Brian Goldstein has focused his practice on representing clients in civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts throughout Kansas and Missouri, as well as serving as coverage counsel for numerous insurance companies. He has been involved in representing clients in a wide spectrum of practice areas, from routine personal injury cases to complex damage cases in the fields of professional malpractice, business/contract disputes, products liability, employment discrimination, defective construction, and wrongful death. Mr. Goldstein was born and raised in the greater Kansas City area. Mr. Goldstein and his wife, Tamara, make their home in Overland Park, Kansas and have three daughters, Leah, Marisa, and Julia.

Attorney Omar F. Khan received his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University – Moritz College of Law and is admitted to practice in Illinois and in front of the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Mr. Khan's practice of law is focused on immigration law and criminal matters which create immigration issues. Before founding Khan Nayyar & Associates, Mr. Khan was an Assistant State's Attorney working for the Winnebago County State's Attorney Office. Prior to that, Mr. Khan was a law clerk for Judge J. Edward Prochaska in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois. With experience in both criminal and civil litigation, Mr. Khan has handled intricate and delicate matters. As a law clerk, Mr. Khan drafted numerous published opinions. He has the ability to speak the language of the judiciary, understanding the legal process from start to end. As a prosecutor, he represented the People of the State of Illinois in numerous hearings and trials. Mr. Khan's experience as a litigator uniquely qualifies him to anticipate potentially troublesome situations that can arise in immigration and criminal proceedings. He is dedicated, motivated, and experienced to handle the case properly. Mr. Khan graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Dayton, with a Bachelors in Economics, while working two jobs to pay his way through college. The foundation of his determination stems from his parents, both immigrants, who worked tirelessly to support him and his two sisters. Mr. Khan, as an immigrant himself, can empathize with the struggle, confusion, heartache, and time associated with the immigration process. In his spare time, Mr. Khan enjoys "low and slow" charcoal grilling, spending time with his family and friends, and playing with his dog, Lulu.

During Raymond’s practice, which spans over a decade, he has gained extensive experience in all facets of complex litigation. His expertise includes litigation of employment, general liability, class action, construction, products, and general business litigation matters – from start through trial, and appeal. Further, he has prepared volumes of employment handbooks, construction and real estate disclosures and agreements, and general business contracts aimed to fully protect his clients and, when applicable, transfer risk to the appropriate parties. Braun; worked for the Attorney Grievance Committee of the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court, Second Department; served as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Supreme Court of the State of Florida; and worked as a welfare benefits fraud investigator for the State of Florida Department of Human Services.

Elizabeth Afriyie is a California-licensed attorney, a litigator, and an MBA. With her extensive experience and expertise, Elizabeth confidently represents California businesses in a wide range of business-related disputes, including employment disputes under California and federal labor regulations. Throughout my 35 plus years of practice, I have represented individuals in all aspects of employment law in order to protect their jobs and families from the arbitrary actions of management who often view their employees as disposable. I have been proud to represent victims of discrimination of all types and effectively prosecuted their claims in either federal or state court. More recently my firm has advocated for an employee who has been harassed on the basis of their sex, age, or race. All of these actions violate the Fair Labor Standards Act which has been enforced since the 1930s. If you are classified as an independent contractor, not only does the company avoid withholding taxes, they also don’t pay their portion of social security and unemployment taxes that could affect you as you near retirement.
