Johanna Kelley, founder of J Kelley Law Group, obtained her law degree in Colombia in 2001, where she practiced Labor, Constitutional, Administrative, Human Rights, International Law and International Business Law. She advised private companies, local and international human rights organizations, governmental agencies, the Colombian Army and grassroots community organizations, with a broad portfolio that included innovative initiatives and the improvement of Colombia’s image abroad. She prepared and accompanied cases of Colombian citizens before the Organization of American States (OAS). After immigrating to the United States, she found that the policy and Immigration Law of this country were a perfect fit for her professional development project and after graduating with Master’s degrees in Law (Duke University) and International Development Policy (Sanford School of Public Policy), she founded in 2013 a non-profit organization aimed at protecting and promoting immigrant rights and social justice. In July 2015, she left the nonprofit sector to serve in government. She began working for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a supervisor, a wonderful experience professionally and personally, which allowed her to participate in ensuring the integrity of the US immigration system, provide immigration benefits and support the country’s Homeland Security. In November 2017, Johanna Kelley said goodbye to USCIS to kick off the biggest of her work projects: building her own law firm. The founder of our firm believes in legal development and empowerment, therefore, she has been involved in public discussions at mass events and through the media. She hosted the television program ‘Batalla Política’ for the international news channel NTN24 and is a frequent analyst on radio stations and Hispanic channels such as Telemundo, Caracol Televisión, Univisión and RCN News. Dean R. LeBoeuf is the Senior Partner at Brooks, LeBoeuf, Foster, Gwartney, & Hobbs P.A.. He focuses his practice on complicated civil litigation involving personal injury and all wrongful death matters, including accidents involving negligent motor vehicle drivers, medical malpractice cases, and nursing home abuse/neglect cases. He graduated in 1978 with honors from Florida State University with a political science degree and minors in accounting and economics. Mr. LeBoeuf then graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 1981 and went on to enter private practice with the law firm of Brooks, Callahan, and Phillips before becoming the cofounder and Managing Partner of Brooks, LeBoeuf, Foster, Gwartney, & Hobbs P.A. in 1987. He directed the operation and growth of the firm until 2023. Throughout his legal career Mr. LeBoeuf has had the honor of receiving recognitions for his dedication to justice. Mr. LeBoeuf and his wife Carolyn, who is also a lawyer, are committed to the fight against human trafficking. Together with their daughter Nicole they have started a jewelry business, called Victress Over Darkness and all the profits from the business are used to fight against the injustice of human trafficking throughout the world. Their daughter Nicole is also executive director of Christians Against Trafficking (CAT), that has the same mission. When they are not working, Dean and Carolyn like to travel and go to the beach with their two adult children and three grandchildren.

My name is Tej Singh - I am the founder of Tej Law Firm, PLLC in Texas and Tej Law Firm, PC in California. I started this firm in December 2020 with one goal: to help real people with real problems. I am a proud Aggie and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a minor in Business Administration. I graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with Honors in 2016. I am fully licensed and serve clients in both Texas and California and have thus am able to represent clients in both states. In my career thus far, I am fortunate to have already worked in diverse legal environments, spanning from firms of varying sizes to varying legal subspecialities. In law school, I clerked for various firms, specializing in employment law, personal injury, and intellectual property. I am fortunate to have a diverse spectrum of prior experiences that I now apply at my firm. Once I was granted admission to the California State Bar, I initially practiced with the largest Workers’ Compensation Defense Firm in California (Los Angeles). For two years, I protected and limited exposure to employers dealing with injured workers. I built relationships with Workers’ Compensation Insurance Companies and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Court Judges and learned the Workers’ Compensation system from the perspective of the Defense. After passing the California Bar Exam, I decided to challenge myself to also pass the Texas Bar Exam so that I could serve as legal counsel in Texas for my family.
