Attorney Johnny Adams focuses his law practice on serious injuries and wrongful deaths. He knows first-hand the effects of serious injuries and losing a loved one due to someone else's negligence. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Birmingham School of Law located in Birmingham, Alabama. He also holds a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from Troy University. In addition to being an Alabama Licensed Attorney, Adams holds a Commercial Driver's License. Adams has decades of experience in all aspects of business management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, human resources management, sales management, advertising, public relations and marketing. He has owned, operated and managed over 10 businesses during the past three decades. He has owned a greenhouse nursery business with a fleet of Commercial Motor Vehicles, owned a farming operation, managed a timber harvesting business, owned a computer repair and consulting business, operated a home mortgage business, owned a photography business and owned an insurance business. Adams currently owns a tax accounting business, a real estate investment business and co-owns a local newspaper. He has served a county commissioner since 1996. Adams has been married since 1990. He has two children and two grandchildren. Adams has authored two books; one is about being successful and the other is a children's book. Adams uses a combination of his lifelong education, knowledge, business ownership experiences and his strong work ethic to return exceptional results for his clients. David P. Slater has over 30 years of litigation and general practice experience and handles all accident cases from investigation through trial, including motor vehicle, slip and fall, construction and wrongful death. He is experienced in all real estate and landlord and tenant matters, collections, business practices and probate. He has been associated with various law firms throughout New York City for more than 20 years. He is now in private practice in Boca Raton, Florida. He is also a licensed Realtor in the State of Florida, an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and a Special Magistrate to the Palm Beach County (Florida Department of Building, Zoning and Planning. He has written various legal articles that have been published in Florida newspapers. He taught business law at a local college and has lectured attorneys and business professionals in the area of landlord and tenant law. He is a former Traffic Court Hearing Officer, deputy chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the Village of Chestnut Ridge, Rockland County, N.Y., and arbitrator with the Civil Court of the City of New York, Division of Small Claims, as well as the American Arbitration Association. Of Counsel and per diem associations with members of the Florida Bar are actively sought throughout the state.

Anthony McMullin is the founding partner of McMullin Injury Law and the firm carries his name. Anthony was raised in St. George, Utah—the same town where the main office of McMullin Injury Law is located. He completed coursework for a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations at Southern Utah University (SUU) in 2006. After college, he was accepted to the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University where he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 2008. During law school, he honed his researching skills as a Research Assistant for Professor Bruce C. French, a law professor and a licensed practicing attorney. Anthony’s ability to research and understand important information about a case is something that his current clients greatly appreciate. After he graduated from law school, Anthony accepted a position at Jacob Hafter & Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada. At this law firm, he focused on real estate transactions and loan modifications. Although he enjoyed his work in Las Vegas, he moved back to St. George in 2009 to help clients who have been injured by the negligent actions of someone else. Anthony is skilled at negotiating with insurance adjusters on behalf of his clients. While living in Florida for a couple of years during a mission for his church, he developed a love of Cuban food and fresh seafood, but those are tough competitors to his favorite Italian food he gets from the local Pasta Factory. Justin D. After exposing the poor safety history of the trucking company, they agreed to settle the case for $1,950,000 with a client recovery of $1,025,000.  Represented a six year old Austin girl who sustained a brain injury at a local Austin business.  Prior to trial, the local business agreed to settle the case for $250,000 with a client recovery of $125,000.  Represented a Buda family that was involved in a head on automobile collision.  The husband and wife received spinal injuries from the impact of the collision. Prior to trial, the at fault driver's insurance company agreed to settle the case for $165,000 with a client recovery of $82,000.  Represented an Austin man that was hit by a car that jumped the curb and struck him while he was riding his bicycle.  After suit was filed, the insurance company agreed to pay $100,000 with a client recovery of $50,000 for the Austin man's spinal injuries.  AffiliationsJustin is a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, State Bar of Texas and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.  Justin is an alumni of the Texas Kappa Alpha Order and a member of the Silver Spurs Alumni Association.

Prior to forming the law office of Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC in Tampa, Florida, C. Todd Marks attended the George Mason School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Marks graded on to the Law Review and served as the Symposium Editor. Mr. Marks practiced law in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Marks began his legal career in Washington, DC and McLean, Virginia with the law firm of Shaw Pittman, LLP where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups. In the meantime, Todd remained active in local and national political campaigns. Todd eventually worked for law firms Connolly, Bove, Lodge & Hutz in the commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups where he developed a general practice which included estate planning and other business law matters. His experience includes real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, corporate formation and transactions, estate planning, employment law, and family law. Mr. Marks is the proud father of two boys and a girl. Mr. Marks serves on the Board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation and has served on the Board of Church at the Bay.
