As a Senior Trial Attorney in the King’s County District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Galleshaw prosecuted hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases in New York Supreme Court, New York City Criminal Court, and New York State Family Court. Upon leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Galleshaw worked in the litigation department of one of the country’s most respected insurance defense firms, where he handled a wide range of complex litigation matters, including products liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, lead and asbestos poisoning, and general negligence claims. Mr. Galleshaw’s practice focuses on all types of complex litigation matters, including all state and federal criminal defense matters, complex commercial litigation and high-value construction, and motor vehicle injury claims. He is currently admitted to practice in New York State, New Jersey State, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Born and raised in New York City, Leigh learned valuable lessons in street smarts, which provided him with a relentless work ethic and a tireless dedication to excel. Mr. Toy was also a finalist in the school’s 1L Moot Court competition and served as Chairman of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, including competing nationally on the school’s Negotiation Competition team. He is licensed to practice law in all courts in the state of Tennessee. William Campbell began his working career by serving in the United States Army as an infantryman in the 101st Airborne Division. After serving and honorably discharged, William utilized the G.I. Bill and graduated Cum Laude from California State University Fullerton. After graduating with a B.A., William attended Southwestern Law School, passed the California State Bar Exam, and started down the road of practicing law. William is a member of the California and Tennessee State Bar. William is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California. William started his legal career practicing criminal law at both the Fresno County Public Defenders office and ultimately in the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting both low level misdemeanors such as Driving Under the Influence cases (DUI’s) all the way up to Three Strike Felony Cases. William entered the Civil Law arena in 2009 focusing on the Federal Fair Debt Collections practices Act and The California Rosenthal Act protecting debtors from debt collectors engaging in illegal collection practices. To this day William is asserting the rights of debtors against creditors and debt collectors whether the debt is being alleged in a lawsuit or is already reduced to judgment. William represents clients in both complex criminal and civil litigation matters and enjoys the courtroom and especially enjoys presenting cases to juries. In 2016 William Campbell became an adjunct professor at Trinity Law School.

Upon graduation from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York, classmates Evan N. Pickus and Howard S. Landsberg sought to fulfill a vision- the formation of their own law firm. Originally intending to concentrate in the areas of tax and estates, Mr. Pickus opened his office in East Brunswick, New Jersey, and Mr. Landsberg opened his office in Long Island, New York, with the intention of working together to serve the needs of residents of the respective areas. Having a prior background in accounting, Mr. Landsberg felt after a period of time that his aspirations could be better fulfilled in the area of taxation and advisory accountancy. He, therefore, left the practice and went on to a very successful career in those areas. With his practice already established in New Jersey, Mr. Pickus decided to maintain the firm and has continued practicing under the Pickus & Landsberg name since 1994. John Ballard is a third generation attorney following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Jack Butler, and his father before him, General Howard Butler. Born and raised in Williamson County, John has spent his life in Middle Tennessee. Upon graduating with a Philosophy degree from Samford University he enrolled in Nashville School of Law where he went to school at night while working at his grandfather's law practice during the day. After learning the law from one of Nashville's legendary attorneys John spent two years as Judge Seth Norman's court officer in Davidson County Criminal Court Division IV. Working for Judge Norman gave John a unique opportunity to get to know attorneys as well as criminal defendants before graduating Law School in 2014, wherein he was awarded the Moot Court Award. John began his law practice at 1308 Rosa Parks Blvd with over a dozen of Nashville's best criminal defense attorneys. While developing a criminal defense practice, John learned that there was a need for a robust law practice that could serve many different legal needs of the community. It may be a dispute regarding insurance, government, or regulations, and knowing the right people and how to navigate seemingly complex issues is important. John has spent most of his career in court arguing and winning cases in front of judges and juries on a myriad of issues.
