Craig R. Fiederlein was born in New Rochelle, New York. He attended Mahopac High School, where he was a member of the Honors Society and excelled in varsity Baseball, Soccer, & Tennis. After graduating in 1989, he went on to pursue his education in the legal field. For nearly two decades, Flint attorney, Craig Fiederlein, has been devoted to his clients, assisting them with matters of estate planning and real estate law. He graduated cum laude, making the Deans list 9 times in his 4 years at MSU. He was honored by the Golden Key National Honors Society and Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society for graduating in the top 5% of the business school. While at MSU, Craig pursued his interest in Real Estate law and Finance taking course work in Accounting, Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, and Constitutional law. He worked as a landlord tenant counselor volunteer and was a member of the campus Judiciary team and President's Counsel for Wonder's Hall. Due to Craig's graduation at MSU, he bleeds green and white and enjoys MSU football and basketball as a season ticket holder. After law school, Craig Fiederlein, began his career working in a small firm in Clarkston, Michigan where he became partner within 3 years. He was mentored by attorney C. Dan Harry, learning the nuances of complex civil litigation, handling cases in the District and Circuit Courts of the State of Michigan and Federal Courts on several areas of the law including real estate and business disputes. He also handled the firm's probate and estate planning practice and bankruptcy matters. Due to the issues with the economy in Michigan, Craig has assisted clients with credit problems, collections and bankruptcy. Further, the firm created a short sales department to assist clients with the sale of their houses and negotiating with their mortgage company. While at Harry, McMillen & Fiederlein, PC, Craig moved to Grand Blanc in 1999 where he still lives with his wife and two beautiful girls. He expanded the firms practice network to include Genesee County and the Flint area.

Tom Kuiper is an experienced litigator with proficiency in a variety of cases and forums. He practices in State district, circuit, probate, federal and appellate courts, and in arbitration and mediation settings. He represents a variety of clients, from billion-dollar corporations in commercial litigation disputes to the individual involved in a personal dispute or family breakup. He also mediates a wide variety of cases. Although the issues and forums may differ, Tom's approach remains the same: To relate to people, to communicate difficult legal concepts and information in a clear and simple manner, and to work on a personal level with the client. Tom is married and has six children. He enjoys sports, and activities with his children, including coaching various youth sports teams.

Albert J. Dib is a native Detroiter, and a 1980 graduate of Wayne State University Law School. He has taught Medical Malpractice, Litigation Skills, Pretrial Advocacy, and Health Law at both Wayne State University Law School and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he has been Adjunct Professor of Law. He is past-president of the Wayne State University Law School Alumni Association, and currently a member of the WSU Law School’s Board of Visitors. He authored the ANNUAL SURVEY OF MICHIGAN LAW, “Medical Malpractice,” 2005 – 2006 in The Wayne Law Review, and “Ethical Conduct and Effective Lawyering, Plaintiff’s Perspective,” presented at the 26th Annual Law Seminar, Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Dib focuses his practice in medical and professional negligence, including the highly specialized field of catastrophically injured children and Birth Trauma/Obstetrical Malpractice Litigation. He also serves as a special medical malpractice mediator. In addition, Mr. Dib has also taught at Central Michigan University (Legal Aspects of Health Service Organizations) and has been an invited lecturer at the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (Deposition Conduct and Objections) and the Michigan Association for Justice (Malpractice Tort Reform). Mr. Dib served on the State Bar of Michigan Grievance Committee and the District I Character and Fitness Committee. He has been an instructor for the American Association for Justice and Michigan Association for Justice at the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law trial advocacy workshop symposium and a moot court judge at Wayne State University Law School (Arthur Neef Competition); University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law (State of Michigan and Gallagher Competitions); and Michigan State University College of Law. Mr. Dib’s current and past professional associations include: State Bar of Michigan (Negligence and Latin Sections); American Association for Justice (Past Member); Michigan Association for Justice (Sustaining Member); American Bar Association (Past Member); Detroit Bar Association (Past Member); Oakland County Bar Association; Macomb County Bar Association; Arab-American Bar Association; Detroit Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Dib has also been selected for inclusion by his peers in "The Best Lawyers in America" and as one of the "Top Lawyers in Metro Detroit" by Business for plaintiff medical malpractice.

Donald J. Baranski received his Bachelor of Arts in Humanities Pre Law, from Michigan State University. This was a triple major of American History, Philosophy, and Psychology. He then received a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from Michigan State University. He then obtained his Doctorate in Law from Michigan State University College of Law. Baranski has been a licensed Attorney and Counselor at Law in the State of Michigan since 1988. He clerked for a trial judge for two years. He worked as a City Attorney, and as a public defender. Baranski has handled a general practice of law including: family law, criminal law, juvenile law, adoptions, contracts, real estate, landlord/tenant, probate estates, wills & trusts, guardianships and conservatorships, mental health law, social security disability, workers compensation, unemployment compensation, education law, collections and bankruptcy. Baranski has conducted jury trials and bench trials in District, Probate and Circuit Courts. Baranski is also admitted to the Western District of Michigan and Eastern District of Michigan Federal Courts.

Wes represents individuals and companies in matters in state and federal court and also regularly advise clients in transactions, corporate, employment, and compliance matters. For corporate clients that can benefit from consistent, readily available legal advice, Wes acts as an outside general counsel. He also handles individual and corporate defamation cases, breach of contract matters, corporate/shareholder disputes, personal injury cases and wrongful termination cases for both defendants and plaintiffs. We has represented plaintiffs and defendants on federal and state whistleblower cases involving healthcare and banking fraud . Wes regularly represent individuals and entities, particularly health care professionals, on the full range of state licensing and regulatory matters, including Certificate of Need applications and disputes. Wes regularly advises health care clients in corporate matters and regulatory and compliance advice including the development of compliance programs and advising on Stark, Antikickback and other federal and state law compliance. He regularly represent health care providers including Nursing Homes, Hospices, Physicians, Hospitals, Dentists and others with ZPIC, RAC and other federal and state audits to include initial response and appeal of audit findings.

After graduating from the University of North Carolina Law School with honors, Joel spent two years as a law clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit – one year as a staff attorney and one year as a clerk to the Honorable William B. Traxler, Jr. Joel has since spent his entire career helping clients who faced civil litigation in a wide range of practice areas. During that time, Joel has helped a broad spectrum of clients - from individuals to companies in the manufacturing, communications, healthcare, and financial services industries, just to name a few. In addition to his experience in the trial courts, Joel has helped numerous clients in the appellate courts.
