Attorney Quattrochi attended Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Attorney Quattrochi is a Connecticut native growing up in and around New York City. His legal career began in New York City as a Corporate Paralegal specializing in large-scale financial transactions. In 2011, Attorney Quattrochi founded the T.J. Pramer Scholarship Fund with Wilton High School. During Law School, Attorney Quattrochi worked as a Personal Injury Paralegal, handling pre-litigation case management duties for a local Personal Injury law firm. As a paralegal, he created and managed the Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) department. Upon graduation, Attorney Quattrochi was already well versed in 1st and 3rd party Insurance disputes, having handled Personal Injury and Contractual disputes from intake through trial. Kristopher Wohlers began his legal career as a defense attorney for Florida’s largest insurance defense firm where he defended individuals and businesses alike in a wide array of personal injury matters such as premises liability, products liability, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, and insurance coverage disputes. As a result, Mr. Wohlers was able to obtain invaluable experience as to how insurance companies analyze and value claims in both a pre-suit and litigation setting. He now brings this unique perspective into how he effectively handles cases on behalf of his clients. Mr. Wohlers has extensive experience in how the litigation process works, as he has practiced in multiple facets as depositions, court hearings, mediations, etc. This enables him to be able to successfully handle and prepare claims before litigation and carry them all the way through litigation to obtain the best results for his clients. Mr. Wohlers is a Florida native who grew up in Mount Dora. Prior to law school, he attended Stetson University where he excelled in his studies and graduated with high honors. Due to his performance at Stetson University, he was accepted into Stetson College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor with honors. While attending Stetson Law, Mr. Wohlers was a teaching assistant for multiple different law courses. Additionally, he became part of the Dispute Resolution team where he learned, practiced, and competed in various forms of alternative despite resolution, including negotiations, mediations, and arbitration. Moreover, he gained valuable legal experience by working as a legal extern with the Federal Court in the Middle District of Florida for the honorable Judge Thomas Wilson. In his free time Mr. Wohlers enjoys spending time with his loved ones, eating good food, and thinking about his work. Estefania Laurita, a partner at the Immigration Advocates, is a licensed attorney in Florida, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and a Juris Doctor from Barry University-Dwayne O. Shelby Sielaff is a licensed attorney in Florida and serves as the Associate Attorney and Head of Legal Operations at The Immigration Advocates. With nine years of experience in the legal field, Ms. Sielaff brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm. Tamaira Rivera, Senior Legal Counsel at The Immigration Advocates, brings a wealth of expertise in immigration law and is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and Washington D.C. With extensive experience as a former Immigration Judge and as an ICE immigration prosecutor with the Department of Homeland Security, Ms. Rivera is well-versed in complex immigration matters and committed to serving her clients with precision and dedication. Ms. Rivera also served with distinction as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer in the U.S. Air Force for ten years, attaining the rank of Major.
