Colleen Van Egmond is an accomplished lawyer that has extensive legal experience in business planning, business litigation, estate planning, estate litigation, probates, employment law, agriculture law, along with accident and injuries. She has worked for such law firms as Thayer Harvey Gregerson Hedberg & Jackson along with Curtis & Arata prior to becoming the managing partner with Arata Swingle Van Egmond & Goodwin. In addition to her legal experience, she is currently active in different associations such as Association of Defense Council, Stanislaus County Bar Association and the Children's Crisis Center. Colleen Van Egmond graduated from the McGeorge School of Law with an honors in taxation and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005. In addition to her legal degree, Ms. Van Egmond has a B.S. in Managerial Economics and a A.S. in Agriculture Business.

Nathan Russell is the founder and owner of Russell Law Offices, SC. Born and raised on his family’s fifth-generation dairy and crop farm in Shullsburg, he returned to Southwest Wisconsin to practice law in 2009. Nathan earned a degree in Agricultural Economics and his Juris Doctorate from UW-Madison. Prior to opening Russell Law Offices, Nathan taught Agricultural Education in Minnesota and served as an agriculture and commercial lender in Madison. With extensive experience in agriculture and lending, Nathan’s practice areas include real estate, contracts, business/farm transfer and startup, civil litigation, estate planning, probate & trust administration, creditor collections, municipal law, and family law. Nathan also has extensive experience in contested probate and divorces that involve farms/businesses. Nathan is married to Jennifer, whom he met through the FFA. Jennifer is the agricultural education and FFA instructor in Shullsburg, WI. They have six children: Reagan, Madison, Taylor, McKinley, Lincoln, and Jackson. Nathan is an avid sports fan outside the office, supporting the Packers, Badgers, Bucks, Brewers, and Miners/Knights. He is heavily involved in his children's’ activities, including assisting them show sheep across the country. Nathan is also very proud to be starting his 14th year serving as the girls’ basketball head coach for Shullsburg. Nathan has recently been sworn into the Illinois State Bar and is excited to serve clients in Northwestern Illinois. Nathan has presented to a variety of community and professional groups on numerous legal topics. He has been active in the Lafayette County community by previously serving on the Shullsburg Fund Board, Memorial Hospital Foundation and the Shullsburg School Board.

Andrew Popplewell focuses his practice on DWI defense, general criminal defense, alcohol and drug offenses and traffic violations. Andrew grew up and worked on a fifth-generation family farm where he learned early on the importance of personal responsibility and work ethic. In 2001, Andrew graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.S. in Agriculture Economics. He began working for Eng & Woods in 2002 while still in law school and joined the firm as an associate in May 2005. Andrew became a partner with Eng & Woods in January 2010. He is an active member of the Missouri Bar, the Boone County Bar Association and both the Missouri and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Andrew Popplewell successfully handles more than 100 DWI cases yearly, while giving each client the attention they deserve. He has successfully tried multiple cases to both judge and jury resulting in not-guilty verdicts for his clients throughout the state of Missouri. Furthermore, he fights for all of his clients accused of crimes, contesting multiple cases monthly. Andrew obtained certification from the Department of Transportation to administer Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, a necessity for cross-examining arresting officers. Finally, he is one of only two attorneys in Columbia to attain membership in the prestigious National College for DUI Defense. Daniel J. Bounds founded Bounds and Bounds, PLLC in 2022 and serves as the Managing Partner of the Firm. Before practicing law, Daniel accumulated his experience through various leadership roles in both the private and public sectors. Graduating from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in History, Daniel commissioned as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Daniel was promoted to Captain in 2017 and served from 2012 to 2020 in various active and reserve duty roles as a combat engineer officer. Daniel’s time in the reserves allowed him to gain valuable business experience through holding leadership roles in the private sector: from operations manager at LKQ Corporation, a Fortune 500 company; to running the NATO conference center at Alion Science and Technology. Daniel earned his law degree from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center while also attending George Mason University’s Law School for his final three semesters. During law school, Daniel held various legal positions, serving as a clerk to Judge Jeffrey Parker in Virginia’s 20th Judicial Circuit and working with the private firm of Turbitt, Leach, & Crum in Fairfax, Virginia. After law school, Daniel gained valuable trial experience as an Associate Attorney with Howard, Clark & Howard in Warrenton, Virginia. At Howard, Clark & Howard, Daniel primarily worked as a trial attorney, serving clients in civil, domestic, and criminal matters. While gaining trial experience, Daniel simultaneously grew his business law practice, serving a wide range of businesses, including those focusing on Virginia’s cannabis market. Today, Daniel’s diverse practice is enhanced by his past business experience, trial experience, and his time in numerous military and civilian leadership positions. Daniel also serves as General Counsel for AgriTech LLC, a tech company focusing on merging technology and agriculture to ensure a sustainable future.

Robert S. Bullock, Esq., CELA, CAP is the principal of the Elder & Disability Law Center and is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. His practice focuses in the areas of Medicaid planning and eligibility, public benefits, Life Care Planning and Management, guardianships, conservatorships, disability planning, supplemental needs trusts, estate planning and general legal issue of competency, insurance coverage, Medicare and Elder Law issues. Mr. Bullock is an honors graduate of Lafayette College, and received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is the only Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) practicing fulltime in the District of Columbia.

Attorney Deutch is engaged in the general practice of law, specializing in real estate, computers and commercial matters, with a special emphasis on litigation relating thereto. With an undergraduate degree majoring in Accounting (University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1968), Attorney Deutch also has a strong background in finance and business. Combining his Accounting, Legal and Computer backgrounds, Mr. Deutch served as General Counsel/C.F.O for Innovative Software, Inc. from 1977 through 2000 (during that time Innovative grew from a local Milwaukee business to a multinational firm with offices/dealerships in 22 countries). Mr. Deutch also had served in a similar C.F.O capacity for Web Emporium, LLC, an e-commerce enabling firm primarily located in Phoenix , Arizona.
