Jeffrey P. Luszeck is a partner with the firm, where he focuses his practice primarily on trust and estate litigation, business litigation, trust and estate administration and guardianship. Mr. Luszeck has represented heirs, beneficiaries, creditors and fiduciaries in contested matters affecting all aspects of trusts and estates, including undue influence, testamentary and contractual capacity, unjust enrichment, forgery, fraud and technical incapacity. Mr. Luszeck also handles all aspects of trust and estate administration. Mr. Luszeck's extensive litigation experience includes case assessment, to all stages of litigation, including motion practice, hearings, discovery, depositions, bench and jury trials, settlement conferences and mediations. In early 2014, Mr. Luszeck was part of the Firm's team who successfully litigated one of the largest matters in the State of Nevada concerning the distribution of trust proceeds (approximately $500 million) arising from the sale of Kelley Blue Book. Mr. Luszeck also engages in appellate practice in the areas of estates and trusts, and has successfully argued before the Nevada Supreme Court. Jarrunis L. Yates (J.R.) grew up in Rock Hill, SC and graduated from Westminster Catawba. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in secondary education from Clemson University. He received his Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law. While attending Howard University, J.R. was selected for the criminal justice clinic, which was tasked with representing indigent defendants in Washington, DC charged with felonies and misdemeanors. J.R. received a direct commission as a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force Reserve in March 2011. In his reserve capacity, Major Yates is a Staff Judge Advocate. J.R. is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Courts of South Carolina and Alabama, the United States District Courts of South Carolina and Middle District of Alabama, the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the Air Force Court of Appeals. He has been a social security disability lawyer for over 10 years. J.R.’s experience as both a civilian and reserve attorney gives him a unique perspective on addressing various legal issues facing families today.

Kevin A. Osborne is the managing attorney with Ross Mann Personal Injury Lawyers. He is originally from eastern Kentucky and grew up in the town of Paintsville. Following his graduation from high school in 2007, Kevin attended Georgetown College, where he studied History and Political Science. After his graduation from Georgetown College in 2011, Kevin attended the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky. While in law school, Kevin clerked for a large regional defense firm in eastern Kentucky, where he gained valuable experience concerning the judicial system. Following law school, and after passing the Bar Examination in 2014, Kevin began his legal career as an associate attorney at the same defense firm he had previously clerked for. Kevin handled cases involving a wide array of subject areas including, but not limited to, governmental defense, sovereign and qualified immunity, medical malpractice defense. Additionally, Kevin represented numerous boards of education during his time in eastern Kentucky. In 2016, Kevin accepted a job with the Kentucky Education and Workforce Development Cabinet in Frankfort, Kentucky. During his time with the Cabinet, Kevin was heavily involved in the Kentucky Work Ready Skills Initiative grant. In 2018, Kevin returned to the private sector and accepted an associate attorney position with a large, regional law firm. In this role, Kevin exclusively represented individuals and families who had been victims of nursing home neglect or medical malpractice. Kevin personally handled hundreds of cases and was pleased to deliver justice for the victims and their families. After developing a successful high school speech and debate program, Randall Vaughan left education to pursue a career as a trial lawyer, a goal that guided his law school education and decision to join Pray Walker in 1985. Randall has tried numerous cases in federal and state courts, written legal briefs, and presented oral arguments at the appellate level. Rich J. Peters is a proud native of Phoenix, Arizona. As the owner of R.J. Peters & Assoc., P.C., his firm operates less than one mile from the hospital he was born at. Rich has limited his legal practice to Family Law since 1992. He was sworn in by the State Bar of Arizona on October 25, 1992, just a few days after his 25th birthday. Rich often brags that he was the youngest lawyer in the state when he was sworn in, but this is truly just a guess. Rich has owned R.J. Peters & Assoc. Since 2005. Prior to that, he worked for two very prominent Family Law firms in Glendale and Phoenix. While not every case needs to go to Court, Rich does enjoy being in the Courtroom and considers that one of his greatest skills. Although being born and raised in Phoenix, Rich did move around a bit during his youth, spending time in Spain, Houston, and South Africa. In 1989 he graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of Business. In 1992 he graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Juris Doctor. He immediately returned home to Phoenix after law school. Four of Rich’s five children have graduated from Arizona Universities, and his youngest is graduating in May 2020. He and his wife Jennifer enjoy their time traveling and boating.
