Attorney Eger was awarded a double major Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado and was later awarded a Juris Doctorate degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island. Attorney Eger also gained experience with an Internship with the RI Dept. of the Attorney General, Environmental Division; a Judicial Clerkship in the RI Supreme Court Office of General Counsel; and a Legal Internship for Cookson America, Inc., Regulatory Affairs Division. Attorney Eger later accepted an Associate position working on several class action lawsuits that protected thousands of consumers from illegal debt collection efforts. Mary Ann E. Rousseau is a practicing lawyer in the state of Massachusetts. She has significant experience in the area of employment discrimination before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, EEOC, Superior and Federal Courts. While primarily a plaintiff's lawyer fighting for the rights of employees for the past 30 years, her prior experience in a Boston law firm representing employers gives her the edge to know what the employers will be arguing in all kinds of discrimination cases based on sex, age, disability, race, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, sexual harassment. Attorney Edward Kraus is the Managing Partner of Kraus Law Group, LLC in Chicago, Illinois. Since 1999, he has taught Health and Disability Law classes and has represented individuals in many cases involving complex health and disability matters. Previously, Mr. Kraus served as an attorney at the law firm of Plotkin, Jacobs, & Orlofsky, Ltd., focusing on civil litigation and consumer class actions in Chicagoland. Mr. Kraus is the director of the Vaccine Injury Litigation Clinic, where he represents those who have suffered from vaccination injuries. He served on the Advisory Commission of Childhood Vaccines from September 2011 to January 2017, where he was one of nine members who provided input regarding the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). Edward Kraus is an active member of the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He has also been actively involved on the American Diabetes Association, Health & Disability Advocates, Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines, Department of Health & Human Services, and the Vaccine Committee of the Advisory Council to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Attorney Churchill graduated from high school at Whitman-Hanson Regional High School in 1983. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University College of Criminal Justice, cum laude in 1988. She was President of Alpha Phi Sigma, the National Criminal Justice Honor Society while attending Northeastern. Thereafter, Attorney Churchill graduated from New England School of Law in 1991. Attorney Churchill served as President of the Plymouth District Bar Association from January 2013 through January 2014, and served as a member of the executive board for 3 years prior to that. Attorney Churchill remains an active member of the Plymouth District Bar Association. Attorney Churchill was sworn into the Supreme Court of the United States in 2008. She is admitted to practice before all Massachusetts courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She has successfully litigated numerous cases and has represented clients in arbitrations and mediations. Attorney Churchill is a certified member of the criminal defense bar advocate panel in Plymouth County. She is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her three sons and friends. She also enjoys traveling and boating.

Mai Mullen Milton is a native of Pontiac, Michigan but has resided in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas with her family for the last 17 years. She is an alumnus of Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minored in Communications; She was active in various clubs and activities, such as residence council, student government, and collegiate cheer. She holds significant professional experience in the legal field and attended Western Michigan University- Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan. While at Thomas M. Cooley she participated in Moot Court and was a member of one of two teams to go undefeated in the oral argument competition. She graduated Law School with her Juris Doctorate with a litigation concentration and went into private practice founding her own firm. Her prior legal experience includes serving as General Counsel & Director of Legal & Grievance for the Dallas Teachers Union, serving as a managing partner, and serving as founding attorney of her own firm. Ms. Milton’s primary areas include family, education and civil litigation. She is licensed to practice law in both Michigan and Texas and licensed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas, US District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.

Wesley Todd originally joined the firm as an intern in 2008. He has been a shareholder of the firm since 2020. He was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan and graduated from Albion College in 2006 with a major in political science. While at Albion, he was an active member of Delta Sigma Phi fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega, national service fraternity, Habitat for Humanity and the Varsity Tennis Team. Wesley was awarded a Merit Scholarship to attend Michigan State University College of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate cum laude in 2010. After earning his Juris Doctorate, he established his private solo law practice in his hometown of Kalamazoo from 2011 to 2014. After this period Wesley joined Vandervoort Christ and Fisher, practicing there for over six years. Subsequently Wesley re-joined the firm in 2020. Wesley primarily specializes in Criminal and Family Law, as well as civil litigation. He has experience in a plethora of areas from divorce and custody hearings to criminal matters and Bankruptcy. He has presented cases in all counties of West Michigan. He is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Michigan. Wesley participates in activities with All Species Kinship and is a vintage car and sports enthusiast. Wesley is a member of the Kalamazoo County Bar Association and Calhoun County Bar Association (President 2019-2020). Wesley’s passion for law stems from an intrinsic motivation to provide justice for all people.

Liam J. Duffy practices in the areas of Divorce, Support, Child Custody, Equitable Distribution, Protection from Abuse, Civil Litigation, Business Law and Landlord-Tenant Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Liam is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, and Bucks County Bar Association. For 2017, 2018, and 2019, Liam was awarded the SuperLawyers Rising Star Designation, which is reserved for 2.5% of eligible attorneys in Pennsylvania. He was also awarded the 2019 Top 10 under 40 Award. Liam prides himself on being a pragmatic and compassionate attorney but also one who will aggressively protect his client's interests and litigate more complex cases. Liam volunteers as an MCAP pro bono attorney for children in Montgomery County and as a pro bono attorney for the Women's Center of Montgomery County. Liam has acted as a Divorce and Financial Planning subject matter expert for the American College in Bryn Mawr. Prior to becoming an attorney, Liam focused his education and career on business and corporate finance. He attended the University of Delaware for his Bachelor’s degree, Saint Joseph’s University for his Master’s degree in Finance, and Rutgers for his law degree, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. After business school, Liam worked for six years in corporate finance and earned various financial designations. Despite having a promising and lucrative career in finance, he decided to pursue a career in law where he could help people and spend time in the courtroom. In his free time, Liam enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, exercising at a local gym, and spending time with his family.
