Emma brings a unique perspective to Garwood Attorneys. Emma comes to our firm after having the privilege of spending ten years as a stay at home mom raising three children. While Emma cherished her time with family, she is excited to return to family law where her understanding and compassion for the family law litigant is indisputable. In her twelve years of family law practice, Emma was truly adored by her clients. Katherine Piccin Glynn was born in Southfield, Michigan on May 29, 1969. She was a Ford Foundation Scholar at Eckerd College, from which she graduated with honors in 1991. She then graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law, was admitted to The Florida State Bar in 1995 and US District Court, Middle District in 1999. Upon graduation, she was appointed Assistant State Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit. During the next four years she gained extensive jury trial experience, mainly with white collar crime and other felony cases.

John Piccin has been practicing law for over 40 years. He is rated AV Preeminent for more than 15 years by Martindale-Hubbell. This is the highest possible peer review rating in legal ability and ethical standards. Born in Willimantic, Connecticut, he moved to Ocala in 1974. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled innumerable jury trials resulting in favorable outcomes for his clients. John has litigated a wide variety of personal injury cases, insurance disputes, and wrongful death cases. John is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a national organization limited to trial lawyers who have achieved verdicts or settlements of $1 million or more. In 2017, clients of Piccin & Glynn received a record $52 million dollar verdict from a Marion County jury. John is also past President of the North Florida chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which is limited to lawyers with extensive trial experience and high ethical standards, and Judges. John is passionate about pursuing justice for his clients.

Robert A. Morris, Jr. has been practicing law in Hernando County since 1991 when he started his career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit . While working at the State Attorneys Office he prosecuted a variety of crimes including DUI’s, misdemeanors and felony offenses. Born in Indiana Robert graduated from Culver Military Academy in 1984 and then continued on to received his undergraduate degree from Ball State University located in Muncie, Indiana in 1988. Robert graduated Law School from Valparaiso University School of Law, which is located a short distance from Chicago Illinois, in 1991. Robert relocated to Florida after graduation from Law School based upon his work in the horse industry and settled in Ocala where he started his career as a prosecutor. After taking and passing both the Florida and the Indiana bar exams within two weeks of each other he was assigned to Brooksville, Florida where he has remained ever since. Robert started his practice in 1994 while living in the back of his office on a side road in Brooksville. Over the past 14 years his practice has grown into a full service law firm catering to the diverse clientele of the area. Over the past 17+ years he has worked both with, and against the local court systems and County government for the benefit of his clients and has developed an intricate knowledge of the ins and outs of our system

Ms. El Fadel is a Junior Partner with KS Attorneys at law and currently heads up our Firm’s business development, business structuring, business funding and commercial civil trial departments. As such, Ms. El Fadel is experienced in most all areas of commercial business development, commercial civil trial and appellate representation and is licensed to practice in the Federal and State Courts of Florida and the State Courts of New Jersey. Ms. El Fadel’s educational accolades range from graduating summa cum laude from the Shepard Board Law School at Nova Southeastern University to serving as the past Notes and Comments Editor for the Nova Law Review, to serving as the Chairperson for Problem Research and Development committee for the law schools moot court program. Brian Roller has been litigating all types of cases – large and small – in jurisdictions throughout the country for more than 15 years. Brian was born and raised in the State of New Jersey, before leaving for undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Brian returned to the northeast, where he attended law school in Manhattan at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. At Cardozo, Brian was a member and editor of the moot court team. Today, Brian is an experienced litigator who is proud to represent individuals and corporations as they pursue justice from those who have wronged them. Brian’s extensive background and experience cover everything from personal injury actions against individuals and their insurers as well as municipalities and wrongful death actions, to complex commercial litigations in both state and Federal Courts across the country. Before becoming a lawyer, Brian had the unique opportunity to work at Good Karma Broadcasting, LLC and participate in the management of a start-up radio station group that was focused primarily on sports talk programming. Brian’s roles with the station group ranged from the executive producer of the sport’s station’s programming to reporter, sales liaison, interviewer, problem solver, and everything in between. This entrepreneurial experience provided Brian with a unique insight into the numerous and often complicated problems faced by businesses and their managers. Brian’s varied experience in business and in the law provides him with a rare perspective of the problems that the firm’s clients face, and an eye for the efficient solutions they seek. As an attorney, Brian has successfully fought Fortune 500 Companies on behalf of his clients, as well as smaller businesses and individuals. Brian has been able to obtain a final and satisfactory resolution of all kinds of complex disputes through various means including pre-trial motion practice, litigation, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. Today, Brian uses his extensive litigation experience primarily to help individuals who have been injured or killed due to the negligence of others. Brian began his legal career working as an associate in New York for the prestigious national law firm of Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman, LLP. Brian is licensed to practice law before the courts of the State of Florida as well as before the courts of the State of New York and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Brian has also been admitted pro hac vice to practice in many other Federal and State courts around the country to represent clients in particular cases. Brian was trained in complex commercial litigation but has more recently represented many satisfied clients in high-stakes personal injury litigation. Outside of the office, Brian is a proud husband and father of three. Brian is also an avid sports fan and has a particular passion for the University of Wisconsin Badgers.

ROBERT SCOTT HANNAN limits his practice to Family Law and was formerly a State and County Child Support/Alimony Prosecutor. He has practiced in Fort Lauderdale for 22 years and grew up in South Florida. Mr. Hannan has handled many hundreds of Family Law cases from straight forward and simple divorces to complex divorces involving custody disputes, significant incomes, assets and liabilities often requiring the use of experts such as Forensic Accountants, Business Valuation Professionals, Parenting Coordinators and Child Psychologists. As well, Mr. Hannan has handled nearly all other aspects of Family Law cases involving Visitation (Time- Sharing), Support issues (Alimony and Child Support), Relocation, (including international relocation), Domestic Violence, along with a diverse variety of other Family Law issues. Mr. Hannan received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University. Mr. Hannan has been an active member of the Florida Bar since 1988 and is a member of the Family Law sections of the Florida and American Bar Associations. Mr. Hannan previously served on the Family Law Legislative Committee of the Florida Trial Lawyers Association Mr. Hannan previously represented what is now known as the Florida Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement Program, (DOR). His firm, Hannan and Rieman, PA, was responsible for enforcing and/or modifying approximately 30,000 divorce and paternity decrees from throughout Florida and the United States. Additionally, Mr. Hannan previously represented parents on behalf the Dade County State Attorney's Office, Child Support Enforcement Program, as well as parents on behalf of the Broward County Support Enforcement Division, (SED). Mr. Hannan no longer represents Government Agencies and has dedicated his private practice to Family Law cases only. Child support and alimony enforcement cases along with child support and alimony modification cases account for a higher than usual number of cases currently being handled by Mr. Hannan due to these difficult economic times. Mr. Hannan welcomes Child Support and Alimony cases where the client is defending Motions for Contempt or Supplemental Petitions for Modification. Mr. Hannan is a caring and understanding attorney who himself is a divorced Father. Mr. Hannan will throughly listen to your concerns, hopes, and fears and take the time necessary to see the issues as you see them. This is key. Beyond considering the purely legal issues, Mr. Hannan will consider and discuss factors which are non-legal, such as the inter-personal dynamics and potential fallout of certain legal avenues. He will then discuss your options, intended or anticipated results, and how best to proceed. For instance, is mediation possible or must the matter be litigated? If 1itigation is sought, then Mr. Hannan will aggressively and tenaciously litigate the matter in Court. After all, Divorce Attorneys are Trial Attorneys.
