Larry Whitham is a partner in the law firm of Whitham & Zubek, which was established in 2002. Larry has practiced law in Indianapolis for more than 40 years. Although Larry began his career working as a staff attorney in Indianapolis City government, he has spent most of his years in private practice. From 1975 until 1999 Larry was a reservist, serving as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the Unites States Air Force. Larry practices in several areas of civil law, including family law, auto accident litigation and other cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. His practice also includes real estate and zoning cases, estate planning, and estate administration. Larry is also frequently called upon to handle cases involving criminal matters. One of the things Larry is most proud of is that many of his current clients are return clients. Born and raised in Mid-Michigan, Casey attended Michigan State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Advertising. Casey worked for years in advertising, marketing, and business consultation before deciding to attend law school. In 2013, Casey graduated Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (now Western Michigan University Cooley Law School), with a concentration in Intellectual Property. While attending law school, Casey worked on various consumer protection projects with the Attorney General of Michigan, as well as interning for an East Lansing based law firm. In 2014, Casey was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, and is licensed to practice in the state of Michigan, is admitted to practice in the Michigan Federal Court of the Western District, and has been admitted to practice in the Colorado Federal Court, as well as the United States Tax Court. Since becoming licensed, Casey has been working as a solo practitioner in Michigan. Casey has worked in a wide variety of areas including Real Estate, Landlord/Tenant, Copyright, Contracts, Tax Issues, Business Organization, Wills and Trusts, Bar Exam Appeals, Collections, Construction Law, and Compliance. Recently, Casey has received a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Prior to joining Hepworth & Murray in 2016, Tyler worked in the Office of General Counsel – International for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he worked on a variety of legal matters ranging from income tax issues, immigration, real estate transactions, and employment matters. Although he enjoyed the comforts of corporate life, Tyler’s real passion is advocacy, whether in the courtroom or the across the negotiation table. Tyler earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he received high marks in trial advocacy and was known around school for being a bit of trial junky. While in law school he worked in the public defender’s office as a court-certified law student where he represented three criminal defendants in jury trials before he even graduated. Also during law school, he received expert training in Alternative Dispute Resolution through the nationally ranked Oregon ADR Center. Born and raised in Davis County, Tyler takes advantage of all that Utah has to offer from the great culture and entertainment found in our cities to the amazing outdoor recreation that is only an hour or so away. In his free time, Tyler enjoys being active in his community and spending time with family.

Michael R. Cramer’s practice includes extensive experience in business law, civil and commercial litigation, employment law, corporate law, construction law, real estate, civil defense and estate planning. Attorney Cramer has more than 20 years of practice, Michael developed a statewide practice focused on litigation. His cases range from breach of contract to construction delay claims against the State of Texas. He also works with Family Law and Divorce cases. His business litigation practice includes the representation of corporations of all sizes. Michael has considerable experience in assisting corporations to avoid litigation through consultancy and risk avoidance. He counsels business owners on the best type of entity for their corporate structure and then assists the business in every step of the process from formation to contracts, collections to dissolution, and everything in between. Michael’s business law clients include construction companies, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, franchisors, owners, architects, business partners and many other entities in litigation matters. Attorney Robert (Bob) Canfield was born and raised in Rockford, IL. He graduated from Guilford High School in 1965. After joining the Army in February of 1968, he went on to Army flight school and graduated 2nd in his flight class. He spent a year in Vietnam flying CH-47 Chinook helicopters for the 101st Airborne Division and then returned to Fort Rucker, Alabama, as an Instrument Flight Instructor. Following active Duty, he attended the University of Minnesota where he received his BA in psychology in 1976 and his Law degree in 1978. After taking and passing both the Illinois and Minnesota bar exam in the fall of 1978, he settled back in Rockford to practice law. Professionally, he started his law career working with an insurance defense firm. After a couple of years, he started his own practice and has spent decades practicing law on his own or in partnership with others. He currently is the owner and senior attorney with his firm, Canfield & McKenna. He maintains a general practice with an emphasis in the areas of Family Law, Real Estate Law, Probate Law, Wills and Trusts and Business/Corporation Law. He is also a Court Certified Mediator for the Family Court. In addition to his legal training and experience, he has enjoyed giving back to his community, both in military and civic service. After leaving active duty, he joined the Minnesota National Guard and, later, the Wisconsin National Guard, where he flew Helicopters until he retired after almost 30 years of military service. He retired with over 4000 flight hours and as an Army Master Aviator. While in the military, he had the privilege of flying Bob Hope, H. Ross Perot, Vice President Hubert Humphry and Vice President Walter Mondale, among others. Bob is very active in his community. He is past president of Riverfront Museum Park, Rockford Dance Company, and Rockford Rotary; past chair of the Rockford Fair Housing Board; and past commander of Rockford Sail and Power Squadron and District 20 of the United States Power Squadrons (America’s Boating Club). He is active in his church, Second/First and formerly Second Congregational Church, where he is former Chair of the Board of Deacons and Board of Trustees, and is currently the chair of the Discernment and Vision team. He has also taught Law and Economics at Rock Valley College. He has served and still serves on many other boards and committees. He is currently President of Rockford Day Nursery, and teaches the public boating class at Rock Valley College. An avid boater, he has sailed and boated in many countries, including Greece, Thailand, France, Canada and has boated all the Great Lakes and the Mississippi River. He is a graduate of The Nautical School of Maritime Licensing and has earned multiple certificates from the American Sailing Association, and he currently boats out of his home port of Racine, Wisconsin. Emily opened a solo law practice in Las Vegas in 2003 with the primary focus of family law. Since that time Emily has worked diligently to establish a reputation as a knowledgeable and aggressive attorney, gaining the respect of both her peers as well as Judges. Emily has grown her practice over the years and in 2010 gained the credential of Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of Nevada. Emily is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Vice President of the Nevada Chapter, fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and an AV Preeminent Rated Attorney by Martindale Hubbell. I was born, raised and grew up in Orange County, getting married and raising three children within the local community. I graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a degree in history in 1994 and went to Chapman University Law School; graduating from this institution in their inaugural class. Since being admitted to the bar our firm has been practicing mostly bankruptcy law amassing thousands of cases discharged for our clients. We practice out of Orange County but handle cases throughout Southern California and are always willing to accommodate our clients by flexible appointments, reasonable fees and direct communication.
