My practice is limited exclusively to the representation of Social Security claimants and people who have suffered injuries due to the actions or fault of others. I have handled Social Security claims since 1994 and began practicing Social Security law exclusively in 2003. I do not dabble in family law, criminal law, real estate, etc. I know many people who handle other areas of law, and can certainly point you in the right direction if the need arises, but if you are having problems getting your Social Security benefits, been injured by another person's actions, or just have questions, give me a call. My practice is based in Houston, TX and I have represented over 1500 Social Security claimants throughout Metro Houston, the Gulf Coast of Texas, East Texas and the Brazos Valley. My goal is to make sure that qualified applicants receive the benefits to which they are entitled, and my entire practice is dedicated to making this happen. Michael R. Brian Gaddy is a principal attorney with the Gaddy Law Firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He practices law in Texas and New Mexico and represents individuals suffering injuries caused by others. Mr. Gaddy has extensive experience with personal injury litigation. With over 17 years of experience as a Claims Counsel with Professional Claims Managers and a Claims Attorney with the Texas Association of Counties Risk Management Pool, his focus was litigation and pre-suit claims involving municipal law enforcement and public officials’ liability. Mr. Gaddy has spoken at several conferences on topics involving civil rights, claims adjusting, and litigation management. Mr. Gaddy received his law degree from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1994. He is a member of the State Bars of Texas and New Mexico and is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He is also a licensed insurance adjuster.

Shane M. Boasberg was born and raised in New Orleans, LA and moved to the Lone Star State to attend The University of Texas in Austin, TX. After receiving undergraduate degrees in Government and Business from the University of Texas in Austin, TX; Mr. Boasberg attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, TX. While attending law school, Shane worked as a law clerk for the prestigious law firm of Gallagher, Lewis, Downey, and Kim. During this time, he gained experience in legal and appellate research and writing and trial preparation working on the largest commercial litigation civil settlements recorded in United States jurisprudence history. Shane graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2002 and immediately made an impact in the legal field. He began his career at Heard, Robins, Cloud, Lubel, and Greenwood LLP in Houston, and in 2003, he returned to Austin, TX, to serve as General Counsel to the Honorable Senator Mario Gallegos at the Texas Senate.
