Mr. Perez has represented and delivered results for clients in matters involving: landlord tenant, breach of warranties, insurance coverage claims, property damage matters, intentional torts, mediation, negligence claims, dog and animal bites, business litigation, construction, libel slander defamation, civil fraud, the Ohio Consumer Protection Act, personal injury, premises liability (slip and fall), contract and agreement disputes, trespass and boundary disputes, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other civil matters.

Mr. Reidy was an Assistant State's Attorney in Cook County, Illinois. During his time as a prosecutor, Mr. Reidy successfully upheld convictions of murder, home invasion, and burglary. Mr. Reidy also spent nearly two years in the Juvenile Division where he worked closely with the Illinois Department of Child and Family Services to find permanent solutions for Illinois families involved in suspected child abuse, neglect, and/or dependency. In addition to Mr. Reidy's professional experience, he possesses a unique insight to the hardships of family law because he successfully gained custody of his son. This personal experience allows Mr. Reidy to understand the feelings that his clients experience. He understands the law, but he also strives to understand his clients' feelings in order to help them through the litigation process.

A founding partner of Abramovitch Blalock & McKinnon, LLC, Tina Abramovitch is a zealous advocate of her clients’ rights in all areas of family law. She is energetic and personable, and in bringing these qualities to her family law practice, is able to secure exceptional results even in the most complex cases. Tina was born in Montreal, Canada and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from McGill University in Montreal in 1998. She then went on to attend DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, receiving her Juris Doctorate degree in 2002. She also received her Certificate in Family Law at this time. Since obtaining her law degree, Tina has dedicated her career exclusively to family law. Tina is fluent in both English and French and is conversant in Yiddish and Hebrew. In her career thus far, Tina has achieved a high level of success in many areas of family law in Chicago and across Illinois. This includes issues related to: divorce, custody, visitation, paternity, child support, property division, marital agreements, gay and lesbian family law, separation, and orders of protection. She is persuasive, intelligent, and completely committed to her clients’ wellbeing. In 2016, Tina completed her mediation training at Northwestern University. Ever since, she has been helping couples mediate a myriad of complex issues related to divorce and family law. Tina is a member of the Family Law Section of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Council of Lawyers, and the Matrimonial Law Committee of the Women’s Bar Association.

Turner Thornton is a highly-regarded Fort Worth family law attorney who leads Varghese Summersett Family Law Group. A skilled negotiator and experienced litigator, Turner has successfully guided hundreds of individuals and families through the most tumultuous time of their lives. Divorce, child custody disputes, and property division are among the most contentious and complex cases in the legal system. Turner understands the intricacies and complexities involved in family law and works strategically to find and implement the best strategy for each client. While many cases are resolved through mediation, others require an aggressive courtroom battle. Turner is skilled in all aspects of case resolution and treats every person who walks through his door with honesty, professionalism, and compassion. In addition to being a highly adept lawyer, Turner is also a family man with deep ties to the community. He was born and raised in North Texas along with his older sister, Katie. He attended Martin High School in Arlington. After high school, Turner attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated in 2009. Afterward, he returned to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to attend Texas A&M University School of Law (formerly Texas Wesleyan University). There, he obtained his law degree and also met his future wife, Alex – who is a defense attorney at VARGHESE SUMMERSETT. Turner and Alex recently welcomed their first child, Charlotte. They are also the proud parents of two dachshunds, Clifford and Annie. Fun Fact: In 2015, Turner appeared on the game show, Celebrity Name Game — and won.

Andrew F. Ruder earned a B.S. degree from Towson University in 2007 and went on to receive his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in Camden in May of 2012. While in law school, Andrew was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal. His comment, “The Use of Risk Assessment Tools in Formulating Individualized Sentencing Programs,” will be published in the next volume. Additionally, Andrew participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistant Project. In the summer of 2010, Andrew interned with the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and also with the Honorable Shelley Robins New in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Andrew served as a law clerk for a small firm in New Jersey as well as for a mediation company under Judge James D. Clyne. He joined Pond Lehocky in September 2012 to practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation. Andrew is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Tech2Educate, a non-profit that raises money to provide new technology to charter schools in the Philadelphia area. Most recently, he co-authored an article with Samuel H. Pond entitled “AMA’s Approach to Impairment Rating Evaluations is Unconstitutional” published in The Legal Intelligencer. Andrew was also featured as a contributing writer in the Spring 2013 edition of New Jersey Chiropractor, a quarterly publication distributed by the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors.

Kyle Bagen is an associate attorney with the Bagen Law Firm. As with all the attorneys in the firm, his practice area is limited exclusively to Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, with heavy emphasis on all types of motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, and truck accidents. Kyle was born and raised in north central Florida and is a graduate of Buchholz High School in Gainesville. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, and graduated from Barry University School of Law in Orlando. Prior to graduating from law school, Kyle spent several summers working as a law clerk for our firm. He also enjoyed a semester abroad in Spain, studying International Law and traveling throughout Europe. Kyle is an avid motorcycle rider and has also had a lifelong interest in athletics, including basketball, football, and golf. He’s a past winner of the 8th Judicial Bar Association Golf Tournament.

Graham F. Baird, Esq. is an experienced employment lawyer in Philadelphia in the areas of civil rights, workplace discrimination and wrongful termination, and police misconduct and malfeasance. Graham is also a passionate consumer advocate handling matters involving fraud arising out of the sale and marketing of household goods, real estate and motor vehicles. He also handles cases involving unlawful and illegal debt collection and credit reporting practices. Graham earned his J.D. from Temple University and his B.A. from Washington State University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey and the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He joined the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore in 2015.

Jim Lindell has specialized in civil litigation during his entire career and is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Lindell has been voted a Super Lawyer® in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation in annual polls of Minnesota lawyers conducted by Minnesota Law & Politics and Mpls/St. Paul magazine. Jim was invited to membership in the American Society of Legal Advocates, and in 2012 was named Attorney of the Year by The Minnesota Lawyer. He practices in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Jim is a native of Litchfield, Minnesota. Contributing to his effectiveness in his practice is his broad scope of work experience, including: United States Army, 1st Lt. 1966-1969 Management positions in federal and state government Staff aide to the governor of Minnesota Construction Firefighting (smoke jumping) for the U.S. Forest Service Life-long interest in flying, private pilot license since 1985. Mr. Lindell is highly regarded by both clients and fellow attorneys. He enjoys a busy workers' compensation and personal injury practice and receives numerous referrals of those cases from attorneys in other specialties. He is active in the Academy of Certified Trial Lawyers of Minnesota and has served as a board member, officer and dean of that organization. Lindell is rated "a.v." by Martindale Hubble - the highest rating of competence and ethics available. He is also a qualified neutral arbitrator and mediator. When Jim is not practicing law, he is challenging himself anew. Working on his Wisconsin cabin (which he built from the ground up with his dad), learning to speak Russian, and learning to play the piano are his most recent endeavors. Besides the firm's main office in downtown Minneapolis, Jim maintains an office at his lake home in Webb Lake, Wisconsin.
