He previously was a Field Attorney in the Cleveland Regional Office of the U.S. National Labor Relations Board for 8 years followed by 4 years as a Supervisory Trial Attorney and 7 years as Regional Attorney of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Cleveland District Office responsible for all Agency litigation in the State of Ohio.

Charles Boyk is a practicing lawyer in the state of Ohio, who focuses on personal injury law. He has tried cases in the areas of brain injury, car accident, catastrophic injury, mass torts, dog bite, insurance claims, medical malpractice, motorcycle accident, and wrongful death.

Kenny is the managing partner and founder of the Podor Law Firm, LLC. Kenny has been practicing personal injury law for more than 38 years. Kenny attended Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Kenny earned his J.D. from Cleveland State University John Marshall College of Law.

Christopher “Chip” Hickey has represented hundreds of clients with mesothelioma and other asbestos related diseases throughout Ohio and North Carolina. Chip has also represented victims of catastrophic injuries caused by defective products and negligent conduct.

Adam R. Leighton, Esq. (arl@cohenandcohen.net), an AV-Rated lawyer and Partner at Cohen & Cohen, PC, is a 1997 graduate of the University of Toledo School of Law. In 1993, he received a Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in Economics from Tulane University. During law school, Mr. Leighton was a clerk for the Sixth District Court of Appeals (Toledo, Ohio), an intern at the Lucas County Public Defender’s Office, and a clerk for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Sandy Meizlish is the managing partner at Barkan Meizlish, LLP, with extensive experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability law. Mr. Meizlish is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum signifying that he has won individual settlements in excess of $2 Million Dollars for his clients. Mr. Meizlish has been named to Who’s Who in the Law, as well as received the American Jurisprudence Award. Mr. Meizlish is a past editor of Bar Briefs, the publication of the Columbus Bar Association. He has been selected as a Top Attorney in Ohio by Cincinnati Magazine and the American Trial Lawyers Association has named Mr. Meizlish one of the top 100 trial attorneys in Ohio. Mr. Meizlish has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2013 Best Lawyers in America listing. Around the Columbus Metropolitan Area, Mr. Meizlish is heavily involved with the Leo Yassenoff Jewish Community Center (former board member), the Columbus Bar Foundation, and the William A. Michael J. Parker earned his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2001 and went on to receive his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University in 2004. Mr. Parker has focused his practice on advocating for the disabled for almost fifteen years. He is a board-certified Social Security Disability Advocate by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, an American Bar Association accredited organization. Mr. Parker has been recognized for his legal expertise as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star, which represents the top 2.5 percent of all attorneys under the age of 40 in 2010-2017. In January of 2018, Mr. Parker spearheaded the formation of our Pond Lehocky’s Long-Term Disability Department. Mr. Parker has taken his passion for representing disabled individual and applied to helping disabled individuals who are wrongfully denied insurance benefits. He is very involved in the legal community and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lackawanna County Bar Association, the Pike County Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives. Joseph S. Toczydlowski is a Pennsylvania attorney with 20 years of experience. Joseph is a graduate of Scranton Prep. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton in chemistry/business. He studied law at the Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1995. After graduating from law school, Joseph accepted a position as Assistant District Attorney for the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases including numerous jury trials. He remained in this position until 1999. In 2000, Joseph was elected for a six year term as Magisterial District Judge for Judicial District 45-3-04. Joseph has also maintained a private practice of law since 1996. His general practice of law has evolved into a multi-discipline practice capable of professionally assisting almost any individual or small business needs. Joseph understands how difficult it can be to deal with legal problems. Regardless of the nature of your case, he will always treat you with compassion and dignity throughout the case. Kajal Alemo is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of both the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice, where she serves on the Social Security Executive Council. Before joining Pond Lehocky, Ms. Alemo practiced for a large Philadelphia law firm, where she assisted senior counsel with the coding of potentially discoverable corporate documents, including privilege determinations for a high profile merger. She was also co-editor of a legal textbook regarding law and business enterprise. A graduate of Villanova University School of Law, Ms. Alemo was the Villanova Law student director of Face to Face Legal Clinic for the Pro Bono Society. She interned at Face to Face during all three years of law school. She was also a student attorney at the Villanova Civil Justice Clinic where she handled her first Social Security case. Prior to law school, Ms. Alemo obtained a B.A. in Psychology from George Washington University, graduating in 2008 on the Dean’s List. She is also a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International. Under her leadership as President/Justice, Phi Alpha Delta’s King Chapter was awarded most improved chapter in its district.

A 2008 graduate of the University of Delaware, Mr. Solomon taught high school advanced placement psychology before earning his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2012. As a law student, Mr. Solomon took part in Hofstra’s Mediation Clinic, mediating numerous family law disputes and supervision cases. He was certified to mediate divorce disputes cases and PINS cases in New York. Also while a student, he clerked in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for the Honorable Annette M. Rizzo. In 2015 Mr. Solomon received his L.L.M in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He focuses his practice on personal injury matters, as well as leads Dion, Solomon & Shapiro’s Landlord-Tenant Litigation Department representing both landlords and tenants in disputes. Matthew also volunteers with Philadelphia VIP, conducting pro bono representation of homeowners in mortgage foreclosure disputes. Mr. Solomon is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, American Association of Justice, and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Outside the courtroom, Matthew is an active cyclist who participates in numerous long-distance charity rides, as well as in fund-raising campaigns for non-profits including the American Cancer Society, LiveStrong Foundation, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Since college, he has raised more than ten thousand dollars for these charitable organizations, most recently completing his second 100-mile ride for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
