Ron has, over the last decade, assisted clients by planning and designing settlements to address future needs and ensure any government benefits are protected. He has been involved in settlements involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, and employment-related claims. Ron’s consulting and legal services also include providing economic expert witness work, reducing future claimed damages to present value, and advising on work-life expectancy. Our firm brings a unique perspective and approach to law: after more than a decade of advising clients on financial matters, we decided our firm would focus on areas of financial law. This is why bankruptcy, trusts, and tax law are our major focus areas. Of course, we are happy to discuss and assist you with all your legal needs. William R. Larkin, III ("Bill") and Joseph P. Farrell, III ("Joe") built their careers together at a mid-sized firm with a high volume litigation practice. Joe started at the firm in December 2001 and Bill followed shortly thereafter in April 2003. Both were promoted to Partner in 2008. Bill had the privilege of running the day-to-day operations of the firm as Managing Partner while Joe was the lead trial attorney and Manager of the arbitration and appeals departments. They represented large insurance companies, government agencies, and private clients in thousands of lawsuits over the course of 15+ years before leaving the firm to form Larkin Farrell, LLC. At Larkin Farrell, LLC we refer to ourselves as a "team" throughout our website and sales materials because it is important to us that we convey to our clients, and potential clients, the collaborative nature of the way we handle each file we are assigned. We, as a firm, do not assign a file and forget about it. We collaborate and strategize every step of the way. We are committed to surrounding ourselves with individuals who think outside-the-box and who can contribute to the success of the firm on multiple levels. Daniel J. Bounds founded Bounds and Bounds, PLLC in 2022 and serves as the Managing Partner of the Firm. Before practicing law, Daniel accumulated his experience through various leadership roles in both the private and public sectors. Graduating from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in History, Daniel commissioned as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Daniel was promoted to Captain in 2017 and served from 2012 to 2020 in various active and reserve duty roles as a combat engineer officer. Daniel’s time in the reserves allowed him to gain valuable business experience through holding leadership roles in the private sector: from operations manager at LKQ Corporation, a Fortune 500 company; to running the NATO conference center at Alion Science and Technology. Daniel earned his law degree from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center while also attending George Mason University’s Law School for his final three semesters. During law school, Daniel held various legal positions, serving as a clerk to Judge Jeffrey Parker in Virginia’s 20th Judicial Circuit and working with the private firm of Turbitt, Leach, & Crum in Fairfax, Virginia. After law school, Daniel gained valuable trial experience as an Associate Attorney with Howard, Clark & Howard in Warrenton, Virginia. At Howard, Clark & Howard, Daniel primarily worked as a trial attorney, serving clients in civil, domestic, and criminal matters. While gaining trial experience, Daniel simultaneously grew his business law practice, serving a wide range of businesses, including those focusing on Virginia’s cannabis market. Today, Daniel’s diverse practice is enhanced by his past business experience, trial experience, and his time in numerous military and civilian leadership positions. Daniel also serves as General Counsel for AgriTech LLC, a tech company focusing on merging technology and agriculture to ensure a sustainable future.

Chukwudi M. Chigewe is a practicing lawyer in the state of New Mexico. Attorney Chigewe received his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 2014.

Dan Christensen has been practicing law since 1994. He started his career working in military courts, notorious for their strict adherence to rules and procedures. For the last several years, Dan has focused his practice exclusively on representing injury victims. He has been involved in almost 200 trials during his career in numerous federal and state courts against the largest defendants, including the U.S. Government. Dan will utilize his experience and proven results while fighting for you. Regardless of the size of the opponent, Dan has the experience and legal knowledge to aggressively advocate for his clients. And, just as important, he will give you and your case the personal attention it deserves from the initial free consultation through trial. Dan received a bachelor’s degree with Honors in 1991 and his J.D. with distinction from the University of Iowa in 1994. After graduating from law school, he served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG) in Fort Hood, Texas. He served as a prosecutor and defense counsel in numerous administrative hearings and courts-martial ranging from minor offenses to kidnapping, rape, and capital murder. After being honorably discharged from the U.S. Army JAG Corps, Dan joined a Texas personal injury law firm. Dan worked as the Chief of its Litigation Department and was the firm’s principle trial lawyer for years, trying numerous cases each year. Also, as the head of the firm’s personal injury division, Dan supervised and mentored between 15 and 20 trial lawyers at a time as they prosecuted thousands of cases.

Kimberlee Markle is an attorney practicing in our pre-litigation department at Bailey & Galyen. She grew up in the Red Oak area (close to Dallas) and now resides in Fort Worth with her husband and three children. She holds a bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Texas at Austin. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 1997. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1998. Kimberlee is experienced in representing clients in the pre-litigation process of personal injury cases with understanding and compassion. She is aware of the serious nature that the clients are experiencing and acts with professionalism in all capacities to represent the client’s best interest. Kimberlee works hard and values the position she holds with in the firm. She offers advice, counsel, and significant knowledge to all her clients so she can provide diligent and qualified.

Kaitlin Simone DiMaggio is a graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. She went to law school so she could represent a close family member after he was unjustly sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole. Her involvement in his case drives her passion to help others who are enmeshed in the legal system. During her time in law school, Kaitlin worked over 350 hours of pro bono service working on the post-conviction cases of men and women who experienced a manifest injustice or who claimed innocence. She also holds a Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University, and maintains her license to practice therapy. Before earning her law degree, Kaitlin earned a master's degree in counseling and she practiced as a licensed therapist. She worked at a court-mandated counseling agency running group and individual therapy sessions for those convicted of domestic violence and drug-related offenses, later becoming the Clinical Supervisor of an offender treatment program and a Program Manager for a government contract. Kaitlin is an advocate for criminal justice reform and is passionate about helping clients who are enmeshed in the legal system. Kaitlin has experience working on criminal cases involving domestic violence, sex-related offenses, DUI’s, and more. Additionally, she has worked on numerous post-conviction cases and parole hearings. Simone is also a zealous advocate for clients in family court, and has worked on cases involving custody disputes, divorce, and child support. Kaitlin is admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Arizona. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the Criminal Justice Reform Team of the Arizona Faith Network, and the Healthy Families Arizona Advisory Board.
