Christopher David Campione has always held a deep passion for helping others. His unmatched dedication to the pursuit of justice and aggressive defense of his clients sets him apart from his colleagues. Mr. Campione is an advocate of justice for all. His concentrated areas of focus include personal injury, business, and real estate law. Mr. Campione graduated with his Juris Doctor in May of 2016 from Florida Coastal School of Law. He graduated in the top 20% of his class, was a Merit Scholarship recipient, achieved the Dean’s Scholars list, and received 3 book awards. These book awards were given for achieving the highest grade in the following classes, Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure, and Trial Practice. He was named Best Overall Advocate in his Trial Practice section and was also a member of the Best Overall Team. He received a Certificate in Business Law, and while working three jobs to help pay his way through law school, he also served as a teaching assistant for Professor Roederer’s Constitutional Law class for two semesters and as a judicial extern, assisting both Judges Gregg McCaulie and James Daniel of the 4th Judicial Circuit. While in law school, Mr. Campione simultaneously received his Master Degree in Business Administration from Jacksonville University, where he graduated in the Top 5% and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, a national academic achievement society known as the “Best in Business.” One of his greatest achievements was the distinction of being named one of the Top 40 students within the undergraduate and graduate program. This distinction led to his profile being published by Adventure Business Magazine in their annual Top 40 Edition. Mr. Campione attended undergrad at The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina before transferring to Florida State University where he received his undergraduate degree in Business Management. While pursuing his Juris Doctorate and pursuing a Master Degree in Business, Mr. Campione also worked as a flight controller for Aerial Forensics, a revolutionary investigative service, and as a property manager for several real estate companies. Mr. Campione grew up in Eustis, Florida, a small town in central Florida. He enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, following politics, and participating in sports. Mr. Campione and his wife reside in Ponte Vedra Beach with their rescue dog, Buddy.

Mr. Benno is an appellate and constitutional law attorney. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where he served in both the trial division and the appeals bureau. Upon leaving government service, Mr. Benno worked at a premier civil litigation law firm where he focused on civil rights matters in both state and federal courts. In 2009, Mr. Benno opened his own law practice. Mr. Benno is admitted to the New York and Connecticut state bars, and is admitted to practice in the federal courts of the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of New York as well as the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second and Third Circuit. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. From 2006 through 2012, Mr. Benno was an adjunct professor at New York Law School, where he taught Appellate Advocacy and Legal Reasoning and Writing. Mr. Benno regularly lectures for bar associations and continuing legal education providers on topics having to do with constitutional law, appellate advocacy, and trial practice. Mr. Benno has been selected for inclusion in New York Super Lawyers for the last 10 years in the areas of First Amendment and civil rights law. Mr. Benno received his B.A. degree with honors from Johns Hopkins University, and his law degree from Cornell Law School.

As a Hillsdale County native, Daren Wiseley is thrilled with the opportunity to serve his home community. Even though the media, and even most lawyers counted him out, he used his tireless work effort and thoughtful creativity to win the case after oral argument on his motion to dismiss. Mr. Wiseley has significant experience defending Constitutionally protected rights, and understands the role of protecting citizens against government overreach. One notable example occurring when a client was charged with a felony for a harmless Facebook post - Mr. Wiseley was able to get this charge dismissed as well. Both cases also provided examples of Mr. Wiseley's ability to influence the court of public opinion, to protect his clients' from reputational harm in the community.Mr. Wiseley is highly sought after throughout Michigan, practicing in counties throughout the state and both federal districts. When he is not in the office defending liberty, Mr. Wiseley loves golfing with his grandfather, reading, working out, and playing with his cat, Ovi.

I have attended DUI/DWI seminars across the country now since 1998 when I first realized how complicated a DUI/DWI case can be. I have taken numerous breath test courses and am a certified operator on three separate breath test machines including the ECIRII. In fact, I am one of only a handful attorneys in all of Virginia certified as an operator on the ECIRII. I also have a technician certification on the Intoxilyzer 5000. I have personally held ECIRII breath test seminars in Virginia on two separate occasions. I had attorneys from eight states attend my seminars as well as Judges from here in Virginia. I invited the leading experts in the country to speak. Besides my expertise in breath testing, I have taken and passed the same NHTSA Field Sobriety Course that our police officers have to take. I also have attended numerous courses on blood testing for both drugs and alcohol. You never stop learning, so I continue to attend two to four seminars across the country every year to keep up with the latest techniques and strategies for fighting DUI/DWI cases. Due to my focus and training in the area of DUI/DWI defense I was honored to be selected out of all the attorneys in Virginia to write the book for lawyers. This is a tremendous honor to be recognized by West Publishing as the lawyer in Virginia with the expertise and experience to write the text book for lawyers and Judges. Honestly it is one of the highlights of my career. Besides having the knowledge necessary to give you the best representation possible, I think my empathy and concern for you is something else that sets me apart from a lot of lawyers out there. Jeff and I both truly care about people and want to help them. It is the reason I became a lawyer, so I could help people. I have faith in our constitution, and fight to protect the rights given to us by our founding fathers. I have given talks on DUI/DWI exceptions to our Constitution. I stole the speech from Larry Taylor who is one of the Godfather’s of modern day DUI/DWI defense. It is a great speech! As a DUI/DWI attorney, I truly am on the front lines of protecting our Constitutional rights. People say “oh he got off on a technicality.” Really what they should say is, “his lawyer protected all of our Constitutional rights, by ensuring the government didn’t get away with something they should not have done!”

A seventh-generation Philadelphian, Attorney Quincy E. Booth has a tremendous amount of care and resolve towards helping people from the local community and beyond in need of legal help and representation. Mr. Booth is committed to protecting the interests of individuals that have been injured or suffered a loss, and as a champion for people’s rights and a professional dedicated to service, he has prided himself on being an honorable advocate. After graduating from Drexel University, Mr. Booth spent five years in corporate America in the telecommunications industry at a Fortune 10 company and enjoyed great success and visibility as a top business developer. Quincy E. Booth is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts where he maintains active memberships with the Barristers, American Association for Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also admitted to practice before the Eastern District of Pennsylvania federal court. A consummate supporter of his local community, Mr. Booth has been an Assistant Troop Leader for Boy Scout Troop 133 at the African Episcopal Church of St. Thomas in Philadelphia, and currently serves as both the Vice President and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Camden Center for Youth Development in Camden, NJ. Mr. Booth has and continues to represent victims of personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits arising from unsafe/ defective products, automobile accidents, construction injuries and other workplace accidents, and medical malpractice. He is also passionate in representing Estate clients with their family affairs either before an end-of-life event or after losing a loved one. Mr. Booth has secured millions of dollars in settlements and awards on behalf of his personal injury clients and has ushered countless families through the estate planning and administration process.

Thomas Piotrowski is an experienced and aggressive litigator who handles cases in and around the Detroit metro area. Since graduating cum laude from the Detroit College of Law in 1987, Mr. Piotrowski has been actively litigating inside of Michigan courtrooms. Mr. Piotrowski is a former Wayne County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. His responsibilities included the prosecution of felony and misdemeanor offenses in both bench and jury trials. After 10 years at the Prosecutor’s office, Mr. Piotrowski moved on to the Attorney General’s office as an Assistant Attorney General. While there, he worked in the Criminal Division.. Mr. Piotrowski is now putting his decades of experience prosecuting individuals to work by defending clients and their constitutional rights both in and out of the courtroom. He is able to use the unique skill set of building cases against individuals to see the weaknesses of a given lawsuit or prosecution and can use these to his advantage when arguing a client’s defense. Mr. Piotrowski’s professional memberships include the State Bar of Michigan and the Federal Eastern district.

John Roach has focused his career on assisting clients involved in complex family law and landlord-tenant disputes. From parents involved in child custody or divorce proceedings to landlords pursuing eviction matters, John has experience providing high-quality representation in a wide range of litigation matters. Prior to founding Roach Law PLLC, John worked as a managing partner of a successful family law, criminal defense, and landlord-tenant law firm in Roseville, Minnesota. John graduated cum laude from North Dakota State University and magna cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. During law school, John taught Constitutional Law through the Marshall Brennan program, and served for two years on the Mitchell Hamline Law Review journal. John is currently a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and is listed on the Minnesota Parent-Attorney Roster. In 2021, John was selected to Expertise’s list of Best Divorce Lawyers. John also has the distinction of being selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in both 2021 and 2022. John has a proven record of success throughout his practice as an attorney. A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Mr. Haskins graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and interned with the South Carolina House of Representatives, the South Carolina Senate, and worked as a Special Assistant in the Public Affairs Division for the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General. Mr. Haskins then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. At Florida Coastal, he was Parliamentarian of the Student Bar Association Legislature and Chief Justice of the Honor Court. Having graduated Florida Coastal in two and one-half years, Mr. Haskins passed the Alaska Bar Examination and became a Member of the Alaska Bar Association. After Florida Coastal, he attended American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where he obtained his Master of Law (LL.M.) degree in Law & Government, specializing in Law, Politics, and Legislation, with a concentration on Civil & Constitutional Rights. While at American, he interned in the United States Senate and was a Legal Fellow for United States Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC). Mr. Haskins also helped found the Alaska Bar Association Federal Regulatory Practice Section in Washington, D.C. Returning to South Carolina, Mr. Haskins passed the South Carolina Bar Examination and became a Member of the South Carolina Bar. Mr. Haskins worked in firms in Greenville and Charleston, gaining valuable experience in handling family law, estate planning, and real estate legal issues. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Haskins is a Realtor, Notary Public in South Carolina, and President of the Charleston Chapter of the University of South Carolina Alumni Association.
