A native New Yorker, Jonathan Gill has practiced law in New York since 1988. He began his career as an assistant district attorney in the Bronx. As a prosecutor in the Major Offense and Homicide Bureaus, he conducted more than 50 jury trials with a 96% conviction rate. Those cases included the examination of expert witnesses in orthopedics, neurology, trauma surgery, pathology, accident reconstruction and other disciplines, a background that serves him well in personal injury and defense litigation. In addition to serving as a Senior Trial Attorney in the Major Offense & Homicide Bureaus, Mr. Gill was also Deputy Director of Litigation Training for the incoming classes of newly hired ADA's. In 1997, Mr. Gill joined his future partner as a Senior Trial Associate for the staff counsel office of The Travelers Insurance Company, gaining valuable litigation and management skills. He prepared and tried major personal injury and wrongful death cases. He also supervised the first in-house, state-wide subrogation team for The Travelers and developed and managed subrogation lines for major cases, including property, auto and workers' compensation cases. Prior to heading up the New York Subrogation Unit, Mr. Gill supervised a team of 10 attorneys and two paralegals that exclusively handled automobile liability litigation. Mr. Gill also created and implemented several training programs for new lawyers. In 2004, Mr. Gill co-founded Creedon & Gill P.C., with its main office in Northport, New York. A member of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association, Mr. Gill is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court (federal court) for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Gill has lectured on various tort negligence issues for Claim Litigation Management.

Attorney Jordan Belliveau provides personal attention to each case he encounters and passionately represents his clients’ interests. Jordan is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of Rhode Island, and the United States District Court in Massachusetts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Massachusetts Bar Association, Rhode Island Bar Association and Worcester County Bar Association. He was recognized by the Massachusetts Super Lawyers Magazine as a “Rising Star” in 2019 and 2020, an honor no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive each year. Jordan represents clients in a variety of civil litigation cases and has experience with all phases of litigation including trial practice, arbitrations and mediations. Jordan recently secured a $209,446.53 arbitration award in a contested motor vehicle / pedestrian accident. As a testament to his work ethic, Jordan worked full-time at a Boston based medical device company and part-time at Tetzel Law while he attended evening courses at Suffolk University Law School. Throughout his career in the medical device industry, Jordan held numerous roles with increasing responsibilities, focused on applying engineering principles to help drive efficiencies in project management, design, and planning. Jordan worked at Tetzel Law as a law clerk for over one year before joining the firm full-time. Jordan is from Millbury, Massachusetts where he attended high school. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering with a focus in biomechanics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. At WPI, Jordan was a member of the football team and Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, participating in numerous philanthropic projects including the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Worcester Clean Up, and Toys for Tots. Jordan lives in Wakefield with his fiancée, Kristin and their dog, Bodie. He enjoys golf, attending sporting events and spending time with family and friends.

Lonnie Greenblatt has represented thousands of clients for over 38 years in personal injury cases due to the negligence of others. Based on his experience, he formed the partnership with Elnur Veliev to create Greenblatt & Veliev, LLC, in order to expand his help and service to more people in the Metro area. His own work has been recognized in the Super Lawyers list for Maryland for three years in a row from 2020 – 2022 as one of no more than the top 5% of all attorneys in Maryland over 70 practice areas. He was chosen for the area of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, which continues to confirm his pursuit and passion for his personal injury clients. Lonnie is a member of the Maryland, Pennsylvania and District of Columbia bars. Presently, he serves as an adjunct associate professor at the University of Maryland, University College, where he has taught for approximately 25 years. He has also taught at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1979 and graduated from the Delaware Law School in 1982. In 1988, Lonnie received a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the George Washington University Law School.

Nicholas T. Kocian is the president and founder of the Kocian Law Group. Attorney Joe M. Reed graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1996 after obtaining his BA degree from Morehouse College in 1992. Joe is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Alabama, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He handles both civil and criminal cases throughout the state including asset forfeiture or cash seizures, workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, personal injuries, defective products and wrongful death.

Sean Walsh grew up in Denver, CO and graduated from the University of Colorado business school in 2000. He graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 2003, passed the Colorado State Bar and has been practicing in Denver, CO ever since. He is a trial attorney who specializes in motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, medical malpractice, and other forms of civil litigation. He is an active member in the Colorado and Denver Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyer’s Association as well as the National organization of the American Association of Justice.
