Michael Berg is an experienced criminal defense attorney who is dedicated to defending his clients and ensuring they receive excellent representation. He has represented more than 1,000 clients in felony and misdemeanor cases in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Diego, Imperial, and Kern counties. Michael graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 2005. During law school, Michael was a certified law clerk in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and handled over 5,000 arraignments and 2,000 bail motions. He also previously clerked in the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.

Following 10 years as a senior prosecutor with the Orange County District Attorney's Office, where he supervised the Homicide Panel, Paul Meyer founded his own firm in 1981. His practice includes both state and federal criminal defense, involving such matters as the successful defense of Merrill Lynch during the Orange County bankruptcy in 1996, the defense of members of the Orange County Board of Supervisors and judges of both the Los Angeles and Orange County Superior Courts. His practice includes a wide variety of vehicular crimes, from manslaughter to D.U.I. along with defense of fraud, child pornography and regulatory matters involving the District Attorney and federal agencies. Mr. Meyer takes a "hands on" approach to practice. Mr. Meyer has lectured internationally on subjects of ethics and professionalism for the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Meyer served as Adjunct Professor of Law for Western State University College of Law and for the Police Officers Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.). Defense lawyer, Ashby C. Sorensen was born and raised in Virginia just outside of our nation’s capital, Washington, D.C.. He is a graduate of University of Colorado at Boulder, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Ashby later moved further West and settled in North County San Diego, California. He then studied law at California Western School of Law in San Diego. While in law school, Ashbyworked as an agent and advisor to many of the world’s top professional snowboarders, surfers and skateboarders. Upon graduation, Ashby his passion for the courtroom and worked at the Fresno County Public Defender’s Office, where he spent over five years defending serious felony cases in trial court. In 2009, Ashby opened his own practice focusing exclusively on criminal defense. Robert A. Morris, Jr. has been practicing law in Hernando County since 1991 when he started his career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit . While working at the State Attorneys Office he prosecuted a variety of crimes including DUI’s, misdemeanors and felony offenses. Born in Indiana Robert graduated from Culver Military Academy in 1984 and then continued on to received his undergraduate degree from Ball State University located in Muncie, Indiana in 1988. Robert graduated Law School from Valparaiso University School of Law, which is located a short distance from Chicago Illinois, in 1991. Robert relocated to Florida after graduation from Law School based upon his work in the horse industry and settled in Ocala where he started his career as a prosecutor. After taking and passing both the Florida and the Indiana bar exams within two weeks of each other he was assigned to Brooksville, Florida where he has remained ever since. Mr. Goodman began his legal career litigating on behalf of those accused of crimes by first interning for the Federal Public Defender's Office for the Middle District of Florida. Wanting to learn just how prosecutors put together their cases against the accused, Mr. Goodman decided to serve as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County for over six and a half years. While acting as a prosecutor, Mr. Goodman tried over seventy cases to verdict. During his time as a prosecutor, Mr. Goodman handled death penalty murder cases, murders featured on national television programs, traffic homicides, crimes of violence, as well as complex economic crimes. Due to his expertise in trial work, Mr. Goodman was selected to serve as the Chief of Litigation for the Misdemeanor Domestic Violence Unit, where he was tasked with training over twenty attorneys on the rules of evidence, and how to properly handle and build a case from the initial investigation until a jury verdict. Additionally, Mr. Goodman was chosen to serve on the prestigious Traffic Homicide Unit where he investigated numerous traffic fatalities that ranged from vehicular homicide to DUI manslaughter. Mr. Goodman additionally argued on behalf of the State of Florida before the Florida Parole Commission, and was specially assigned to prosecute multiple cases by the Office of the Governor. Attorney Ryan T. Fasso was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002 after having attended New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate. Mr. Fasso now concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal law, family law, and civil litigation. He also handles quiet title actions. Prior to, he began his legal career as Dependency Attorney with the Circuit 10 | Florida Department of Children and Families. He gained immediate courtroom experience after having conducted numerous adjudicatory bench trials amidst the most controversial of cases. Thereafter, Mr. Fasso continued his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney with the Polk County State Attorney’s Office.
