Joe is a trial lawyer. He brings his litigation skills to a variety of matters, including the representation of people injured in automobile and motorcycle accidents as well as other types of injury cases. Joe has also spent a great deal of his practice assisting people in divorce, custody and other areas of family law. For over 7 years, Joe served on the Shawnee County guardian ad litem panel, handling Child In Need of Care and juvenile offender cases. He often represents grandparents, foster parents and others who are concerned with the safety and welfare of abused or neglected kids. Mr. Dubow has been practicing law since 1981. He has appeared extensively and conducted trials in the Supreme Courts in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange and Rockland Counties as well as the Supreme Courts in New York City as well as the Federal District Courts. In addition to his litigation trial practice at the Supreme Court level, Alan has practiced extensively in the Appellate Courts of the State of New York. Thomas Gilbert is an attorney licensed in Florida and New Jersey. Mr. Gilbert received his bachelor’s degree in secondary education and social sciences from the University of Tampa and his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Riverview, Florida. While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Gilbert interned at the St. Michael’s Legal Center, a pro bono legal clinic focusing on family law issues. After graduating from law school, Mr. Gilbert served as a judicial law clerk in the Family Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. During his clerkship, Mr. Gilbert conducted legal research, analyzed legal data, and prepared legal memoranda for the Family Division judges. He also conducted many successful parenting time mediations in non-divorce cases. After his clerkship, Mr. Gilbert worked in private practice at two midsize family law firms before joining The Law Offices of Robert Geller. Well-versed in the latest developments in the law, Mr. Gilbert is adept at guiding clients to address their plans for both the short- and long-term consequences of Family Court proceedings. Mr. Gilbert is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He worked as a State Trooper with the Florida Highway Patrol and as an Officer with the Tampa Police Department before beginning his law career. Though he has handled cases all over the State of Texas, he works primarily in Brazoria, Harris, Galveston, Fort Bend and Montgomery county. Mr. Clements has gained a reputation for skillfully handling difficult and hotly contested litigation where the stakes are high—financially or emotionally. He has represented estates and businesses worth millions of dollars, families in crisis, injured workers and drivers, and homeowners against their insurance company. Roger (R.J.) Hudson has been practicing law in Iowa for over 2 decades. After graduating from Drake University, R.J. spent 15 years at Hudson Mallaney, P.C., practicing as a trial lawyer for Iowa Domestic Relation and Iowa Divorce Law, Iowa Personal Injury Law, and Iowa Criminal Defense Law.
