Practice Areas: Consumer Class Action, Consumer Protection, Complex Civil Litigation Rachel Bentley has dedicated her practice to advocating on behalf of consumers who have been victims of corporate wrongdoing and scams. Ms. Bentley is an attorney with Gordon and Partners class action team and litigates consumer protection cases and complex consumer fraud class action cases. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bentley prosecuted violations of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act as an Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division of the Florida Attorney General’s Office. Before serving as an Assistant Attorney General, Ms. Bentley was the Senior Staff Attorney of the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc.’s Consumer Advocacy Unit, where she protected the rights of disadvantaged members of the community and represented indigent consumers who were wronged by businesses and fraudsters. Ms. Bentley is a Co-Chair of the Florida Bar’s Consumer Protection Law Committee’s Legislative Subcommittee and serves on the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. She is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and a scholar of the National Consumer Law Center. Ms. Bentley earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and Juris Doctor from Florida International University School of Law.

Adam’s practice at Eng & Woods Attorneys at Law includes extensive specializations in the area of criminal law. He represents felony and misdemeanor cases, in state, municipal, and federal courts across the state of Missouri. Adam is licensed to practice law throughout the state of Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Bar Association (MOBAR), the Boone County Bar Association (BCBA), and the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (MACDL). Adam has served on, and chaired, various committees within these associations and regularly volunteers his time consulting with other attorneys on criminal defense matters. Sam Coffey, Esq. is a trial lawyer devoted to representing individuals and their families who have been injured by the carelessness of others. Scott S. London is the founder of London Disability. He began practicing law with The Law Office of Fred S. London P.C. in 1996 and founded London Disability in 2014. Jason Moore is a life long resident of Central Virginia. He graduated from Uva where he majored in History, and worked at the school paper. He took a year off between undergraduate and law school to work as a legislative assistant at the Virginia General Assembly. He then attended T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. As part of his studies at Richmond, he did a semester aboard studying at Emmanuel College at Cambridge University in Great Britain. For the last twenty-one years, Jason has practiced criminal law from the Carolina line to north of Richmond and from New Kent to Nelson. He has worked on almost every type of criminal case imaginable from traffic tickets, reckless driving, DUI or driving revoked to larceny, embezzlement, breaking and entering to various violent sex offenses, to murder. Stephen M. T. McCall Stern ("McCall") is active in her community and has a passion for serving others. She practices predominately in the areas of estate planning, probate, corporate law, and fiduciary litigation.
