Adriana Estevez is an immigration attorney dedicated to guiding individuals and families through complex legal processes with skill and care. Matt Maerowitz grew up in Arizona and went to high school at Brophy. He received his undergraduate degree in economics from Boston College and later graduated from law school at the University of Arizona. Matt Maerowitz is an experienced trial attorney with a practice focused on DUI, criminal defense, and personal injury cases. Matt has successfully represented clients in numerous bench and jury trials over the past eight years. Before co-founding The Maerowitz Law Firm, LLC, Matt worked for a Scottsdale law firm where he drafted pleadings and criminal defense motions, primarily in DUI cases. Matt also worked for the Pima County Attorney’s Office as a student-prosecutor during law school. Matt’s experience with both sides of criminal law cases has helped him anticipate arguments from the prosecution in order to prepare the best defense for his clients. During law school, Matt Maerowitz was recognized for several accomplishments. Brad represents primarily small businesses, and so he practices primarily in the areas of law that small businesses need. As a practical matter, Brad helps companies form their businesses, deal with employees, draft and review contracts, and file or defend lawsuits when needed. Before opening his practice in the East Valley in 1998, Brad practiced for several years at two large firms in downtown Phoenix: Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, PLC and Bryan Cave LLP. Brad graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in International Relations from Brigham Young University. He received his law degree with academic honors from the University of Chicago. Because his practice has a substantial litigation component, Brad has spent considerable time in court. Brad has represented clients in numerous jury trials in Superior Court, before the Arizona Court of Appeals, Arizona Supreme Court, and Federal District Court. Brad has also appeared with clients before various Justice Courts, administrative tribunals, and in many arbitrations and mediations. Jeffrey M. Bloom was born in New York, NY. He moved to New Jersey as a young child and has lived in northern New Jersey for over fourty (40) years. Mr. Bloom received his Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration from Emory University in 1985. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1988 where he served as a member of the Editorial Board of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. Mr. Bloom is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and the District of Columbia as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America and various other federal courts. Jeffrey Bloom is a second generation attorney. His father, Irwin Bloom, graduated New York University Law School and practiced in New York City for over forty (40) years, primarily representing defendants and insurance companies. As a young man, Jeffrey Bloom realized that he did not want to represent corporations, but that he wanted to dedicate his career to defending the rights of individuals, including people crippled in horrible accidents or families torn apart by divorce. Joseph is a criminal defense attorney and retired U.S. Marine Corps officer. He has been defending the Constitution since 1987. After a 27-year career in the Marines, Joseph retired and attended law school at the S. J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. While in law school, Joseph was heavily involved in the college’s clinical program. Joseph interned in criminal law at the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association, providing public defender services in Salt Lake Justice and District Courts. He also interned in immigration law with Holy Cross Ministries Immigration Law division where he assisted victims of crime to gain legal status in the United States. At Collins Rupp, Joseph provides criminal defense, bankruptcy, and family law services throughout Utah. Joseph represents clients in municipal justice courts and state district courts on matters ranging from simple infractions and misdemeanors to first degree felonies.
