While in law school, Zack was an ASU Law Student Ambassador, a volunteer for Court works (a Phoenix-area program that teaches moot court skills to middle school students), and Associate Management Editor for the Arizona State University Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Zack has experience in both criminal and civil litigation. He has seen every side of criminal law cases – for the state in the prosecutor’s offices of Maricopa County, Arizona, and Weber County, Utah; for defendants at the Maricopa County, Arizona Public Defender’s Office; and for the judiciary, working as a clerk for the Utah State Courts. Zack also has experience in many areas of civil litigation. Following law school, Zack worked for Clarke Law Firm in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he assisted in cases that included family law, property law, contract law, employment law, and estate planning issues. Additionally, in his time with the courts, he has been able to work on a wide range of matters big and small.
