Mr. Goldman has over 20 years of business experience. He has been involved in starting and managing technology related companies involved in distribution, manufacturing, marketing, retail, direct marketing and ecommerce. With his broad business background, Mr. Goldman concentrates in the areas of business formations, business transactions, elder law, and estate planning, and asset protection. Mr. Goldman limits his practice to Florida and Federal law.

I began my legal career in 1986 when I was a senior in High School. I started as a receptionist in a busy New York law firm. From there, I became a secretary and eventually a paralegal. I have personally worked on hundreds if not thousands of cases and even assisted in the courtroom during trials. But that wasn't enough--my passion for helping people became so overwhelming that I became an attorney. I worked full time as a paralegal in a local Brevard County law firm while obtaining my undergraduate degrees with top honors and Summa Cum Laude, and graduated from Barry University School of Law. Helping people through hard times, mistakes, unfortunate and stressful personal matters is what I am here for and devoted to.

Mr. Matulewicz has won numerous honors, including national championships in high school, and the National Moot Court competition in law school. He has been asked to speak before churches, insurance groups and a host of others. He received his B.A. Magna Cum Laude from St. Anselm's College, and graduated with honors from Loyola University School of Law. Since January of 1977, Alexander F.X. Matulewicz has represented a wide range of clients....police, college presidents, computer specialists, the homeless, retirees, millionaires, the disabled and factory workers to name a few. Attorney Matulewicz has represented clients in a variety of cases (e.g. murder cases, civil service hearings, divorce court, Federal Court of Appeals and Court of Claims), in all forums and venues, including cases as far away as Maryland, Louisiana and Georgia. When he was 27, Mr. Matulewicz was representing attorneys in their 60's that were facing disbarment and loss of career before the Supreme Judicial Court. Since 2012, Mr. Matulewicz has concentrated on probate administration, wills and trusts, and estate planning. The office is geared, skilled and focused on this area, utilizing the knowledge gained from his 40 years experience.

Megone Trewick is an associate attorney with Bryan Fagan, PLLC, and focuses her practice on Estate Planning and Probate Law issues, and Family Law matters. She approaches her cases with a passionate belief that it is her duty and privilege to provide her clients with personalized advocacy. While she currently represents clients in both Family Law and Estate Planning matters, she is focused on expanding her Estate Planning practice. She enjoys utilizing her experience to ensure her clients receive the legal tools they need to protect themselves and their loved ones should the unexpected happen. Megone has more than 14 years of experience in Estate Planning, Real Estate Law, Family Law, and Probate Law. She is a graduate of the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, and has continued her education by pursuing certifications in Environmental Law and Land Use as well as International and Comparative Law. Outside of the office, Megone enjoys spending time with her ridiculously handsome husband and three children. Faith is an important part of Megone’s life, and she prioritizes being active in her home church. She is also an avid singles tennis player, although a torn ACL has her contemplating spending more time playing doubles.

Ms. Dean's professional experience encompasses a broad range of legal matters. Her primary emphases are estate planning, elder law, and probate. Her estate planning practice involves helping clients orchestrate their estates by drafting a vast array of trusts, wills and powers of attorney. Ms. Dean also provides compassionate legal advice while assisting families through the probate process. Ms. Dean's legal expertise in civil appeals includes both advising at the trial court level and handling all aspects of the appeal. She has handled appeals dealing with complex insurance matters, business matters, personal injury and family law appeals. She has successfully argued in federal and state courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, on behalf of a major insurance company, corporations, and individuals. She works with trial attorneys and clients to preserve error on the trial court level, preparing legal motions, handling mandamus actions, preparing and arguing the jury charge and handling all post-judgment motions. At the appellate level, Ms. Dean leads the appeal of a judgment, including preparing briefs, petitions for review and briefs on the merits to the Texas Supreme Court, and presenting oral argument before diverse panels of judges. Throughout her career, Ms. Dean has handled other civil matters as well, such as complex commercial litigation, corporate buy-outs, employment and business contracts, consumer issues, family law litigation, adoptions, real estate transactions and personal injury litigation. She successfully negotiated and closed a multi-million dollar buy-out of a snowboard clothing company to a major sporting goods conglomerate. Prior to specializing in appellate law, Ms. Dean engaged in a successful trial practice and as a result, understands the needs of trial attorneys and what it takes to make them successful at the trial level and on appeal. Ben Hand is the founding partner of Hand Law Firm, LLC. as well as a partner in Hand & Hand Mediation, LLC. Ben was admitted to the Bar in Alabama in 1990 after earning his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Ben completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Auburn University in 1987b and has remained an avid Auburn fan. Ben was born in Valley, Alabama and traveled as a child to Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Mexico with his parents who worked as missionaries and teachers. It was during his childhood travels that he learned to love the Central American culture and learned to speak fluent Spanish. After high school, Ben returned to Auburn and has remained a citizen of Lee County for the past thirty-five years. In 1990, Ben founded Hand Law Firm, LLC. He has been practicing for over twenty-five years. Ben focuses his practice on criminal defense, civil litigation, social security, family law, and probate law. In addition to his duties at Hand Law Firm, Ben is also a state registered mediator and has served as a Municipal Judge for over twenty years. Ben has served the cities of Roanoake, Wedowee, Camp Hill and Opelika during his tenure as Municipal Judge and Prosecutor and thus has a unique perspective in criminal defense. Ben lives in Opelika with his wife, Elizabeth Hand and together they are raising their ten children.

Alice A. Salvo has over 20 years of experience in Probate, Estate Planning, Special Needs Trusts and Elder Law for Medi-Cal planning and long term care. She attended Southwestern University School of Law earning a law degree (J.D.) and furthered her education by receiving a graduate law degree (L.L.M. in Estate Planning) from University of Miami School of Law. Alice A. Salvo is qualified by the California State Bar as a "Certified Specialist" in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Only a select few California attorneys achieved this prestigious designation.
