Custody.  Her cases involve complex matters in these areas of the law, and handling the issues with key advice and care.  Equally important to her practice is a client-oriented concept of returning telephone calls promptly, speaking realistically to clients about their cases and developing an overall comfort level with clients through the most difficult times in their lives.  Attorney Molnar's practice is based upon satisfied clients referring their friends, family and other loved ones to her services, and said referrals are treated with the utmost respect and confidence.  Although Ms. Molnar's practice is based almost entirely in family law, she also prepares Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills, as these documents frequently go hand in hand with family law matters. Before joining the law firm of Raphael, Ramsden & Behers, in 2004, Attorney Molnar joined a general civil litigation firm in Pittsburgh, upon her graduation from Duquesne Law School in 2003.  During her time at the civil litigation firm, she handled several insurance defense matters, in a multiple county practice.  During her tenure at the civil litigation firm, family law also became a significant portion of her practice so much so that she eventually dedicated her career almost entirely to the practice of Family Law. Duquesne University in Pittsburgh is Attorney Molnar's alma mater for undergraduate, as well.  She is a 2001 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Duquesne University, where she majored in Business Administration.  While an undergraduate student, she received the Pittsburgh Builders' Exchange Scholarship.  Ms. Molnar participated in the 3-and-3 Program at Duquesne Law School, permitting her to attend law school at Duquesne at the end of her Junior year of undergraduate education.  While in law school, she was selected to membership on Law Review, based upon academic merit during her first year.  She received her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in June of 2003, graduating Cum Laude.  Ms. Molnar was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in October of 2003, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in December of 2003.   Attorney Molnar is a Pittsburgh native, having attended Thomas Jefferson High School.  She now resides in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.

Ms. El Fadel is a Junior Partner with KS Attorneys at law and currently heads up our Firm’s business development, business structuring, business funding and commercial civil trial departments. As such, Ms. El Fadel is experienced in most all areas of commercial business development, commercial civil trial and appellate representation and is licensed to practice in the Federal and State Courts of Florida and the State Courts of New Jersey. Sam Coffey, Esq. is a trial lawyer devoted to representing individuals and their families who have been injured by the carelessness of others.
