Mr. Klemawesch joined the firm in 2014. His practice includes all aspects of both criminal defense and personal injury in both State and Federal Court. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Klemawesch worked as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, where he tried over seventy-five cases to juries, including cases involving homicide, hate crimes, sexual battery, weapons charges, and many other areas. He was a member of the Vehicular Homicide Squad, focused on the investigation and prosecution of severe DUI cases involving significant injuries and deaths. Before working for the State of Florida, Mr. Klemawesch worked at several Florida law firms, practicing civil and commercial litigation; he also served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Gregory Presnell, United States District Judge in the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Klemawesch graduated in the top 3% of his law school class, and was a member of both the Trial Team and Law Review. Mr. Klemawesch has worked as a teacher in a Maasai community in Kenya, teaching English to elementary school children, and served with Doctors Without Borders in a trauma hospital in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Robert A. Morris, Jr. has been practicing law in Hernando County since 1991 when he started his career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit . While working at the State Attorneys Office he prosecuted a variety of crimes including DUI’s, misdemeanors and felony offenses. Born in Indiana Robert graduated from Culver Military Academy in 1984 and then continued on to received his undergraduate degree from Ball State University located in Muncie, Indiana in 1988. Robert graduated Law School from Valparaiso University School of Law, which is located a short distance from Chicago Illinois, in 1991. Robert relocated to Florida after graduation from Law School based upon his work in the horse industry and settled in Ocala where he started his career as a prosecutor. After taking and passing both the Florida and the Indiana bar exams within two weeks of each other he was assigned to Brooksville, Florida where he has remained ever since. Robert started his practice in 1994 while living in the back of his office on a side road in Brooksville. Over the past 14 years his practice has grown into a full service law firm catering to the diverse clientele of the area. Drew Ben Hudgins, Esquire, has successfully represented injured people throughout Florida since 1982. Mr. Hudgins was born and grew up in Tampa, Florida, where he attended Gorrie Elementary, Wilson Junior High School and Jesuit High School. In 1978, he received his B.A. from Auburn University, and went on to attain his J.D. from Walter F. George School of Law Mercer University in 1981. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and Colorado. In 1971, the Boy Scouts of America certified Mr. Hudgins as an Eagle Scout and he served as a Cub Master of Cub Pack 22 from 2008 to 2010 in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Hudgins served as Assistant Scout Master for Boy Scout Troop 22 Tampa Florida from 2012-2018. In 1986, the Florida Trial Lawyers Association (currently known as the Florida Justice Association) accepted Mr. Hudgins into the President’s Club. He was also honored to receive his Certificate of Achievement from the Al J. Cone Trial Advocacy Institute in 2002.
