Mr. Crell received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Ball State University in 1985 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 1988, where he was a recipient of the Francis J. Feeney, Jr. tax award for academic excellence in taxation. Mr. Crell was a charter member and Barrister of the Indianapolis Chapter of the American Inn of Court, an invitation-only group of judges and trial lawyers. He has been admitted to and argued before the United States Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and the Indiana Supreme and Appellate courts. He is a member of the Torts and Litigation sections of the American Bar Association, The Indiana Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association, where he served on the pro-bono committee that oversees and recognizes lawyers who provide free legal services to those in need. Mr. Crell has lectured and taught classes on navigating the superior and small claims courts, and on managed health care and other business-related topics. He is the Past-President and member of the board of directors of Congregation Beth-El Zedeck and Past-President and a member of the Board of Directors of Hooverwood Nursing Home, a non-profit, state of the art comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation center that specializes in the care of Alzheimer's residents. He formerly served on the board of directors of the Indiana Cancer Research Foundation.

Eugene Mogilevsky received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 2006. He graduated from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science. He is currently admitted to practice before Indiana State courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He worked for Bankruptcy Law Offfice of Mark S. Zuckerberg, P.C. in 2008-2012 proudly serving thousands of consumers needing debt relief. He worked for Doyle Legal Corporation, P.C. in 2012-2014 representing major clients in mortgage foreclosure actions. He has been a faculty member and a lecturer in the Basics of Individual Bankruptcy (2010) and Annual Bankruptcy Institute (2011) seminars He practices primarily in the areas of consumer bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13), mortgage foreclosure defense, immigration, and general litigation. As a former immigrant from the Soviet Union, he had to learn the immigration rules and laws before he even started college, and is compassionate about helping other individuals and families get legalized in the United States of America. He is bilingual (English and Russian languages) and enjoys script writing for comedy clubs and producing comedy and musical shows.
