As a Senior Trial Attorney in the King’s County District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Galleshaw prosecuted hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases in New York Supreme Court, New York City Criminal Court, and New York State Family Court. Upon leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Galleshaw worked in the litigation department of one of the country’s most respected insurance defense firms, where he handled a wide range of complex litigation matters, including products liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, lead and asbestos poisoning, and general negligence claims. Mr. Galleshaw’s practice focuses on all types of complex litigation matters, including all state and federal criminal defense matters, complex commercial litigation and high-value construction, and motor vehicle injury claims. He is currently admitted to practice in New York State, New Jersey State, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Leigh is a founding partner of Sutton & Smyth, LLP. Born and raised in New York City, Leigh learned valuable lessons in street smarts, which provided him with a relentless work ethic and a tireless dedication to excel. Combined with his legal education and extensive experience, Leigh is a formidable trial attorney that does not shy away from the courtroom and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. While there, Mr. Toy served on Senior Staff of the Law Review, publishing his Comment, Restoring the Gatekeeper: How Illustrative Notice Pleading Can Save the American Judicial System. Mr. Toy was also a finalist in the school’s 1L Moot Court competition and served as Chairman of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, including competing nationally on the school’s Negotiation Competition team. He is licensed to practice law in all courts in the state of Tennessee. Mr. Toy is also a member of the Rutherford and Cannon County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Murfreesboro Estate Planning Council, Lawyers With Purpose, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

William Campbell began his working career by serving in the United States Army as an infantryman in the 101st Airborne Division. After serving and honorably discharged, William utilized the G.I. Bill and graduated Cum Laude from California State University Fullerton. After graduating with a B.A., William attended Southwestern Law School, passed the California State Bar Exam, and started down the road of practicing law. William is a member of the California and Tennessee State Bar. William is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California. William started his legal career practicing criminal law at both the Fresno County Public Defenders office and ultimately in the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting both low level misdemeanors such as Driving Under the Influence cases (DUI’s) all the way up to Three Strike Felony Cases. William entered the Civil Law arena in 2009 focusing on the Federal Fair Debt Collections practices Act and The California Rosenthal Act protecting debtors from debt collectors engaging in illegal collection practices. To this day William is asserting the rights of debtors against creditors and debt collectors whether the debt is being alleged in a lawsuit or is already reduced to judgment. William represents clients in both complex criminal and civil litigation matters and enjoys the courtroom and especially enjoys presenting cases to juries. In 2016 William Campbell became an adjunct professor at Trinity Law School.
