Omar K. Qadeer, Esq. is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars. Mr. Qadeer practices in a wide range of areas, including family law, immigration, business law, municipal law and criminal defense. Mr. Qadeer earned his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he gained experience as a student attorney in the school’s Community Justice Law Clinic, working on child support, child custody and divorce cases. Within his first year working with a busy New Jersey firm, Mr. Qadeer had made approximately 200 court appearances in his areas of practice. While the number of appearances has increased over time, Mr. Qadeer still offers the same level of professionalism and care that his clients appreciate. Through his law school career, Mr. Qadeer also worked as an intern for the Office of the Executive Counsel for the Governor of Rhode Island and part-time as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Stephen P. Erickson of the Federal District Court in Newport, Rhode Island. Mr. Qadeer also interned at Rhode Island Legal Services, where he gained experience in a number of different fields, from consumer/bankruptcy law to family and tax law. Before coming to New Jersey, Mr. Qadeer worked as a legal intern and law clerk in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, respectively. In addition to his law degree and various experiences, Mr. Qadeer also has a Masters in Criminal Justice (MS) from Roger Williams University and a Masters in Psychology (MA) from the University at Buffalo. Mr. Qadeer completed his undergraduate education from the University at Buffalo in Psychology and graduated with distinction, being awarded high departmental honors for his work in the Department of Psychology’s Honors Program. Mr. Qadeer continues to work towards looking out for the best interests of the firm’s clients.

Attorney Irina Yadgarova focuses her practice on Trusts & Estates, Probate & Administration, Elder Law, and Real Estate. She is licensed to practice law in the courts of the State of New York, the State New Jersey, and the U.S. District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Yadgarova's practice encompasses all aspects of Estate Planning, Elder Law and Real Estate. She provides legal services to residents of New York and New Jersey and handles matters pertaining to Wills, Trusts & Estates and Long Term Care Planning. Prior to establishing her own practice, Ms. Yadgarova worked as a wealth management attorney at UBS Wealth Management. While at UBS, she counseled the business with regard to their high net worth clientele. Ms. Yadgarova obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, summa cum laude, from Yeshiva University and her Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While in law school, she acted as president of the Russian Speaking Law Students Alliance and wrote for the Cardozo Law Journal of Dispute Resolution. Ms. Yadgarova is a member of the New York State Bar Association and their Trusts & Estates Law section, the Queens County Bar Association, and the Russian Speaking Business Alliance Network. Ms. Yadgarova frequently lectures on Estate Planning and Advance Directives. Her articles on Estate Planning and Elder Law are often featured in community newspapers. She is fluent in Russian and resides in Queens, New York with her husband and three children.

Kimberly’s practice focuses on complex litigation, white-collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, and arbitration. Kimberly has experience representing individuals and companies in criminal and regulatory enforcement investigations, including on allegations of financial and securities fraud, anti-corruption violations (FCPA, FCA, AKS), sanctions violations, insurance fraud, healthcare fraud, and tax fraud. Kimberly has defended clients before federal and state prosecutors and regulators, including the SEC, DOJ, FINRA, state Attorney General and District Attorney offices. Kimberly has experience in both federal and state court proceedings at the trial and appellate levels. She has represented clients against claims of financial and securities fraud, trade secret misappropriation, global products liability, employment, and cooperation in SEC monitorship and receivership proceedings. Kimberly has also assisted clients with internal investigations, compliance and monitoring, oversight, and crisis management. Prior to joining Dynamis LLP, Kimberly was a white-collar criminal defense and government investigations associate at a mid-size law firm and a litigation associate at a prominent New York law firm. Kimberly received her J.D. from Fordham Law School, where she was the recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award magna cum laude. While at Fordham, Kimberly served as a Notes and Articles Editor for the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal; participated in the Securities Litigation and Arbitration Clinic; and was an LLM Legal Writing Teaching Assistant, for the Honorable Gerald Lebovits. Kimberly was also a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Keith E. Lynott in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Essex County. Kimberly is currently on the Associate Board of Urban Pathways, Inc. a non-profit organization in New York that specializes in assisting the homeless.

Andrew F. Ruder earned a B.S. degree from Towson University in 2007 and went on to receive his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in Camden in May of 2012. While in law school, Andrew was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal. His comment, “The Use of Risk Assessment Tools in Formulating Individualized Sentencing Programs,” will be published in the next volume. Additionally, Andrew participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistant Project. In the summer of 2010, Andrew interned with the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and also with the Honorable Shelley Robins New in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Andrew served as a law clerk for a small firm in New Jersey as well as for a mediation company under Judge James D. Clyne. He joined Pond Lehocky in September 2012 to practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation. Andrew is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Tech2Educate, a non-profit that raises money to provide new technology to charter schools in the Philadelphia area. Most recently, he co-authored an article with Samuel H. Pond entitled “AMA’s Approach to Impairment Rating Evaluations is Unconstitutional” published in The Legal Intelligencer. Andrew was also featured as a contributing writer in the Spring 2013 edition of New Jersey Chiropractor, a quarterly publication distributed by the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors.
