Bill Van Horn has been serving the people of Colorado for decades. He was raised on a farm in Iowa, before coming to Colorado to enter the Air Force Academy as a young cadet at age 17. After graduating from the Air Force Academy in 1974, he then flew as an electronic warfare officer on the B-52 nuclear bomber in Guam and the RC-135S Cobra Ball spy plane in Alaska. He was awarded the Airman’s Medal, the highest award given by the Air Force for peacetime heroism, for rescuing fellow flyers from their aircraft when it crashed and burned. He has flown missions that took him up close and personal to the borders of North Korea and the Soviet Empire. Bill returned to Colorado after years in active duty for the Air Force to earn a law degree from The University of Denver Law School, while he continued to serve our country by joining the Air Force Reserve, and flew for 20 years on the C-130 Lockheed Hercules with combat flying time in three United States conflicts. Bill graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in International Affairs in 1974 and from the Air War College in 1998. After serving in the Air Force, Bill returned to the University of Denver and graduated in 1987 with a J.D. While in law school, Bill served as the Managing Editor of the Transportation Law Journal for 1986-1987. During Bill’s early law career he clerked for a Federal Judge and was a former Senior Litigation Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice. Bill moved into the area of family law and is recognized as a prominent and highly respected professional in his field. Bill and his wife Penni have five adult children, four daughters-in-love, and five grandchildren. Bill has attended a Tuesday Sunrise Bible Study for several decades, loves to hike with his lab, Coal, stay informed about the community and national issues, and play with the “Grands.” Bill and Penni attend Red Rocks Church.

Eric developed his passion for law as an undergraduate in Austin, Texas. During law school at the University of Indiana at Bloomington, Eric focused his studies on business law and contracts because he knew that he wanted to assist small and medium sized business owners realize their entrepreneurial dreams. After law school, Eric completed his M.B.A. in Germany at the University of Stuttgart in 2008. As an attorney Eric has experience practicing in front of the Colorado Court of Appeals and in courts throughout the Denver metro area. Eric has also successfully navigated the bureaucratic morass of federal and Colorado state administrative law on behalf of his clients. He has also dedicated a portion of his time pro-bono legal work with Denver Metro Volunteer Lawyer’s Family Law Court Program, a program which assists and represents litigants in family proceedings who may otherwise be unable to afford representation. Eric understands the complexities of starting and maintaining a business and can guide a small business through the start up process, acquisition of capital, employer/employee relationships, changing business entity status, mergers, and handling international disputes. As a German speaker and a former resident of Germany, Eric also has an advanced understanding of German business practices and economics that he uses to assist clients as they develop their businesses in the German market.

I am licensed to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the State of Texas, both the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas Federal Courts. I have represented well over 10,000 bankruptcies since 2003. I have worked out over 5000 IRS tax problems since 2003. I have also represented clients with loan modifications on their homes as well as deed's in lieu of foreclosure, short sales, and the rescinding of foreclosures. There are many alternatives to bankruptcy which my law firm has dealt with as well including credit card problem negotiation, offer-in-compromise and tax installment agreement. My goal is to make my law firm the industry standard in these areas of the law. If I can assist as many people as possible to reach their goals of financial freedom through representation and education I will feel as though I have accomplished something in my life. Timothy J. Conlon is an experienced divorce attorney in Providence, Rhode Island, handling cases involving divorce, separation, custody, interstate custody, visitation, and support. He has handled complex family law cases involving a wide range of issues. Our firm also works with child molestation/child abuse victims and their families, aggressively advocating on their behalf to obtain compensation from the abusers, and the organizations that employ them. Paul D. Richter is an experienced trial attorney who has spent over 20 years in the practice of personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Sara M. Salger received her undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, graduating cum laude, and Saint Louis University School of Law for her J.D. where she received an International Law Certificate and litigation focus. She spent two semesters abroad during law school attending Università Cà Foscari di Venezia in Venice, Italy and University College Cork in Cork, Ireland. Ms. Salger's legal career has been focused on advocating for individuals wronged by the actions of others, with a particularized focus on representing victims of mesothelioma and lung cancer, as a result of exposure to asbestos. She has also handled complex benzene litigation and general personal injury claims. Arsen founded the Law Offices of Arsen Sarapinian, P.C. after years of litigating cases throughout Southern and Northern California while working with renowned law firms such as the Dolan Law Firm and Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy. Arsen is a graduate of UC Hastings College of the Law, where he served on the law school's flagship law review, the Hastings Law Journal and his article, "Fighting Foreclosure: Using Contract Law to Enforce the Home Affordable Modification Program" was published in the Hastings Law Journal (64 Hastings L.J. 905 (2013)) and was awarded UC Hastings' Albert G. Evans Scholarship in Private Enterprise. Arsen serves on the Board of Directors of the Litigation Bar Association ("LBA") and is a member of The National Trial Lawyers ("NTL"), the Armenian Bar Association ("ABA"), the American Association for Justice ("AAJ"), the Consumer Attorneys of California ("CAOC"), and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles ("CAALA").

Mitch Chubb is a native of Central Florida. The son of a pastor and teacher, he was raised in a family whose focus was serving others and helping those in need. This upbringing served as the foundation for his future as a lawyer representing injured people who need to make their voices heard by large corporations and insurance companies.
