About Stephanie

We represent commercial and residential property owners whose property damage claim has been denied or underpaid by their insurance company.

Stephanie Seligman is a 2003 graduate of Nova Southeastern, Shepard Broad Law School night program while working full time during the day. Stephanie also attended a semester of law school in Siena, Italy through Tulane University where Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg was a guest professor. Prior to law school, Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Mass Communication from Florida International University.

Stephanie has spent her entire legal career working on multiple types of cases, including but not limited to property damage insurance claims, bad faith insurance claims, personal injury claims involving the negligence of a third party, automobile insurance claims, product defect liability and construction defect claims.

Stephanie has gained valuable insight regarding insurance litigation by working directly for national and Florida based insurance companies. This dual knowledge provides an edge in the proper valuation of your damages, while also anticipating the arguments insurance companies use to try to deny or reduce your claims. As the Founding Partner of Las Olas Law Office, P.A. Stephanie combines this insight with her eagerness to advocate on behalf of those residential and commercial property owners who have been treated unfairly by their insurance company or who have been injured by a third party such as an individual or corporation.

Stephanie is dedicated to serving her clients by providing them with her personal cell phone number and encouraging clients to contact her with any concerns they may have during the pendency of their case.

Stephanie was born and raised in Miami but currently resides in Fort Lauderdale with her dog, and is also dedicated to raising funds for Paws 2 Care Coalition, a local dog shelter.
