Tracy McNeill Pullan graduated from the University of Texas, Austin in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Following her experiences working and traveling abroad, she made a life-changing decision to continue her family's long-standing tradition of becoming a lawyer. Tracy attended the University of Houston Law Center, where she felt a strong calling to public service, much like her great grandfather Frank B. Potter, who served as the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas. Tracy joined the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office as an Assistant District Attorney (ADA). During her time as an ADA, Tracy gained valuable insights into the inner workings of the Montgomery County criminal justice system, serving in various divisions such as Justice of the Peace, Misdemeanor, and Felony. She eventually became the Chief of the Misdemeanor Division, where she managed and trained prosecutors in their respective courts, with a specific focus on Driving While Intoxicated cases. Tracy also worked closely with law enforcement, providing training in the field. As a Prosecutor, Tracy handled more than 50 trials, ranging from Capital Murder to Class C Misdemeanors. In addition, she reviewed and investigated numerous cases on behalf of the State of Texas. After six years of dedicated service, Tracy left the office with the title of Division Chief. Today, Tracy is a founding partner of Pullan & Young, P.L.L.C., where she defends clients facing a wide range of criminal offenses, including DWIs and Aggravated Assaults. She is committed to protecting falsely accused individuals from being wrongly registered as sex offenders, and she tirelessly fights to ensure that young clients are not burdened with a permanent criminal record. Kristen Curry has been certified as a Criminal Law Specialist through the State Bar of Arizona for the past 25 years and has extensive jury trial and litigation experience. Ari Trubitt is a Senior Associate Attorney at Sexner & Associates LLC and a life-long Chicago area resident who graduated from the University of Illinois and the John Marshall School of Law. He began his legal career as an intern at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and soon thereafter moved to a law firm from which he began practicing all manner of criminal defense from minor traffic offenses and misdemeanor cases up to first-degree murder. Joshua Paul Jones is a knowledgeable trial attorney with over seven years of courtroom experience. He worked for two and a half years in the adult division of the DA's office prosecuting various violent, property and narcotics crimes. During that time Mr. Jones took over a dozen felony cases to trial in front of a jury. In addition he tried countless bench trials and misdemeanor cases. From there Mr. Jones was transferred to the juvenile division and continued to try felony and misdemeanor cases for another two years. After leaving the District Attorney's office Mr. Jones worked for the law firm of Beasley Allen in their toxic torts division. During his time at Beasley Allen Mr. Jones worked on the BP oil spill litigation before starting his own practice.
