Seth Bader was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated from Muhlenberg College with a B.A. in Political Science. He graduated from Florida State University College of Law where he served as a member on the law review. Seth began his legal career representing insurance companies gaining trial experience. During this phase of his career, he handled thousands of cases which gave him invaluable insight into how insurance companies analyze issues and litigate cases against injured people. Seth founded Bader Scott Injury Lawyers (formerly known as Bader Law Firm) in 2008. Since then, he and his associates have represented over 10,000 people who have suffered injuries as a result of another’s negligence or a result of a work-related accident. He has personally been responsible for over $30,000,000 in settlements for clients throughout the State of Georgia. Seth is passionate about helping injured people regardless of their background. Along with his partner Bader Law, Seth founded the Bader Scott Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting organizations that help people. Seth resides in Atlanta with his wife, Ana, and their two children, Valentina Paloma and Valentina Isabel.
